About: I’ve taken care of numerous pets of different kinds for over 20 years. Not counting my own animals. I’ve also cared for elderly and special needs pets. Im available most the time during the summer. Ask me for my availability and I will approve dog sitting where I can. Please just ask. I have a fenced in back yard. “HIRE CHRIS. I won the lottery with him. It was my first time using Rover. I have a special needs rabbit who needed a caretaker after a rabbit boarding service was no longer available. I messaged several sitters and Chris was the first to respond. He is responsive and communicative. What I absolutely love about Chris, among many things, is that he asks questions. Not in a "what do I do" kind of way. Rather, "how do I do this to make sure it's done correctly". My special needs rabbit is on a specialized diet. I left Chris with instructions, which he followed to a tee, but he also sent a photo of the food. (My rabbit is feed very soft, watered down pellets and Critical Care due to recent dental surgery). I'm happy that he did because my rabbit can't chew on pellets. He sent lots of photos of Moo, too. Chris was also flexible with the initial meet 'n' greet appointment and visiting my landlord's office to pick up my front door key (which has to be loaned out). One of the reasons I chose Chris was his close proximity to my apartment. I will 5000% hire Chris again for my rabbit sitting needs. He took great care of my very special needs rabbit and Moo liked him too! I recommend him for your pet sitting needs, including small mammals!”
About: I recently lost my soul dog, Wilson. He was a 14 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He is in the picture with me. I have a second Cavalier named Auggie. I worked with Wilson to become a certified therapy dog. He retired when he was 10. When he was around 9 he became deaf. Therefore, I have years of experience with a deaf dog. I have experience with dogs from puppy through old age. My grown children also have dogs. I have included some of those dogs in the pictures. We have a bulldog, a golden retriever, a boxer, a lab, and several mixed breed rescues in our family! I have decided to offer my services on Rover to help fill a void after losing my beloved Wilson. About: I have had dogs for over 30 years, including a Dalmatian, American Eskimo, and Australian Shepherd-all high energy dogs. I’ve also dog sat for friends and family when they’ve gone on vacation. I am a calm, caring, and active person who will love your dog like my own. I teach part time in the morning, every other day. Other than that, I have plenty of time to take your dog on walks, play ball, and feed them. I have a fenced in yard, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of dog toys to keep your puppy/dog happy. I also have a two year old Australian shepherd that can be a playmate to other friendly dogs if the dogs are socialized. In case of bad weather, we have plenty of room in our house to accommodate another dog.

I currently my own Boss with my own schedule with some time and some flexibility to help out with other families that might need help Walkable access to parks and trails for opportunities for outdoor play and fun time. I've always been big on both supervised engaging play time 🤓
