“This was our second time using Bridget. And from the moment we pulled into her driveway, we knew it was going to be good. Our dog knew where she was, and was so excited to see her friends, that she was not the least bit upset about us leaving her there. I really think our dog views them as her second family.”

“Angelo and Dawn were very kind and welcoming to our two babies. Our 1 year old cavapoo Frederick is used to being around people and dogs, so we weren’t concerned with him getting comfortable, but our 5 month old havanese Charlotte is not. They made me and my husband feel at ease that they would be well cared for, and we got regular video updates showing just that. Charlotte was just fine and came out of her shell a little. They were happy to accommodate their fresh food feeding (I make their food with TFD DIY) and using the slow feeder bowls I brought. I will definitely be using them for all overnight boarding.”

About: I have experience in boarding dogs, walking dogs, and grooming dogs.I have experience in training as well because of having my beautiful and playful Australian shepherd. Currently I work as a freelancing groomer so I can create my own schedule to an extent. I am usually able to be off by 2:30. I have a fenced in backyard and a spacious home. I have pet toys of my own given that I have another dog who is also very trusting with other dogs.
“As always Ellie never disappoints. I know that my girl is going to be taken care of as if she were with me! When we turn on to Ellie’s street for drop off, KokoAnn goes crazy because she knows she’s about to be loved on.”

About: Lifelong animal lover experienced in nature walks, companion feedings, soothing chest rubs, treat distribution, and earning a cats trust. I will make sure your pets are happy, safe, and properly spoiled while you’re away! I am currently working part time after a career shift. My days have too much down time and I decided to fill those hours doing something I love! I closely monitor outdoor time to ensure the pet is secure in the yard. I remain aware and assess surroundings when walking dogs to prepare for any triggers the dog may have. I closely follow food, and potty, schedules so as not to upset the pet and to make transition of care easier.
“We love Tami and her family! We have ZERO worries when Eddie “vacays” at her home. He always has the best time, Tami communicates regularly and Eddie is well exercised and cared for the whole time. Flexible…kind…professional. A top notch choice as far as we are concerned.”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals as long as I can remember! My parents adopted our first dog when I was only 4 years old. Tala was a Siberian husky that I took care of daily from a very young age. Throughout my childhood I grew up with medium/larger dogs such as German shepherds, huskies, pitbulls, and a Great Dane. My love for animals didn’t stop there! As a kid I regularly helped a family friend on her farm take care of wild and farm animals that she rehabbed such as bunnies, raccoons, squirrels, chickens, horses, cows, goats, etc. Now that I live on my own with my husband, we own 2 silly orange cats (4yo) and 2 dogs. Our 2 beagles, Starla(6yo) and Ellie (4yo), are ‘retired research hero’s’, meaning they were lab test animals for human medical research, they even have tattoos inside their right ears! They do great meeting new animals. But due to their life in the lab and awkward lack of learning other dogs body natural language, they require a meet and greet with any pets that plan on staying in our home just to ensure all animals clearly feel comfortable with each other. They are beyond friendly dogs that don’t know what a ‘stranger’ is and will accept love from anyone. Starla has seizures, and because of this I have plenty of experience with handling her during an episode. I would more than willing to board/take care of another pet who suffers from medical conditions! I personally know how nerve racking it is to leave our little fur babies life in the hands of another person that we hardly know. Ellie has a poultry allergy and we’ve become pretty good at checking the labels before feeding anything to her. It was quite surprising to see just how many pet items have poultry in them! I also suffer from a nut allergy, so I also know beyond animals just how dangerous it can be. You can feel more than safe trusting me with your fur babies allergies! I take all forms of special conditions very seriously. I’m currently a college student at ONU, but live in my own home that I own off campus. I do not work at this time and have very few classes that are physically on campus. I love meeting new people and animals especially. I have a fenced in yard where my beagles love to run around. While it is safely fence in, my animals are never left unattended as my animals safety is always a priority. During nice weather I love to take my dogs on walks out at Perry Farms or the Kankakee State Park. These are the places I choose for the safest and cleanest walking paths to keep my pups safe. Before walks I always check the pavement to ensure safe temperature for the little paws. I also spray my pups with Wondercides natural flea & tick repellent to further ensure safety for their health when going on walks. My house is only 1 level. The only stairs your pet would be required to climb are the ones going in and out of the house. While I do have a basement, only the cats are allowed down there. I am still new to the pet sitting world, but I am so excited!
“Rachel was great with Kimble. He’s a big dog (160 lb English mastiff) and she took great care of him. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our vacation knowing that he was getting great care and was getting loved the way we would. We definitely will be using her again.”

“Francesca was absolutely amazing with our pitty! She sent pictures and kept communication when needed. I felt extremely confident and comfortable leaving my dog with her. It made our vacation that much more enjoyable knowing Maverick was well taken care of. We will definitely be using her again! 5 stars- Highly recommend!”

“My dogs seem to have a great time. Loved the pictures, Alexis and her family took great care of my 2 pups they came home happy and healthy. We Will definitely use Alexis whenever she is available. Thank you very much.”

“I will definitely rebook Robyn in the future and felt very comfortable with my baby boy in her care! She sent updates and pictures and videos any time I asked and always responded to all my messages pretty instantly. Biggie gave her a giant hug and kiss goodbye when I picked him up. Thank you, Robyn! 🐾🖤”

“Rebekah is absolutely incredible! She cared for my dog as if he was her own. I was very nervous to leave my dog with a sitter, as he has only been out of our house a few times in his life. She instantly made me feel better by sending me daily updates and pictures. You can tell she truly loves animals! I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Our first time using Rover and Leslie has been great! Gave great notes and check in and was very patient with our cats. Very quick and accommodating with adding visits when our travel plans changed. Amazing!”

“Samantha is the best! So greatful she was our sitter. Samantha followed all the instructions I had to take care of my senior (18 yr) cat. Her and Noel became friends after a few days. I would definitely trust Samantha with my pets. She was even nice enough to leave additional lights on knowing we were going to come home late.”

About: I have had animals since I was a kid. We fostered kittens, dogs, and I have owned dogs and cats my whole life. My sister works at an animal shelter as well and has taught me many things to keep animals safe. I currently work full time so I typically am free at lunch, after work, and all weekends! I am flexible as well in the mornings. I am aware of all doors and locks. I make sure to ask specific questions regarding the needs of pets and what the owner needs such as check ins with photos, scooping cat litter, adjusting air, replenishing food and water, etc.

About: Hi! My name is Ruthie, and I’ve been around dogs my whole life (& have adopted my best friend of four years!) From training puppies to caring for senior dogs, I have experience with all stages of a pup’s life. I’ve also pet-sat for family dogs on and off for about two years and have had my own dogs for 8 years, so I understand how important it is to find someone reliable and trustworthy to care for your furry family members. I’m patient, attentive, and love spending time with dogs—whether it’s going for walks, playing, or just giving them the attention they deserve. I also have experience with basic training and can reinforce commands if needed. Every dog has their own personality, and I take the time to ensure they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I am currently taking online summer classes with a part time job. Pet care naturally fits into my schedule and I am happy to be flexible for your scheduling needs! I provide pet care through check-in visits and dog walking. I prioritize each pet’s routine and comfort, ensuring they feel safe and well cared for while their owner is away. Please let me know any important details about your dog or anything I should prepare in advance to help them feel as comfortable as possible.

About: Although no longer a cat guardian, I had a cat of 17+ years that was always a well-behaved fella around our house; he loved his cat toys and I knew a paper bag would always be a welcome dive-in for him. Friendly warm up to me very quickly; I’d like to think it’s an aura I give off. 😅 They like mental stimulation and a good scritch behind the ears, which I happen to be an expert at! Their safety and happiness is more than important to me than anything!
About: Taking care of your animal will be my number one priority. I love animals, I will be more than attentive to their needs and accommodate anything you would like. I’m available any time you need me and I will take in any animal, big, small, furry, hairless, you name it! I love them all. I’ve had animals my whole life so I know how to take care of dogs, I’ve had cats now for 5 years and kittens and it’s a handful but it has taught me so many things needed to be a perfect sitter! I love getting pets toys, and fancy food sometimes to spoil them so expect that (if it’s fone with the owner) of course. I can’t wait to meet you and your lovely pet!

About: What sets me apart as a cat sitter is my understanding that cats thrive on consistency, patience, and respect for their space. With over 5 years of experience caring for cats, I’ve worked with a wide range of personalities from playful kittens to senior cats, from affectionate lap cats to shy, independent observers. That experience has taught me how to read subtle cues, adapt quickly, and create a calm, secure environment in any home. I take the time to learn your cat’s unique preferences, routines, and boundaries so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I follow a structured daily routine to keep things as normal and stress-free as possible. Each visit includes fresh food and water, litter box cleaning and monitoring, a wellness check, and quality time tailored to your cat whether that’s interactive play, enrichment activities, brushing, or quiet companionship. If medication is required, I carefully follow instructions to ensure it’s given properly and on schedule. I’m highly observant and attentive to detail. I notice small changes in appetite, behavior, or energy levels and communicate promptly if anything seems off. I don’t just “stop by” I make each visit intentional and meaningful so your cat feels cared for, not just supervised. Communication is a priority for me. You’ll receive thoughtful daily updates with photos so you can feel reassured and connected while you’re away. I also treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping everything clean and organized. Most importantly, I genuinely care. After five years of cat sitting, one thing has remained constant. I treat every cat as if they were my own. Their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being always come first.
About: I started dog sitting when I was in high school. I got my dog when I was a freshman in college and needed a friend. Since then, I have loved dog sitting so my puppy can make more friends and I can fill up my free time! I have recently graduated college and have lots of free time in between work! I love spending my time caring for pets, and available any time of the week! I have one dog of my own that can be crated when needed, but can keep your fur baby company. I have a nice trail by my home for nice long walks!
“Morgan was fantastic to work with. A week before she started check ins with my cat, she came by my house for a meet and greet. Ollie LOVED hanging out with Morgan. She was very responsive, polite, and professional. Morgan made sure I never had to worry. She left very detailed notes after every visit, and sent so many pictures!”

“Alyssa was an absolute godsend to our bubbles. Shortly before our international trip we had a house fire in which bubbles got trapped in the house and spend some time in pet hospital for smoke inhalation. Needless to say, she was extremely traumatized. Alyssa spent 10 days with her and we came home to a calm, happy cat. The effort she put in was beyond any expectation. She is a cat whisperer! We cannot even begin to express our gratitude to this amazing lady! Thank you so so much!!!”

“Alex is an amazing dog handler. I can say that simply having my dog with her once a week for a few months led to a noticable improvement for on leash walking skills. Awesome communication and my dog always runs up to greet her for their day together.”

About: I have had dogs all my life & have taken care of friends & family’s pets. I tend to adopt “problem” dogs that other people can’t handle. I love a challenge & gaining the trust of the dog. I used to frequent the Dominican Republic to feed & give flea baths to the neglected street dogs out there. I’m currently working from home & was a bartender for the last 20 yrs but now looking for a new career with animals because they are my true passion. I just moved to the Gardner, Illinois for a bigger yard & a 6ft privacy fence to expand my dog sitting business. I also have a small pool for the dogs. I have lots of gates up throughout the house & different rooms I can put dogs in if any need to separated. I also have large crates I can use.
About: I have been so blessed to have my family and my friends to bring their dogs to me to play and socialize for many years. I work part time out of my home so I have plenty of time to play and nurture your loved pets all through the day I have a five foot gated fenced in yard for your furbabies to run around and play. Plenty of cushions and a couch indoors. I can crate if needed.

“Anna was great! I couldn’t have been happier with choosing her. This was my first time using a day care and she accepted me last minute. My Tator is only 4 months and he enjoyed socializing. She made me feel comfortable and sent me updates of my Tator! She is amazing! 🙌🏽 I am over joyed with this stay.”

About: Caring for animals has always been my passion! I am an experienced pet sitter, dog trainer and behaviorist. I have four dogs who are very friendly and enjoy having guests over. I have worked in pet hotels and daycares for the past 7 years where I supervise and care for large groups of dogs. This allowed me to gain valuable experience learning canine body language, socialization, and psychology. I also am experienced in administering medications and have a large fenced-in yard for your dog to run and play. My husband and I work opposite shifts so someone will almost always be home, allowing your pup to have many potty and play sessions throughout the day. I look forward to speaking with you and meeting your furbaby!

About: With over 5 years of hands-on dog watching experience, I provide more than supervision I provide stability, attentiveness, and genuine care. Over the years, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and ages. From energetic puppies who need structured activity to senior dogs who thrive on a calm, predictable pace, I understand how important it is to adapt to each dog’s individual needs. What truly sets me apart is the balance I bring between structure and affection. Dogs feel most secure when their routine stays consistent, so I make it a priority to maintain their normal schedule as closely as possible. My daily routine typically includes on-time feedings, fresh water refresh, bathroom breaks, and exercise tailored to your dog’s energy level. Whether that means long walks, active play sessions, enrichment activities, or simply relaxed companionship, I adjust based on what your dog needs that day. Beyond the basics, I focus on mental stimulation and emotional well-being. I reinforce positive behaviors, engage in interactive play, and ensure your dog has both active time and calm downtime. I work overnight shifts during the week, and I dedicate my weekends fully to pet care. This allows me to provide focused, unrushed attention from Friday through Sunday. I intentionally keep my weekend availability open for pet sitting so I can give each pet consistent, quality care without overbooking. Weekend care includes structured routines with feedings, walks, playtime, enrichment, and calm companionship tailored to your pet’s needs. I make sure their schedule stays consistent and stress-free while you’re away. When caring for your pet in your home, my goal is to keep everything as normal and stress-free as possible. Pets are most comfortable in their own environment, so I prioritize maintaining their routine, respecting their space, and creating a calm, consistent presence while you’re away.
About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 15 years of hands-on pet care experience. I helped care for my childhood dog from the time I was 8 until she passed away when I was 24. Walking her — especially in her senior years — was one of the highlights of my day, and it taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and unconditional love. Now I have three cats of my own (Winter, Ashtray, and Violet), and I absolutely adore them. Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a vet or living on a farm surrounded by animals — that love has only grown stronger with time. I treat every pet I care for like they’re family, and I’m always focused on making them feel safe, loved, and at ease. I’m looking to care for your furry friends on weekends!, especially in the late morning and early afternoon. I’m reliable, flexible, and happy to give your pet the time and love they need while you’re away or busy. My apartment is cat-friendly but unfortunately does not allow dogs, so I won’t be able to board dogs in my home. However, I’d love to offer dog walking and drop-in services instead! I enjoy being active and going on walks, and I’m excited to give your pup some fresh air, exercise, and one-on-one attention while you’re away.
About: I truly love pets and enjoy taking care of them. I regularly care for my brother’s and my boyfriend’s dogs, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walking, playtime, and giving lots of attention and affection. Pet care fits well into my daily routine because I’m already used to caring for dogs on a daily basis. I plan my schedule around their needs, including feeding times, walks, playtime, and relaxation. I care for pets in their home by following their routine, providing feeding, walks, playtime, attention, potty breaks and making sure they feel safe and loved.

Even though I helped with cats at the animal shelter, and I have worked at a doggie daycare place. At my college, I also volunteered to care for animals that my school takes care of. “This was our second time using Bridget. And from the moment we pulled into her driveway, we knew it was going to be good. Our dog knew where she was, and was so excited to see her friends, that she was not the least bit upset about us leaving her there. I really think our dog views them as her second family.”

About: ‼️Please read entirety of bio prior to sending a booking request Please note: My Rover profile information may not always be the most up to date, as I also own and operate my own pet care business - but I still get notifications here! Please message me so we can discuss your specific needs and availability! Hi, I’m Bee! I’m a medically retired police officer turned professional pet care provider. Pet care is my full-time work, not a side hobby. I take a calm, structured, safety-first approach and focus on low-stress care that allows pets to feel secure, respected, and comfortable. I have years of hands-on experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including seniors, rescues, anxious dogs, puppies, large breeds, and special-needs pets. ⸻ What I Offer • In-home dog boarding in a low-volume, structured environment • Structured dog daycare with supervised play and rest breaks • Drop-in visits for feeding, potty breaks, enrichment, and medications • Dog walks tailored to your dog’s comfort, energy level (must not pull heavily on leash) • Care for seniors, rescues, anxious, and special-needs dogs • Slow, intentional introductions and individualized care plans • Solo or one-on-one care options when appropriate for daycare and boarding • Real-time updates with plenty of photos and detailed written notes ‼️I do not provide boarding or daycare for cats, and I do not offer overnight stays in clients’ homes. ‼️Meet and Greets are mandatory to schedule any service. ‼️My two dogs, Trooper and Moose, will NOT be present for the meet and greet for boarding and daycare ‼️Dates are not reserved unless a deposit is prepaid in advance. ‼️Dogs must be crate trained to stay at Bee’s Bed and Barkfast daycare and boarding. This is a non negotiable for safety, feeding, rest and safe transitions. ‼️Boarding can be booked anytime, as long as the dates are within the next 3 months. I do not book out more than 3 months in advance. I am available generally anytime between sunrise and sunset. Due to a vision disability, I may occasionally need to adjust timing on very rainy days, and I do not drive after dark. If weather requires a schedule shift, I’ll always communicate in advance and ensure your pet still receives attentive, high-quality care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being are my top priorities. I provide intentional, structured care designed to reduce stress, prevent issues before they happen, and create a calm, predictable experience for both pets and owners. This applies whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or in mine. How I care for pets & homes: • Safety-first, prevention-focused handling at all times • Calm routines that prioritize rest, enrichment, and emotional regulation • Respectful care of your home… clean, secure, and exactly how you left it • Doors, gates, leashes, and feeding instructions double-checked every visit • Clear, proactive communication so you’re never left wondering how things are going Boarding & Daycare Environment: • Low-volume, home-based care, not a brick and mortar storefront or warehouse-style daycare • Structured daycare with supervised interactions and enforced rest breaks • Slow, intentional introductions tailored to each dog’s comfort level • Solo or one-on-one care available for dogs who need space or prefer independence at an increased rate • Crate training mandatory to ensure smooth transitions and safety How I differ from other sitters: • I do not force interactions or “let dogs work it out” • I do not overbook or rotate large groups of unfamiliar dogs • I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach Instead, I focus on individualized care, clear boundaries, and calm structure, the kind of environment where dogs can truly settle, decompress, and feel secure.
“She, was great with the care of my furry friend, who at times could be difficult, but she managed the care for him, just as good or better then myself. She will always be my first choice, when it comes to me leaving him with someone that I truly trust. Again Susan thank you.”

“Jeff’s house is well appointed for your fur babies. My babies enjoyed the freedom of the fenced in yard, and found their own places in his home. Jeff had a water bowl out for them and I thought that was neat. He was very observant of their time outside in the heat. Jeff goes over and above and keeps in great contact. He really “gets” our dog’s personality traits. No problems, no worries, just great service. Go with the best. Thanks, Jeff.”
