About: My whole life I have always preferred animals over humans so as an adult my goal has been to turn it into my profession. I have cared for all kinds of animals from bugs to sheep, the least being livestock but i would love to learn more and better my skills in every way I can. With animals I am always down for whatever can or will come my way. I had adopted a large pup named Bruce that was 8 years old when I got him. I loved him as my child and I promise to care for your dogs the same way I did Bruce! Believe me he was one big SPOILED baby. We went on long walks everyday. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with bone cancer. With covid I had the option to finish my school year from home and was able to care for him in his final months. RIP Bruce. 🙏 Where we are staying now does not allow pets or I would have dogs and bring my Hedgehog Beau over. I'm excited to meet your furry family members no matter the size. I work fulltime as a bank teller but I am available most days in the evening and on the weekends. Reach out about any scheduling questions. Trips to the park, hiking the trails, or just letting our noses take us whereever they do is a must! We can play fetch or whatever their favorite activites are. (So during quiet times they have a familiar, safe and secure place for them to go if they're feeling overwhelmed, or if I need to separate anyone for any reason. I also believe it's simply safer for the dog in case of an emergency.) All animals are allowed on the furniture and often I will find myself snuggling on the couch with the babies. My family also has knowledge on animal care and handling so your fur baby will be under the best care no matter who is in the room. When stopping in I will spend 30 or 60 minutes with your pet baby (depending on your choice: there is a up charge for 60 minutes) feeding, watering, playing, pottying and walking. When choosing the 60 minutes I will also do basic obedience and manners training with your dog. I could try with cats but I can't guarantee my results. I also love pet photography so taking photos of your babies will be a free service offered along with their stay or stop ins. This will NOT be guaranteed every time.

About: Greetings! First - thank you for considering me and my services. I have been a pet owner all my life, and have been the proud parent of hamsters, fish, cats, dogs, and a rabbit! I'm also a responsible house sitter, having been both a homeowner and a renter, I understand the value of not just your pets, but your possessions, your mail and plants, the cozy space of your home, the relationships with your neighbors. I have provided these services for friends and families for most of my life. I have always loved animals and I have always owned pets, been a member of dog parks and puppy play groups, and I volunteered for the Champaign Humane Society for many years. I have also had pets with medication needs, so I am experienced in that area. For years I also groomed my own dogs, and I know that each pet has its own needs, preferences, and personalities. Finally, I recently lost my dog of 15 years, and although I now live somewhere that does not allow pets, I need animals in my life! From my own experience of being a Rover customer for many years, I also know how important it is to pet sit within your home with no disruption to your pet's routine or surroundings. I'm retired, so I can be flexible with your scheduling needs for both your pets and your home. I'm both an early riser and a night owl, so whatever works for you also works for me! I have been both a renter and homeowner, so I know how valuable your pets are, but also your cozy home, your plants, mail, and relationships with your neighbors. I have owned a bunny, hamsters, cats and dogs. But I also have an affinity for birds and reptiles. I have provided services for friends and family most of my life, now I just want to bring in a bit of extra cash to supplement social security. I'm also mainly a homebody, so if your home or your pets need extra care or a lot of time, I'm fully available.
About: I have lived with dogs and cats my whole life since I was born with the dogs ranging in sizes from Chihuahuas to Rottweilers. I have volunteered at 2 different animal shelters since I was 15 years old as well as fostered both cats and dogs. I have experience in training young pets from working with my own over the years I work a flexible part-time schedule, meaning I am only away for a few hours at a time during the week. My schedule is completely open on weekends for boarding. Your pet will get plenty of attention, playtime, and potty breaks! I live in a spacious apartment within a secure, gated community surrounded by walking trails. My home is a quiet, low-stress environment with just me and my roommate. As a professional caregiver for humans, I am highly experienced in following specific routine instructions and will treat your space and your pet with the utmost respect.

About: What sets me apart is my real, everyday experience caring for animals. I handle high-energy dogs like my Belgian Malinois, volunteer at shelters, and provide patient, loving, reliable care. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine with college. I make time to walk, play with, and care for dogs because I genuinely enjoy being around animals and helping with pet sitting. At a client’s home, I care for pets by following their normal routine for feeding, walks, and playtime to keep them comfortable and stress-free. About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.

About: My whole life I have always preferred animals over humans so as an adult my goal has been to turn it into my profession. I have cared for all kinds of animals from bugs to sheep, the least being livestock but i would love to learn more and better my skills in every way I can. With animals I am always down for whatever can or will come my way. In the most recent years I have been doing a lot of work with the pups that are a little extra spicy✨ after finding my own dog in a corn field and her ending up with reactivity and aggression, it really opened my mind to not just be a dog lover but someone who understands dog behavior to be able to keep them happy☺️ Unless I am out of town(rarely happens) I can almost always make it work! Even if it’s adding an xtra visit to make sure your baby gets everything they need🫶🏻 I care for every animal like I would my own babies. I like to keep things as close to normal for them as possible so never feel like you are telling me too much!

About: I have taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. I have experience in babysitting children. I also take care of Laya our family pet. I also have previous pet sitting experience in Wisconsin. Iny previous experience in Wisconsin, I have asked owners for written instructions on medications, favorite toys, play schedule, vet contacts as well as inquiring about safe ways to enter the house. I have given the quality care for pets including snuggles, walks, and fun games like fetch with their favorite toys and time at the dog park- if permitted by their parents. I am a substitute teacher. I frequently do half days, I'm doing mostly afternoons at my subbing jobs. I am available in the mornings and at 330-8pm for drop in visits and walks I will ask for written instructions on feeding, rules, any medications, and anything else I should know. I will send pictures and videos of what we are doing-walks, how much your pet has eaten, treats, playtime, and playtime.
