“Madison did such a great job with Cooper! His excitement, new environment jitters and eating too fast caused him to vomit the first couple of days. Madison handled it like a pro, she seeked guidance from the vet who confirmed what seemed to be happening. She adjusted his food intake to help him keep food down and made some other changes which fixed the problem! Goose, their dog, was a wonderful big brother to Cooper and they all gave him love like he was their own. Cooper was taken on lovely walks on trails and to the dog park and Goose also shared his antlers with Coop which is now his favorite thing to chew! “This was my very first experience using a pet-sitting service. I chose Estefanny because of her very high ratings and she did not disappoint. My ancient kitty Larry doesn't do well staying by himself anymore. Estefanny not only assured that he had regular meals, water, and meds, but she also stayed with him at night so he wasn't lonely. Larry clearly loved her. She sent an update and photos every day, many of which showed him on her lap or in the spare bed, so he was obviously comfortable sleeping with her. To be honest, I expected her to be great with Larry. What I didn't expect was, after 5 nights sleeping at my house, I couldn't even tell she had been there. The place was exactly as I had left it - I swear she packed out her own garbage! Estefanny clearly cares for pets and is pleasant, reliable, and responsive. The highest recommendation I can give her is that I'm headed out of town again next month and I've already booked Estefanny to take care of Larry. The whole experience was just terrific!”
About: I dog sit occasionally so I’m comfortable with new dogs! I love being outside so that means more outside time for your furry friends :) I am currently working two part time jobs so I could schedule anytime between those two. Mon-Tuesday after noon, Wed-Sunday mornings, afternoons, nights only Wednesdays. This is my current schedule and it can change but I am flexible! :) I currently have one dog of my own and we have a fenced yard. He’s crate trained and potty trained. I can also crate your dog if needed and if they’re trained. My dog is friendly and calm with other dogs. We go on daily walks and he gets his playtime with us!
“HIRE CHRIS. I won the lottery with him. It was my first time using Rover. I have a special needs rabbit who needed a caretaker after a rabbit boarding service was no longer available. I messaged several sitters and Chris was the first to respond. He is responsive and communicative. What I absolutely love about Chris, among many things, is that he asks questions. Not in a "what do I do" kind of way. Rather, "how do I do this to make sure it's done correctly". My special needs rabbit is on a specialized diet. I left Chris with instructions, which he followed to a tee, but he also sent a photo of the food. (My rabbit is feed very soft, watered down pellets and Critical Care due to recent dental surgery). I'm happy that he did because my rabbit can't chew on pellets. He sent lots of photos of Moo, too. Chris was also flexible with the initial meet 'n' greet appointment and visiting my landlord's office to pick up my front door key (which has to be loaned out). One of the reasons I chose Chris was his close proximity to my apartment. I will 5000% hire Chris again for my rabbit sitting needs. He took great care of my very special needs rabbit and Moo liked him too! I recommend him for your pet sitting needs, including small mammals!”

About: I've been a dog owner for 20 years. Over the last 10 years, friends, family and neighbors have entrusted me with taking care of their dogs. 2 years ago, I took on the venture of fostering dogs in my home. My experience with them has been with puppies through adult dogs. Special needs dogs are welcome too, as I have experience with dogs with seizure disorder and other chronic issues. During the time the foster dogs are in my care, I work to establish a routine, learn basic commands and household manners. I work from home Monday-Friday. My pets (and fosters) stay in my office with me when I working. I am able to care for your pets during my breaks, lunchtime and after hours. My weekends can be a bit more busy, but I can be flexible in working with your needs. I have a small fenced in yard for the dogs to stretch their legs, enjoy the outdoors, and of course relieve themselves. Indoors, I do have crates available if your dogs needs some alone, quiet time. My dogs have their own room to offer a safe space for them. The dogs are never left unattended to ensure they don't get into something they are not suppose to. If watching the dog in your home, I will follow any instructions that you give to ensure your dog's safety and happiness.

They are knowledgable with dog behavior and their 2 German Sheppards are very well behaved. After meeting Chris and Dan I felt comfortable booking a 4 day stay. Recently Ozzie spent a few hours at Chris and Dan's home so he could become a little more familiar with them and their dogs before his 4 day stay. About: I have had animals my whole life. This past May, I was lucky enough to retire from 33+ years of teaching. Since 2022, I have volunteered at Tails Animal Shelter walking dogs. Last year, we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old dog, and I miss having animals in the house. While I am not ready to get a new dog, I am very excited to take care of other's dogs like they were my own. Whether it is your pet coming to our house or me going to your home, I cannot wait to keep your furry friend company. Communication is a key issue for me. I worried about my dog all the time. I find a way to alleviate that is to send pictures often. Because I am retired, I would be able to be with pets most of the day. I would let them out every couple of hours - more if needed. I can follow any schedule for feeding. I am really flexible and would be able to accommodate most schedules. I would make sure to keep a close eye on your dog while we were hanging out together. Dogs are definitely allowed on furniture (unless you prefer they not be). I can put a dog in a crate if that is comfortable for them as well. Our yard is not fenced, but it is a large yard in the woods. I can also take dogs for walk around our neighborhood or to the riverwalk in downtown Dixon. We also have a property about 15 miles south of Dixon with 80 acres and a pond, so a trip there could be fun as well.

There are lots of trees around and beautiful grass for them to run around in here. I have always been a natural when it comes to pets, but specifically I love dogs, especially really big dogs! About: I’ve been working with dogs for years starting with Petsmart in the salon. I also worked at an animal hospital starting in the kennel department and eventually moved up to treatment area and worked up there as a tech assistant. I do have experience giving meds and caring for dogs of all ages I just moved in with my fiancé and would love to do this as my job! I have pretty open availability and can adjust hours as needed I would play with them and keep them company throughout the day, make sure they’re being fed and getting the proper exercise they need. About: I have been an avid animal lover since birth!! I have a wide range of experience with animal care-taking. I have babysat a farm, volunteered at shelters, and have had my own pets. I have had large German Shepherds who I have practiced training. I have managed troublesome groups and have had to del with ensuring dogs are separate for behavioral reasons. Whatever your needs, I promise I may have already done! I am able to drop-in early mornings, but will do most walking/care after 12pm some weekdays due to school. I volunteer at the Prairie land conservancy, so some random times I may be busy, but I promise for good reason!! I am available most weekends. Your pet’s safety is really important to me. I make sure they’re always supervised and comfortable. I follow instructions closely, including feeding times, walks, crate routines, and any medications.

About: We have had a dog or dogs for over 20 years. My husband and I both grew up with dogs as well. Our two dogs have been with us since they were puppies and both of them attended three levels of dog training classes. I work part-time very early in the morning and we spend a lot of time at home because my kids are homeschooled. There is usually always someone at home. I will do as much as I can to accommodate the dog owner’s preference in care for their dog. We have two dogs that can play with your dog. If your dog needs to be in a crate I can accommodate that. Our dogs are not allowed on the couches and chairs but my children do let them sleep in their beds.
About: I have had animals my whole life. This past May, I was lucky enough to retire from 33+ years of teaching. Since 2022, I have volunteered at Tails Animal Shelter walking dogs. Last year, we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old dog, and I miss having animals in the house. While I am not ready to get a new dog, I am very excited to take care of other's dogs like they were my own. Whether it is your pet coming to our house or me going to your home, I cannot wait to keep your furry friend company. Communication is a key issue for me. I worried about my dog all the time. I find a way to alleviate that is to send pictures often. Because I am retired, I would be able to be with pets most of the day. I would let them out every couple of hours - more if needed. I can follow any schedule for feeding. I am really flexible and would be able to accommodate most schedules. I would make sure to keep a close eye on your dog while we were hanging out together. Dogs are definitely allowed on furniture (unless you prefer they not be). I can put a dog in a crate if that is comfortable for them as well. Our yard is not fenced, but it is a large yard in the woods. I can also take dogs for walk around our neighborhood or to the riverwalk in downtown Dixon. We also have a property about 15 miles south of Dixon with 80 acres and a pond, so a trip there could be fun as well.
