About: Hey! I am a huge advocate for all dogs to be treated with dignity, love, and respect. For me this means providing a safe and secure environment for their needs, an insane amount of cuddles, daily exercise, and abiding to the rules given by their owners. I have had dogs all my life, and currently I have 2 wonderful dogs: Diggie- a 2yr old 75lb male Lab/Pittie mix who is neutered. Fozzie- a 1yr 30lb male mix who is neutered. I have 2 kids aged 3yrs and 11yrs who have both been taught how to act properly around dogs. I have a big fenced in yard that my dogs love to run around in and lots of toys. If I sound like the right fit for your pup to go to while you are away, I am so happy to meet them! I am home evenings Monday-Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays and would love to care for your pup! Monday through Friday I do come home on my breaks (I only live .1 mile from my job) so I can let fur babies outside for potty and play then. If your pup has special needs, Friday evening through Sunday may be best as I would be gone periodically throughout the day during the week. I can’t wait to work with you and meet your pup! I have a newly fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play. My dogs are very high energy and have loved playing with previous foster dogs. Just to be on the safe side, I will put your dog in a separate room/section to eat. When it comes to animals, they are family and I completely understand that a stranger watching them can be scary- I am more than happy to do a meet and greet with you and your fur baby/babies as well as send updates however often you would like during their stay.

“Since our Daisy was one years old; for the past 9 years; she has figured prominently in our travel decisions. We have always acknowledged that she is not friendly with other animals, She will at least acknowledge the authority of the strange adult keepers. As long as they prioritize her needs over the other animals. But, fortunately for us, her needs were to simply allow her to be kept away from the other animals. All that changed when she walked into the home of Kari H.! The first report we received; made us a little jealous. Despite the presence of the two four legged members of the family; our Daisy freely explored the home, went out side and warmly attached herself to the two legged sitters. If she didn’t get excited when we picked her up; I might have thought she was looking to find another forever home. Seriously, this is a home that clearly loves pets. Especially, your pet. “We were in town for work. Clyde spent the day with Samantha and her kids and dogs and he was so tired when I picked him up. It was exactly what we needed for Clyde. Samantha was very nice and communicated well with us. She took good care of our dog so we can enjoy some of our time while here for work. Samantha has a fenced in yard which made me feel safe with Clyde as he is a runner. Haha”
