About: While I mainly grew up with dogs in my family home, my grandma has always had cats (first Leila, and now Miss Cali). When my grandma was ill for several months, I was performing daily duties for Miss Cali. I’ve now moved away from home, but I still watch several of my classmates’ cats when they go out of town! Male pups will wear a belly band for the first 24 hours of their stay, at minimum - this soft, absorbent band fits around their belly and attaches with Velcro on their back. Belly bands reduce marking behavior, especially in unneutered males. You may bring your own, but we can supply them, free of charge. Using belly bands keeps our home calmer, cleaner, and fresher by eliminating marking behavior and reduces anxiety for future pups by giving them less reason to want to mark over the scent of previous pups. We have indoor and outdoor security cameras in many locations that can be helpful to review if any safety situations arise. The safety of all of our pups is very important to us! (They’re also great for catching fun footage!)

We miss having fur babies around and will treat them as part of our family. I have mild mannered boys 8 and 6 that love nature and animals.
About: I have experience fostering dogs with the animal shelter APL and have a small toy poodle of my own. He is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play. I love dogs and would love to have the opportunity to watch dogs and take care of others! I am open to watching dogs for a couple hours, a day, or even a couple of days if that is what is needed. My house has a small backyard and I am also available to do drop ins at the dogs own home. The area is very quiet and would be comfortable for another dog to be in. If I am caring for someone else's dog I plan on being home for the time I'm watching the dog so that it will be well taken care of. I’m currently only working part time so I have plenty of time to spend with your animals. I am available early mornings or early afternoons to give your animal a break during the workday! I am also available any time on the weekends. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs to keep your dog company. I have a toy poodle and a golden retriever. I can also do drops in to walk or play with your dog as well!
