I love being outside so that means more outside time for your furry friends :) I am currently working two part time jobs so I could schedule anytime between those two. Mon-Tuesday after noon, Wed-Sunday mornings, afternoons, nights only Wednesdays. About: I've been a dog owner for 20 years. Over the last 10 years, friends, family and neighbors have entrusted me with taking care of their dogs. 2 years ago, I took on the venture of fostering dogs in my home. My experience with them has been with puppies through adult dogs. Special needs dogs are welcome too, as I have experience with dogs with seizure disorder and other chronic issues. During the time the foster dogs are in my care, I work to establish a routine, learn basic commands and household manners. I work from home Monday-Friday. My pets (and fosters) stay in my office with me when I working. I am able to care for your pets during my breaks, lunchtime and after hours. My weekends can be a bit more busy, but I can be flexible in working with your needs. I have a small fenced in yard for the dogs to stretch their legs, enjoy the outdoors, and of course relieve themselves. Indoors, I do have crates available if your dogs needs some alone, quiet time. My dogs have their own room to offer a safe space for them. The dogs are never left unattended to ensure they don't get into something they are not suppose to. If watching the dog in your home, I will follow any instructions that you give to ensure your dog's safety and happiness.

About: I have had animals my whole life. This past May, I was lucky enough to retire from 33+ years of teaching. Since 2022, I have volunteered at Tails Animal Shelter walking dogs. Last year, we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old dog, and I miss having animals in the house. While I am not ready to get a new dog, I am very excited to take care of other's dogs like they were my own. Whether it is your pet coming to our house or me going to your home, I cannot wait to keep your furry friend company. Communication is a key issue for me. I worried about my dog all the time. I find a way to alleviate that is to send pictures often. Because I am retired, I would be able to be with pets most of the day. I would let them out every couple of hours - more if needed. I can follow any schedule for feeding. I am really flexible and would be able to accommodate most schedules. I would make sure to keep a close eye on your dog while we were hanging out together. Dogs are definitely allowed on furniture (unless you prefer they not be). I can put a dog in a crate if that is comfortable for them as well. Our yard is not fenced, but it is a large yard in the woods. I can also take dogs for walk around our neighborhood or to the riverwalk in downtown Dixon. We also have a property about 15 miles south of Dixon with 80 acres and a pond, so a trip there could be fun as well.

My land is not fully fenced off so If need be I will have to walk pups on a leash which is not a problem at all.

I also worked at an animal hospital starting in the kennel department and eventually moved up to treatment area and worked up there as a tech assistant. I have pretty open availability and can adjust hours as needed I would play with them and keep them company throughout the day, make sure they’re being fed and getting the proper exercise they need. Also take them on walks

About: I’ve been taking care of neighbors pets for 10 years! Neighbors have relied on me to feed their pets, bathe them, walk them and play with them!!! About: I have been taking care of two cats sense they were kittens. I have had dogs in the past with no problems, though I cannot bring pets to my house currently but soon I can. I am very flexible with hours and days. I can fit taking care of animals any time of the day, any day. I am not very busy and I can take almost anything on. I can not take care of pets at my house currently but sooner or later I will be able to so that. I can make sure to keep your pet happy and safe while you are away.

About: We have had a dog or dogs for over 20 years. My husband and I both grew up with dogs as well. Our two dogs have been with us since they were puppies and both of them attended three levels of dog training classes. I work part-time very early in the morning and we spend a lot of time at home because my kids are homeschooled. There is usually always someone at home. I will do as much as I can to accommodate the dog owner’s preference in care for their dog. We have two dogs that can play with your dog. If your dog needs to be in a crate I can accommodate that. Our dogs are not allowed on the couches and chairs but my children do let them sleep in their beds.
