About: I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals, from turtles to sugar gliders to cats and dogs. I had two dogs named Sammy and Kona, but sadly Sammy passed away not too long ago. Kona is an 8-year-old multipoo with personality for days. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and big dogs. I am able to administer oral medication as well as flea and tick treatments. With a family that loves animals, I have picked up a few skills. I can walk, feed, and play with more than one dog at a time. About: I grew up with a dog and loved him very much. He passed away, and the family has not yet gotten another, but I miss caring for a dog. I love all dogs and cats of any size and any animal, for that matter. I am incredibly attentive to animals and always love giving them care, even when they are not mine. I am almost always home and able to pet sit through the day and overnight. I am currently in college, but taking classes online, so I am constantly available to tend to your pet's needs. I am a very active person who can take your pet on walks or runs more than once each day if need be. If your pet enjoys resting, I will also do it with them as I complete work on my computer and will pay close attention to them or snuggle with them if it's what they like. I will care for each pet depending on their specific needs, whether they need to have walks, use the bathroom often, or receive personal care. My home is very safe for pets, as it was already set up for a dog in the past with carpeted stairs and a yard to play in. The yard has a fence around part of it, but it is still open, so if I take your pet outside to play, I will use a leash and keep them in the yard safely separated from any danger. The only other person living in the home will be my mother, who is also an animal lover, but is generally at work during weekdays.

I have had pets with disabilities, very old, and I have given them medicine orally, and topically and changed the bandages, as well as fed with my palm for very old and blind ones. I currently work part time and mostly available to take care of pets. My schedule is flexible for boarding on and off, as well as weekends I live in a single house with fenced backyard. I am available for taking care of your loved ones and have a nice place in my house for them❤️. It is clean and cozy.

“We absolutely love having Diedre watching our dogs. My two pups were staying with her this weekend, and while one of my dogs was immediately very happy there, my other dog was very reactive and anxious around her dogs (this is normal for my dog - her dogs were great). Instead of it ruining our weekend, she pivoted and was so flexible and did drop in visits with our reactive/anxious dog. In the end, both of my dogs got what they wanted - Tilly got to stay and play and Sadie got to be comfortable at home, and got individualized attention. Both dogs were well taken care of and very happy. 10/10 🥰”
