“Jamie is the BEST! Will be rebooking with her over and over and over again. So kind, flexible, and loving to my puppy! Just a great human that I trusted with my baby immediately. Cannot recommend enough!”
“Jason and his family are amazing! They are caring and diligent and you can tell they really love dogs! The hardest part of going out of town is finding good care for our dogs, thankfully Jason has solved that problem! They took time to give us updates and pictures through the stay so we knew they were happy and well cared for. I highly recommend them!!”
“Stephanie took great care of my dog; he gets really anxious around new people but during his stay he had a great time. She is very communicative and kept me in the loop with pictures and updates. I would highly recommend her!”
About: I’ve had a dog of my own since 2018, Ciri and I started when she could fit in my hand. Since then, I’ve added two more dogs to the home and it’s come in all types. I’ve dealt with them deathly sick, scared, nervous, hyper, and sleepy. I work full time at SIUC, but my friend and roommate is a retired Army veteran who spends most of his time at home. Unless something very unexpected happens, the dogs are not left alone for more than 4 hours. My house has two separately fenced in yards and I have three friendly dogs of my own and my roommate has one cat. We’re laidback and at constant war with husky hair, but we get by with optional crating and indoor and outdoor time whenever your pup needs it.
“Amazing! Our dog fancy was a nervous reck with us leaving her to go on vacation for for the first time but she quickly found her home away from home and it was clear they treated her like part of the family! I will definitely be rebooking with her every time we need to go out of town!”
“Gabrielle took GREAT care of our dog while we were on vacation! She kept us updated, sent lots of pictures, and made sure he got plenty of walks. We will definitely be rebooking!”

“Fig had a wonderful time. He is a 3 month old large breed with an endless supply of energy, but is sleeping and snoring as I write this review! Eve did a great job updating me and sending photos throughout my work day.”

“Mallory was amazing with our Great Dane puppy! She was sweet, attentive and very patient 😊 She definitely made me feel comfortable and I look forward to using her services in the future!”
About: I've been a caretaker of dogs, cats, parrots, rats, rabbits, reptiles, horses, emus, pigs, goats, sheep, waterfowl, poultry and wildlife for over 20 years. I worked professionally at a boarding facility for years. I have knowledge in training and behavior for a variety of spieces. I'm experienced in administering medications to about any animal you could think of. I have a Pomeranian and Bichon Frisé Shih Tzu that I love to groom myself as a hobby. So if you wanted to discuss a possible hair cut for your dog during his/her stay, I'd be open to that! I wanted to add, I've been away from Rover since Oct. 2022. I'm back on as of Jan. 4th 2026. I'm always home, with the exception of running out to do "drop in" visits or an errand. I'm usually available to pick up / drop off also, if you needed to discuss that option! I have an area fenced in for safe potty breaks. For dogs with a strong recall, I have 6 acres to run! I can accommodate the snuggly dogs that can't bear to be left alone long and also anti-social/more difficult dogs who just needs a place to stay and it's difficult to find options for. I have several "Retriever" kennel panels and can build either outdoor kennels with dig proof wire floor or indoor kennels in my walk-out basement (if requested).
“Both of my dogs eagerly await Brandi's visits. She walks my puppy, gives treats to my senior chihuahua, and sends me a detailed summary along with great pictures. I love knowing my pets are safe and well taken care of with Brandi.”
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me for years to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets as if they were my own. I have experience with everything from playful puppies to seniors needing extra care and attention. I understand how important routines, patience, and love are when it comes to making pets feel safe and happy. Your pets will be treated like family in my care. I offer flexible boarding for pets who are comfortable hanging out at home during the day. I make sure everyone gets their energy out in the mornings, has a safe space while I’m at work, and then gets lots of love, potty breaks, and playtime in the evenings and on weekends. I treat every pet like family and make sure they’re safe and happy while you’re away. Whether your dog needs playtime, snuggles, or just a calm place to relax, I’ll make sure they’re cared for like one of my own.
About: I have experience caring for a variety of pets, from dogs and cats to lizards and spiders, I love them all! I have grown up with dogs and cats as well as a turtle, hermit crabs, a chinchilla, ferret, and many more. For training to senior-pet experience, look no further! Big or small, I love them all! Currently looking to go back to school, my schedule is as flexible as you need it to be. I’m happy to apply your pets’ schedule to my day to day routine. I will be caring for your pet in the comfort of their own home. Ensuring your home is maintained during your absence is a top priority!
About: I’ve always had/been around dogs. With that comes responsibility and loving care. I have experience with all sizes and willing to accommodate any special needs. I’m currently a college student at Murray State, almost all my classes are online besides on Tuesday. My schedule is flexible, we can work out a time/date together. I do go to church on Sunday, so I would need that morning/afternoon off. I am a big cuddle bug. I pay attention to the small details. I enforce rules while trying to add some tricks. I keep the environment light and I try to accommodate in anyway for my clients and their babies(dogs).
