About: We have had a dog or dogs for over 20 years. My husband and I both grew up with dogs as well. Our two dogs have been with us since they were puppies and both of them attended three levels of dog training classes. I work part-time very early in the morning and we spend a lot of time at home because my kids are homeschooled. There is usually always someone at home. I will do as much as I can to accommodate the dog owner’s preference in care for their dog. We have two dogs that can play with your dog. If your dog needs to be in a crate I can accommodate that. Our dogs are not allowed on the couches and chairs but my children do let them sleep in their beds.

Madison handled it like a pro, she seeked guidance from the vet who confirmed what seemed to be happening. She adjusted his food intake to help him keep food down and made some other changes which fixed the problem! Goose, their dog, was a wonderful big brother to Cooper and they all gave him love like he was their own. Cooper was taken on lovely walks on trails and to the dog park and Goose also shared his antlers with Coop which is now his favorite thing to chew! We were very happy with the care given to our crazy little kid and Madison went over and beyond!”

My ancient kitty Larry doesn't do well staying by himself anymore. Estefanny not only assured that he had regular meals, water, and meds, but she also stayed with him at night so he wasn't lonely. Larry clearly loved her. She sent an update and photos every day, many of which showed him on her lap or in the spare bed, so he was obviously comfortable sleeping with her. To be honest, I expected her to be great with Larry. What I didn't expect was, after 5 nights sleeping at my house, I couldn't even tell she had been there. The place was exactly as I had left it - I swear she packed out her own garbage! Estefanny clearly cares for pets and is pleasant, reliable, and responsive. Over the last 10 years, friends, family and neighbors have entrusted me with taking care of their dogs. 2 years ago, I took on the venture of fostering dogs in my home. My experience with them has been with puppies through adult dogs. Special needs dogs are welcome too, as I have experience with dogs with seizure disorder and other chronic issues. During the time the foster dogs are in my care, I work to establish a routine, learn basic commands and household manners. I work from home Monday-Friday. My pets (and fosters) stay in my office with me when I working. I am able to care for your pets during my breaks, lunchtime and after hours. My weekends can be a bit more busy, but I can be flexible in working with your needs. I have a small fenced in yard for the dogs to stretch their legs, enjoy the outdoors, and of course relieve themselves. Indoors, I do have crates available if your dogs needs some alone, quiet time. My dogs have their own room to offer a safe space for them. The dogs are never left unattended to ensure they don't get into something they are not suppose to. If watching the dog in your home, I will follow any instructions that you give to ensure your dog's safety and happiness.

About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... I do travel out of state to Illinois (Mostly the North suburbs of Chicago) and Wisconsin. This is where I have done house-sitting. Pets and Plants can be included in this care. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.
