However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! We’re so grateful for her wonderful care and will absolutely be leaving Banjo with her for all our future trips. Highly recommend!!”

About: I have had dogs in my household all my life. They’ve become my family and I care for them as such. I am a dependable student who spends all of her spare time loving her cats and dogs, animals are one of my passions. Currently, I have two dogs in my household who I take care of and love everyday. Personally I don’t go out of town a lot regularly so I’m available most days but I will update my schedule regularly if I will be out of town. I’m open to staying at your house to watch them, or just dropping by to let them outside, or even just to make sure they feel safe while you’re gone. About: I've owned animals all my life. As a kid in school I had two Mastiff puppies who were with me until they were 6. As they had health issues that came on later in their life! My mom has 4 yorkies who I have lived with and taken care of one of them was just put down. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I could walk. Pets have always been an addition in my family. I have also pet sat for friends and family when they have needed. To me, pets are family and I have always taken care of them like that. When I'm trusted to take care of someones pet, I treat them like their baby. We have 3.5 acres of farm and woodland. 1 acres is wooded and we have a trail and creek to play in. If things get too messy, we can always rinse off in the hose. I have a lead out back, but if your dog doesn't need it great! If your dog requires a little more, I have a fenced in area behind the barn that we can venture to as well. I live on a private drive, so not a lot of traffic and its nice and peaceful. I work 8-4 Monday through Friday. I live 20 minutes away and usually come home on my lunch break at 12 to let my dogs out and to let them run and play. I wake up early to take care of my chickens and ducks and let my dogs run around for about 30 minutes outside. With other dogs, we might wake up a little earlier and go on a trail or just walk up and down the road(.5miles) maybe more if needed. We then come inside and eat and drink and they are usually ready to go back to bed by the time I leave for work. On my days off we are outside constantly. If your dog is an introvert or loves ac, we do also let our dogs on the furniture for extra lounging. 🤣 At night we do a bit more outside since we make our rounds to make sure the birds are safe and fed and maybe another walk in the woods. Before bed, we do tick checks just in case! I care for all pets like my own and all pets have the same freedoms as my fur babies(unless specified so your doggo doesn't come home with any habits you don't want them to have). I have blankets on my couches and dog beds all over the house.

I am mainly available for dog walking and/or taking care of your animal in your home. I have helped raise 3 puppies (now big dogs) throughout the past 8 years. I am very well aware of what the animal may need and how to react to that.
About: I’ve always been an animal lover since I was little. Throughout college I have done all sorts of pet/house sitting for friends, family, coworkers etc. I have house sat for a family friend that required feeding and watering horses, milking goats, reptile care, rabbit cleaning care, medicating cats/dogs if needed, you name it. I currently have a Corn Snake, a Western Plains Hognose Snake as well as a Crested Gecko. I have been a Veterinary Receptionist for over 5 and a half years now. I was also an Animal Keeper for about a year with native Illinois Wildlife (including black bears, cougars & bobcats). I am currently transitioning to being a Veterinary Assistant so I am gaining new skills weekly! Currently working a max of 30 hours at my day job as a Veterinary Assistant but recently have been working less. Typically I have Sundays and Wednesdays off during the week but sometimes get another random week day off depending on how busy we are at the clinic. My shifts can vary from 8am to 2pm; 8am to 4pm; 9am to 3pm; 9am to 5pm or even 8am to 6:30pm. The earlier I’m off during the day I am able to help after that too. Your home is their home. I will cater to your pet based on what they like or need. If they just need someone to keep them company I’m there. I will treat your space with respect and follow any instructions given. My pets are family and are treated as such so the same would go for your kiddos.
About: I’ve had 2 childhood dogs growing up and I loved taking care of them on a daily basis. Which included walking, feeding, bathing, and providing love and care. I am currently unemployed so I have plenty of time to care for your pets every need on a regular scheduled basis. I enjoy taking care of all pets. I would prefer to care for pets in the clients home, as I do not have a fenced in yard accessible in my house of residence.
About: I have experience with taking care of cats dogs and bird. I’ve worked hands-on as a vet nurse, so I’m comfortable giving medications and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I’ll care for your pets like they’re my own.” I do work full time and would need 1-2 weeks in advance if house sitting. I am available on occasional wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays after 10am I understand that pets feel sad when their owners are out of town, but rest assured I will try to the best of my ability, to make them feel loved, safe and well taken care of until you return.
About: I have worked with lots of animals including: dogs, cats, horses, goats, and chickens. I also have experience of giving oral medications and subcutaneous injections. I'm available all day during the weeks, and after 3pm on the weekends to watch and care for your pet. I currently work part time during the day on the weekends. I can care for your animals in their home environment so they feel safe and comfortable and stress free, and recieve lots of love and care that they need!

I am also trained to administer medications both orally and through injections if your pet requires any of those types of treatment! I am currently working part time and have very flexible hours! I currently do not have a dog at my house as my sweet older baby has recently passed, however I have a fenced in backyard and a quiet neighborhood that is good for walks and exercise outside!
