About: I’ve had pets for the majority of my life. I have taken care of dogs, both small and big. Additionally, I have owned cats, mice, fish, ferrets and hamsters. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5 years old. I have experience giving dogs pills, being consistent with training processes, and with senior dog care. I have also taken care of cats. I’m able to take care of dogs and cats in the mornings and evenings during the week and all day on weekends and holidays. I am a homebody so once I get done with work during the day, I am not leaving and play with my animals. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.

Since then, I’ve cared for a wide range of animals — dogs, cats, birds, Guinea pigs, lizards, and other small companions — and have also fostered extensively for my local animal shelter and I loved every minute of it. My foster work has included animals in hospice; seniors; dogs going through heartworm treatment; those with serious behavior issues; advanced starvation cases; kidney disease; and pets with other complex medical needs, so I am very comfortable following detailed treatment plans, giving medications, and monitoring changes in behavior or health. I understand how important consistency and attention to detail are, especially when your furry family needs extra care. However complex the case, I always look for ways to make your pet happy in addition to healthy, whether that be an extra slow walk with lots of sniffing, an enrichment toy with diet-approved snacks, or just some quiet time on the couch together. Most importantly, I know what I don’t know. Every pet is an individual with their own history and needs, and I never assume my past experience automatically applies to your furry family member. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, so I can work around your and your furry family's established schedule. When staying at your home, I can be with your pet most of the day. I only provide care in your home, which allows your furry family to stay in their normal environment and maintain their regular routine. I’ve found this keeps stress low and helps pets feel safe while you’re away. When I’m staying overnight, I treat your home and your furry family’s routine with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime instructions exactly as given.

For any overnight stays, please let me know what appliances I can or cannot use, where you would like for me to stay, etc. House sitting can be a tricky topic since the needs can vary so much between individuals. My house sitting base rate includes an overnight care (can adjust hours depending on your pet’s routine & this includes all potty breaks, snuggles, enrichment, etc while I’m in the home), midday potty break, meals, and one focused walk/exercise session (example: before dinner). If your pets need more exercise, care, or attention, this is not a problem! We can discuss additional drop ins and walks as needed and I can adjust the fees as appropriate.

I'm able to come to your home while you're away! Whether you're working extra long hours or away on vacation, I can watch your pets when you are gone from home. I only watch pets in their home environments. This is less stressful/traumatic on pets, than a kennel stay. Also, your pet will avoid getting diseases from the other animals at kennel. I am a hair stylist I got my dog grooming classification also l. Want a quick bath or blow out need a trim absolutely!!! I can do anything you need from a simple blow out to a full cut and groom. I love walking and playing with animals or just cuddling and being that companion they need when parents are away! I have felt with animals with sensitive skin and diets I can also handle medication and dogs who just don’t like meeting new people. I know how important it is to trust a new person with your fur baby and I want to help ease the anxiety while you trust me with you pets. I was recently working for a groomer and she came Ill so I decided to offer my services a little closer to home. About: Experience with dog care especially with walking and boarding. I have also worked at a dog daycare center where I was able to know about pet hygiene and cleaning. I am working part time. I can work mostly on evenings and late afternoons during the week and a full schedule for weekends. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5 years old. I have experience giving dogs pills, being consistent with training processes, and with senior dog care. I have also taken care of cats. I’m able to take care of dogs and cats in the mornings and evenings during the week and all day on weekends and holidays. I am a homebody so once I get done with work during the day, I am not leaving and play with my animals. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.

They arranged a meet and greet at a nearby park. Both Shaliyah and Ajanya were kind and patient, yet firm with Sugar when needed. They maintained communication with us throughout his stay, sending updates with pictures and videos. They fed him, played with him, cuddled him, even practiced some commands with him and treated him like part of the family. Sugar was able to make some new doggie buddies, which I had been hoping for.
