About: I’ve been around and caring for animals for most of my life, and pets are a huge part of my everyday routine. I have two friendly dogs of my own who love having someone new to play with, so your pup can have plenty of company and playtime while they’re here! We have a nice yard with plenty of room to play, lots of toys, and a comfortable home where pets are treated like part of the family. I’m happy to take dogs on walks, play outside, give them plenty of attention, and stick to their normal feeding and care routine. However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! We’re so grateful for her wonderful care and will absolutely be leaving Banjo with her for all our future trips. Highly recommend!!”

Monday through Friday I do come home on my breaks (I only live .1 mile from my job) so I can let fur babies outside for potty and play then. If your pup has special needs, Friday evening through Sunday may be best as I would be gone periodically throughout the day during the week. I can’t wait to work with you and meet your pup! I have a newly fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play. My dogs are very high energy and have loved playing with previous foster dogs. Just to be on the safe side, I will put your dog in a separate room/section to eat. When it comes to animals, they are family and I completely understand that a stranger watching them can be scary- I am more than happy to do a meet and greet with you and your fur baby/babies as well as send updates however often you would like during their stay.

Rainier really enjoyed his time at their place being accepted into their pack and I received daily updates with photos. He even gave Rainier a bath which I have a difficult time getting him to do. About 5 years ago I started animal sitting and house sitting for people I know and am now wanting to reach out further! On the days I am off I like to go on walks before the heat kicks up for the day and after dinner around 7pm when it cools down. I generally only care for clients animals in their own home to keep the pet feeling safe and leading to a more trustworthy relationship. There has been many times after the pet and I have gotten comfortable that we go on car rides to my home or out to watch little kid baseball games. I have taken dogs to day care to get some extra enrichment with their doggie friends as well.
