We dropped Brutus off and met her two dogs and son who would all be hanging out - I could instantly tell this was going to be great for our Maltese. “Thao has kept my Golden Retriever, Sully, for two different stays when I have needed to board him when my husband and I travel. Once was for a 4 day stint and the other time was for a short weekend. She is very communicable via cell phone and responds to messages very quickly and responsibly. She has sent me updates of Sully with photos and videos and been very nice. It's been really great to be able to leave home and feel confident and trust that my dog is in good hands. She has even come to my home to pick him up before when I haven't had time to drop him off, and she's been very flexible and easy to work with. If you need to leave your pet with someone when you are vacationing, I would HIGHLY recommend her! About: Throughout my time in high school I volunteered at my local humane society with cats. This consisted of playing with them, cleaning their kennels, and creating enrichments. I also regularly cat sit for a few families, all with multiple cats in the home. This work consisted of feeding them, playing with them, cleaning their litter boxes, providing enrichments, and more. I have always loved cats and will take any excuse to hang out with them, whether they just need someone to sit with them, or to give them some activities, I love it all. About: I had 2 dogs growing up, and helped my parents take care of them. My parents were busy most days, so I was the one who would take them for walks. My dog recently got his teeth removed, so I also learned how to take care of him and how to feed him properly with that in mind. I’ve also had to take care of both dogs when my parents are out of town, taking them outside, administering medication, and feeding and providing water for them. I have done the same for my grandparents. I love animals a lot, and I volunteered at animal shelters in high school and can properly care for and clean up after many pets.. About: I’ve taken care of different types of dogs since I was 14. I had a golden doodle pet of my own for 12 years. I have given injections and pills to dogs. I have been trusted to take care of dogs with epilepsy and diabetes. I have plenty of time to be with your animals. I love cuddling with them and won’t have a problem having them in my bed. I am from Riverwoods and it is soon to be my senior year in college but I have time off now. I also love being active and outside. I have no concerns about anxious dogs and I know they will warm up to me with time. I can crate your dog if needed. For extra outdoor time, I have a a zip line cord to connect to a collar that prevents them from going past a certain point in the backyard since we do not have a fenced in yard. They can roam around there.

I have a rescue who is an anxious dog so I have experience in that as well.
About: I grew up with dogs, but didn't get my own until about 6 years ago. Since then, life has revolved around our pup! I love to walk and will tend to any needs your dog may have. My own pup has a digestive disease, so I am comfortable with giving meds and following strict dietary plans. I know how hard it can be to leave your pup and how important it is to have reliable, loving care! I am very flexible with my time! I am usually available between 8 am and 9 pm. Please let me know your pet’s usual routine, and I will work around your schedule. I would appreciate knowing all about your pet’s habits, likes and dislikes so I can provide the most consistent care possible. Please document instructions for feeding, exercise, potty habits, and any other needs your pet may have.
About: I love animals and grew up with a miniature schnauzer and have babysat/ walked dogs for my family and friends when I can help out. I work as a night shift nurse so I am unable to own a pet at the moment unfortunately but I would like to adopt or own as soon as possible. I’m an open book so me any questions you might have :) I work three 12 hours shifts a week. I would babysit/ take care of dogs on one of the days on one of the days I have off. I live in a clean and dog friendly townhome with a fenced in yard to play with them in. I would ensure to take dogs out to potty as often is necessary :)

She is very communicable via cell phone and responds to messages very quickly and responsibly. She has sent me updates of Sully with photos and videos and been very nice. It's been really great to be able to leave home and feel confident and trust that my dog is in good hands. She has even come to my home to pick him up before when I haven't had time to drop him off, and she's been very flexible and easy to work with.
