About: I worked in an animal hospital for a couple of years. I have watched furbabies (cats and dogs) of family and friends for many years and even have office dogs at my job! I am mainly available during the weekends but can occasionally do evenings during the weekdays after my full time job. I work from home during Fridays so I am fully available then too. Your dog will love peaceful afternoons filled with energetic runs or watching the backyard koi pond. Inside, a toy basket overflows and is ready for game time. If your pup craves high-energy playtime or gentle pampering, they will be treated like family every moment! I am retired, and I love to take care of dogs! The dog can cuddle with me on the couch or sleep on one of the many available beds. I have a large house and yard and stay at home during the day. My Irish Setter also provides companionship. We have plenty of room for your pup to run and play.

About: I’ve been dog watching for about 4 years now. I started in college and began to enjoy it. I have had 4 dogs at once before and I loved it! Whatever you prefer for your fur baby will be done! If they need to be walked 6 times a day, we will do it! Love will be given to any animal in my care! I have a fenced backyard for them to play around in and there is also a trail nearby to walk if that’s better! Every need will be met

About: Experienced pet sitter. I treat all as my own! I have 4 dogs of my own, 2 small dogs (ages 1 and 11) and 2 male German Shepard (2 yr and 5 yr). I care for and trained all my dogs. Routine is key. I have attended local training centers/classes for support. I am a certified foster for Humane Indiana, Munster, IN. I have experience with senior dogs as I have lost 2 senior dogs in the past, age 13 and 14. I will accommodate your pet as needed inside and outside of my home. I have 1 acre of land to exercise, fenced in area, inground pool with splash pad area (if they like to swim, otherwise, access is fenced off). I am willing to FaceTime/communicate with pet parent as needed! (I know how hard it is to be away from our pets). I am an ex-School Counselor who left the field of Education after 16 years. I assist husband with our business but my days are flexible to accommodate boarding bookings. Pets stay indoors. I have a fenced in area with a doggie door for in-out access to grassy area. I also have a crate if needed. Willing to feed your pup as instructed, take walks, and supervise always! If needed or desired, I have the ability to separate my dogs from yours. All my dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heart guard and are friendly. I would recommend a visit to my home with pet prior to boarding to allow your dog to get to know me, put your mind at ease, and ensure it’s a great fit for them!

We left our sweet Stella with Rachel for 7 days and we received several photos and updates throughout the entire week. Rachel is kind and sweet and clearly loves taking care of the world’s furry friends. We plan to book with Rachel the next time we go out of town. She did a great job!!”
