Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! “I knew from our first meeting that Nathan and Jackie were the right choice to take care of my Sophie for the 2 weeks I would be in Japan. And I was right. They sent daily pictures/videos of: Sophie playing with their dogs Reilly and Bailey; the kids walking, holding, and loving on Sophie; and photos of some well-deserved chill time. We had excellent communication for the duration of Sophie’s stay with them. Nathan contacted me about a week into her stay to report an issue that he felt needed reviewed by her vet. I agreed and Nathan made the appointment, then took her for a vet visit. The vet also agreed with Nathan and gave Sophie 2 prescriptions. Nathan paid for the vet visit and meds himself (since I was not available at the time). For the next week, Nathan and Jackie gave Sophie the meds prescribed and reported back to me how she was doing with her medical issue. I am so thankful for Nathan’s keen observation and proactive stance on Sophie’s health. The vet visit and daily meds were more than they signed up for and they just took care of it all. I will definitely be taking Sophie back for future boardings, and may even have to take her for occasional visits so she can play with the dogs and the kids!”

Im expanding my enrichment based dog grooming business to boarding and daycare. I am currently home based working several days a week as a pet groomer, and we also have farm animals and 5 dogs and 2 cats in our home. All dogs are double leashed and fitted with an air tag when going outside for potty breaks and play time. I do not let dogs outside unleashed or unsupervised. We have a country type environment and do nature walks as well as many mental stimulus type activities

About: I've had dogs almost my whole life. I've taken care of puppies, seniors, and special needs dogs. I love to go on walks, so if your furry family member needs a long walk I'm your gal. I can help with training, and if your baby doesnt have good leash manners? Don't worry. I work full time on second shift, with a varied schedule. However I'm usually able to pop in somewhere before work and take care of your pets. I wouldn't be ideal as a house sitter, or a boarder, but I'll happily check in on your babies and take then on walks. I like to make sure animals have plenty of time to sniff me out and get used to me. If you're cool with me giving them a treat, I may use one to bribe them. Otherwise I let the animal come to me. I'll feed your dogs exactly the right amount of food, let them out for the right amount of time, and exercise them at however long you want. Dogs and cats deserve respect and understanding. I'm not going to change their routine in addition to being a strange person.

About: My pet care experience consists of having a dog throughout my childhood and adult years. I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. With having a dog comes a lot of responsibility and attention whether that's feeding, letting outside, physical activity, and training. I'm experienced in all of those qualities. The pet care that I will be using through the new dogs and cats I meet are the basics of giving treats, going for walks, and playing fetch or ball. Those basics are important and useful for dog caregivers because any dog would love the attention and care that you are giving them unconditionally. I'm also experienced in grooming with bathing the pet if needed. Whether that's outside with a hose and soap or inside in a bathtub. Dogs are my best friends and should be treated with love and companionship therefore I would treat the dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable but also safe and calm at all times. My schedule is very flexible and in the case of babysitting or walking a dog, I will be attentive and responsible. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.

About: I've had dogs almost my whole life. I've taken care of puppies, seniors, and special needs dogs. I love to go on walks, so if your furry family member needs a long walk I'm your gal. I can help with training, and if your baby doesnt have good leash manners? Don't worry. I work full time on second shift, with a varied schedule. However I'm usually able to pop in somewhere before work and take care of your pets. I wouldn't be ideal as a house sitter, or a boarder, but I'll happily check in on your babies and take then on walks. I like to make sure animals have plenty of time to sniff me out and get used to me. If you're cool with me giving them a treat, I may use one to bribe them. Otherwise I let the animal come to me. I'll feed your dogs exactly the right amount of food, let them out for the right amount of time, and exercise them at however long you want. Dogs and cats deserve respect and understanding. I'm not going to change their routine in addition to being a strange person.
About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, growing up with dogs, cats, birds, and even lizards. My mom was an animal lover, and I’ve followed in her footsteps. I helped my dad with his three cats that my mom used to care for before she passed, driving an hour every week for grooming and bathing (one of them is a bit oversized!). I’d love to care for your beloved pet. Although I can’t have pets of my own due to my wife’s allergies, this makes pet sitting my dream job! I regularly care for my father’s cat, Jack, traveling over an hour each way, so distance is not an issue for me. I work seasonally for a cemetery in Bloomington which leaves me laid off from December 1st to March 1st each year. So I am highly available in that 3 month span, and then on weekends during the rest of the year. I’m here to support you and your beloved pet. About: I used to volunteer at an animal shelter, and I learned how to attentively take instructions when it came to the care of an animal. I have dealt with dogs and cats that have digestive issues, as well as knowing my way around taking care of (oral) medication. I am also used to dogs or cats that need daily exercise or some that are very energetic and need a lot of attention. Before moving to New Mexico, I had two dogs, and I was always keen on keeping them safe + well taken care of, but most importantly, checking that they were always happy and healthy. And I would be honored to take care of your pet in the same manner. Because I am searching for work, all of my time is dedicated to Rover at the moment. I am available every day of the week. I have a two bedroom apartment and two cats, so I cannot board any fur babies in my home unless you are absolutely sure they are okay around cats.
