I’m actively provided breaks, lunches, and planned time that I could take out and feed pets. While my residence is unfenced, the neighborhood is very safe within a small town. About: I have had pets in the house my whole life. My grandpa had a farm so I have been around animals since I was little. We have even had several pet pigs that were litter box trained. When I was younger, I would sneak stray cats into the house so they would have a place to stay and I always made sure to feed any stray animals that were too scared to come to anyone. I am that person that always stops if I see an animal wondering around outside, even in areas where I probably shouldn't even stop at stop signs. I have two boys, 7 and 19 months old that share my love for animals. We would be thrilled to spoil and love on your pets if you are planning a trip out of town or just need someone to stop by so your fur babies can have some play time and a bathroom break. I work full time close to Lambert Airport so I have limited availability during the week. On the weekends I am typically home amd welcome any dogs to stay with us as long as they are up to date on vaccines and currently taking flea and tick treatments. Our pups are just like family members. They have free roam throughout the house and are allowed on furniture. We have several dog beds, plenty of toys, and a fenced in backyard.

“Mr. Man (my cat) was quite taken with Latasha. He enjoyed snuggling and hanging out with her, and I was very happy that at the end of our trip he was in good mental and physical health. I hired Latasha to day sit with Mr. Man as he recently got a bad cancer diagnosis, and I was afraid he might not be in good enough health for us to travel. I was especially thankful that he didn't lose weight, as anorexia is a side effect of his cancer.”

“Diane is the best sitter ever. Flexible with pick up and drop off times. She sends so many photos of your fur babies having fun. Next time I need a sitter they will be visiting their new friend Diane again!”

“Brad was very responsive to a last minute request to let my dogs out when I couldn’t get back home in time to feed them. He fed them and let them out and hung out with them for awhile.”

“Catelyn was amazing with my two elderly cats. Even the antisocial one loved her! She sent me daily updates with pictures. Catelyn was wonderful and made my vacation stress-free.”

About: Hi! I’m Gaby, a full-time professional pet sitter and lifelong animal lover. Caring for animals isn’t a side job for me, it’s full time job and passion! One of the biggest benefits of booking with me is that I do this full-time, which means your pets receive far more attention, companionship, and supervision than they would with sitters who work traditional 9–5 jobs or are in and out all day. Your pets won’t be left alone for long stretches of the day, and their comfort, safety, and routine will always be my top priority. I have professional experience working in daycare and boarding environments, including Kennelwood Animal Resort and Y Bark Alone. Through that experience, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and energy levels. I’m comfortable administering medications (both oral and injections), handling puppies, seniors, and special-needs pets, and recognizing signs that a pet may be stressed, anxious, or unwell. When I watch your babies, they aren’t just another booking. I take the time to learn their routine, personality, favorite activities, and any special instructions so they can feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they receive the individualized care they deserve. You’ll receive tons of pupdates, photos, and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, and in caring hands. My goal is to become the sitter you can rely on whenever you need help, a trusted person who treats your pets like family and provides the same love, patience, and attention I’d want for my own! I look forward to meeting you and your furbabies!🐶🐾 Rover is my full time job at the moment so my schedule is very open to give your pet the proper time and attention they deserve. How I care for your fur baby is completely contingent on the owner. I follow all guidelines they have set in place whatever those may be. But you can trust they are always in the best of hands.

If you have any cat-related questions, feel free to ask! I have knowledge giving medication, cleaning litter boxes, and getting to know your feline friends. I have my veterinarian technician degree and I am PET CPR certified.
About: Hey friends! I graduated with an AAS in Veterinary Technology in 2019 from Muscatine, Iowa. I have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2020 and I absolutely love it. I have a large passion for animal care and know that they deserve as much love as people do. My family and friends have always had animals as well, so I’ve helped with them here and there. I’ve done quite a few jobs on here and it’s always been a great experience! I am CPR trained for both cats and dogs and know how to give various medications in various ways. I worked at Northgate Small Animal Hospital in Collinsville, IL for over 2 years and recently quit this year due to my CF, but I still keep up to date with my licensure! I can work with dogs, cats, and small exotic animals including hamsters, Guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, etc. Don’t worry, you can trust me with all of your fur babies!!! As previously mentioned, I quit working as a Vet Tech in 2023 do to hardships with my Cystic Fibrosis. I still do Rover jobs, so feel free to ask me if you need me! I had a baby earlier this year in April, so my schedule will depend on him and that of my hubbys! Other than that, just let me know and ask me! I don’t watch animals at my home due to our dog, Chief, being dog aggressive but I’m always happy to come to your home and visit your pets! I’m happy to follow a schedule or do whatever you need while at your home!

“Chico, my elderly Chihuahua, went to doggie daycare with Amy in Columbia for a couple of hours while I met friends for lunch. Amy has such a wonderful way with animals; you can tell she really loves watching them. She took lots of photos, have Chico lots of attention and even had a pet guestbook for him to sign. Such a cute idea. If you ever need a pet sitter, I highly recommend Amy.”

About: I had my own personal dogs for over 20 years in total but do not currently have any pets. As my schedule allows, I help out with short-term fostering for a rescue that I adopted two of my dogs from. All 3 of my dogs ended up with health issues in their old age so I have plenty of experience giving medications, feeding special diets, assisting with mobility issues, etc. Because my boy was dog reactive, I became a master at 'crate/gate/separate' when fostering while he was alive. However, I intend to only sit animals that are from the same home at one time so the animals do not face any restrictions needing to avoid animals they do not live with. I work from home (day job) so I will be around most of the time during the care dates with the exception of any planned events outside of the home (which likely would not be more than a few hours at a time). I have a fenced yard (4 feet) for quick potty breaks (I do not leave dogs unattended in my yard). For walks, I can use a double leash/collar if needed for extra security. I do have a shared fence line with a neighbor dog that is reactive so, when needed, I run a line of chicken wire to keep dogs in my yard from being able to reach that fence. The neighbor’s dog is my primary reason for marking ‘no’ to un-spayed/neutered. I don’t leave any dogs I watch unattended in my back yard but he’s a Cane Corso that’s not neutered and my fence is only 4ft tall so I figured better safe than sorry.

About: What sets me apart is my patience, flexibility, and genuine love for animals. I understand that pets, like people, need time to warm up, so I always work on their schedule — not mine. As a mom of two students high school and college, caring for pets fills my heart and time with purpose. I’m dependable, respectful of your home, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and understood. This is my full-time occupation, I don’t mind driving or going the extra mile to make sure your home and pets are cared for like family I care for pets by following their normal routines as closely as possible. Whether in my home or yours, I provide a calm, loving environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. I take time to earn their trust, give them space when needed, and show affection when they’re ready. I handle feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions with care and attention to detail—just as I would for my own pets. My goal is to keep them happy, healthy, and stress-free while you’re away.
