About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was a kid. I’ve had a variety of breeds such as labs, golden retrievers, Chihuahuas, aussies, etc. I have helped family members with there pets when needed like house sitting, feeding, walks and more! About: I am a reptile keeper of 20 years with tons of experience with dogs and cats as well. We have had dogs and cats in our house my whole life. I love walking dogs and building a relationship with them as well as caring for other animals and building relationships with them. About: I have a year experience working for a pet sitting company doing house visits and dog walking. During this time I gained a lot of great knowledge on how to properly care for cats and dogs. I have two pets of my own as well. During a house visit I would be sure to feed, water and take them out to potty. I would also make sure to give them plenty of attention if they like that. If you have a cat I can scoop or change litter if needed as well as keep the area clean where the litter box is stored. I am also available for 30 minute walks with your pet to make sure they get the exercise they need. I look forward to hearing from you! From 24/7 all around care and attention: Diet, exercise, interactive play, traveling included, bathing/grooming, and medical care. Food, potty needs, bedding/crate is taken care of. I have cared for family, friends and my own pets since 2009 - feeding, watering, training and administering medication. I worked for The Animal Hospital of Monticello from December 2021-September 2023 where I cared for many different breeds of cats and dogs, at many different age and health levels. I am familiar with animal first aid and am regularly educating myself on medical concerns/treatments because health is my #1 priority. I also love to learn about animal behavior (of all sorts-I'm very nerdy), enrichment and training because I believe a mentally and physically happy animal is a healthy one. I also have experience caring for exotic animals including guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, and lizards. I am happy to learn the needs of whatever baby I am caring for! I will not board any exotic animal or cats for their safety, but I'm more than happy to provide stop ins! ***If I do not believe I can care for your pet properly for whatever reason, I may have connections to those who do have the ability and I will be happy to help you find a new care giver.*** I am currently caring for two dogs from my home three times a week M,T, Th. They train, play, eat and snuggle with me all day. I also have a twelve year old, so If we humans have errands, vacations or an emergency-I let the pet parents know as far in advance as possible. I have two very friendly Australian Shepherd type dogs, an 12 year old human child, a husband and a cat of my own. (Somehow we all get along!) Your fur baby will have the comfort of lots of friends nearby if they come to stay with us. I do require dogs to be up to date on all vaccinations, dog & cat friendly and kennel trained if boarding with me. (So during quiet times they have a familiar, safe and secure place for them to go if they're feeling overwhelmed, or if I need to separate anyone for any reason. I also believe it's simply safer for the dog in case of an emergency.) All animals are allowed on the furniture and often I will find myself snuggling on the couch with the babies. My family also has knowledge on animal care and handling so your fur baby will be under the best care no matter who is in the room. When stopping in I will spend 30 or 60 minutes with your pet baby (depending on your choice: there is a up charge for 60 minutes) feeding, watering, playing, pottying and walking. When choosing the 60 minutes I will also do basic obedience and manners training with your dog. I could try with cats but I can't guarantee my results. I also love pet photography so taking photos of your babies will be a free service offered along with their stay or stop ins. This will NOT be guaranteed every time.

However, caring for both full time I have come to notice animals stimulate both kids and teach them respect, responsibility and routine. We are excited to em"bark" on this new chapter in life and cant wait to start. Together, I believe all 3 of my family unit would not only love, but sincerely enjoy even the smallest and largest pets while their 'parents' are away or just need some attention. About: I currently work and have been working at a Vet clinic for about 6 years now. I’ve been pet sitting even longer, about 8 years! I have experience with dogs, cats, rodents, fish, and birds. I also have experience staying overnight, drop-in visits, giving medications, and dog walking. Koda, my youngest dog was completely trained by me in German commands. Working with dogs to learn new things is one of my favorite things to do.
