Miley came to us from a rough background and needs a little more patience. After meeting them and their adorable furry family, we knew Miley would be fine. Even though she is a 50 lb mixed breed, she loves small dogs. We got photos of her on hikes and wandering on their incredible property. I live on an acreage, so our 3 dogs are on a wireless gps collar system. If your dog/s were to come to my yard, they would need to be somewhat collar-trained. About: I have worked with pups and kittys since I was little, I have done puppy training all the way to taking care of senior pets. I have had much practice over the years with all of my own furry family members and now to having a few solid clients I service on a regular basis before even joining Rover. So I love taking care of folks furry family members including my own Doberman and my sisters cat while she's gone away at college. However I work for the government Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 a.m.-7p.m. so I can be there during the mornings and I can take care of them as soon as I get off work in the evenings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, etc. Unfortunately, I more than likely will not be able to do midday potty breaks so if you're someone who works from home and let's them out frequently it probably will not work out. But if they're used to being in during the day already from work schedules then it should be a perfect fit! I take care of my Doberman pup through trainings with positive reinforcement via toys and treats. I feed him every morning and evening, taking him on walks out in the woods and letting him run wild in our big back yard.
About: I’ve taken care of many animals since I was just a little kid. I’ve always held a special place in my heart for dogs, along with small critters. Just recently I moved from Wisconsin, working at a humane society there where everyday I did all the basic care routines/evaluations for approximately 40 dogs. It was a blast, but I’d also love to slow down, and give 1 on 1 attention to the needs of each. I am currently a pretty free person, beginning my career of dog training, Bait’s Purpose: K-9. In a client home I am respectful of the space and keep things so pets feel secure in their home. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, I’ve done dogsitting gigs for 5 years on weekends and in the summers. Walking, feeding, watering, playing, and of course cleaning up after the dogs. About: I’ve taken care of many animals since I was just a little kid. I’ve always held a special place in my heart for dogs, along with small critters. Just recently I moved from Wisconsin, working at a humane society there where everyday I did all the basic care routines/evaluations for approximately 40 dogs. It was a blast, but I’d also love to slow down, and give 1 on 1 attention to the needs of each. I am currently a pretty free person, beginning my career of dog training, Bait’s Purpose: K-9. I plan my future around my dogs, and training. I care for pets however is requested by the owner(s), this just varies on what each dog is comfortable with. Dogs are in great care, however.

“We couldnt have been happier with Sherry and Mike! I put together a last minute trip for my husband's birthday and needed a special kind of person for our rescue baby, Miley. Miley came to us from a rough background and needs a little more patience. After meeting them and their adorable furry family, we knew Miley would be fine. Even though she is a 50 lb mixed breed, she loves small dogs. We got photos of her on hikes and wandering on their incredible property. I felt more like I dropped of Miley for school then leaving her with a stranger. When we picked her up, she was happy and tired. Don't hesitate trusting your furry family with them. Flexible schedule, willing and able to provide check ins, pickup/drop off. I am aware every animal lover has different needs, I can assure great communication and updates as needed. I personally love to go on hikes and long walks. Open large yard ideal for dogs who love to play ball and frisbee. Family friendly dogs are encouraged to stay. Our home does have small children and 2 friendly dogs.

About: I did a lot of dog/cat sitting back when I was in college (8 years ago). I have some time off of work and would love nothing more than to fill my schedule with watching your pets. I have experience in caring for dogs, cats, chickens, and some reptiles. I am off of work for a couple of months, so my availability is wide open! 7 days a week, morning or night would work. I live on an acreage, so our 3 dogs are on a wireless gps collar system. If your dog/s were to come to my yard, they would need to be somewhat collar-trained. At your house, I can walk dogs, play with your dogs in your yard, and hang out with them inside the house. For cats, I can play with them inside, and give them lots of company.
