“A very bad storm came through town while Hannah was doing a drop-in visit with our boys. She made sure to stay with them until the storm passed so they wouldn’t be scared and would feel safe. She even went as far as standing all of our potted plants back up that had blown over outside! Saying Hannah went above and beyond would be an understatement. It means a lot knowing our boys are in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about them and treats them like her own. We couldn’t recommend her more!”
About: I grew up with two big Akita/husky’s that were always full of energy but very entertaining! I now have a Pitbul mix that loves to cuddles. I started dog sitting in my neighbors home when I was 16 and would need to stay overnight due to the dogs separation anxiety. I was also required and very much enjoyed walking said dog 3-4 times . I love all animals very much, always have and caring and their happiness has always been a thing I pride myself on. I'm very professional and will provide the best care for your pet. About: Animals are my passion and caring for them is my kind of fun! The quality of care and love I provide is reflected in my pricing. I have cared for family, friends and my own pets since 2009 - feeding, watering, training and administering medication. I worked for The Animal Hospital of Monticello from December 2021-September 2023 where I cared for many different breeds of cats and dogs, at many different age and health levels. I am familiar with animal first aid and am regularly educating myself on medical concerns/treatments because health is my #1 priority. I also love to learn about animal behavior (of all sorts-I'm very nerdy), enrichment and training because I believe a mentally and physically happy animal is a healthy one. I also have experience caring for exotic animals including guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, and lizards. I am happy to learn the needs of whatever baby I am caring for! I will not board any exotic animal or cats for their safety, but I'm more than happy to provide stop ins! ***If I do not believe I can care for your pet properly for whatever reason, I may have connections to those who do have the ability and I will be happy to help you find a new care giver.*** I am currently caring for two dogs from my home three times a week M,T, Th. They train, play, eat and snuggle with me all day. I also have a twelve year old, so If we humans have errands, vacations or an emergency-I let the pet parents know as far in advance as possible. I have two very friendly Australian Shepherd type dogs, an 12 year old human child, a husband and a cat of my own. (Somehow we all get along!) Your fur baby will have the comfort of lots of friends nearby if they come to stay with us. I do require dogs to be up to date on all vaccinations, dog & cat friendly and kennel trained if boarding with me. (So during quiet times they have a familiar, safe and secure place for them to go if they're feeling overwhelmed, or if I need to separate anyone for any reason. I also believe it's simply safer for the dog in case of an emergency.) All animals are allowed on the furniture and often I will find myself snuggling on the couch with the babies. My family also has knowledge on animal care and handling so your fur baby will be under the best care no matter who is in the room. When stopping in I will spend 30 or 60 minutes with your pet baby (depending on your choice: there is a up charge for 60 minutes) feeding, watering, playing, pottying and walking. When choosing the 60 minutes I will also do basic obedience and manners training with your dog. I could try with cats but I can't guarantee my results. I also love pet photography so taking photos of your babies will be a free service offered along with their stay or stop ins. This will NOT be guaranteed every time.

She took him on multiple walks while he was there and even had him on a walk right before we arrived so he would have pottied when we got there for our drive home!!! She was so thorough on pup’s report card letting us know how many times he went potty, when he ate, and how long the walks were! I could go on and on about how amazing she is! About: First off I have owned dogs/cats since I was 8 and I’m a huge pet lover! I have 2 dogs and a cat which are all very loving and well socialized with all types of pets and people! I’m a big walker and love a good game of fetch, tug of war, frisbee, or just running around with everyone! I do not require your pet be crate trained if I’m sitting at my house or during doggy day camp but if they stay over night I require they be crate trained or atleast potty trained. While your pets are with me I will be working on training them and perfecting manners with consistent treats and praising for good behavior. I’m very patient and love working with animals! About: I grew up with animals of all kinds and love to be around them. I have experience with all kinds and ages, from newborn to super seniors. Two of my childhood dogs required medication, I have experience administering injections and oral medications. I also have experience administering topical and oral medications to cats. I have few routine obligations and will likely be able to make any pet sitting requests a priority. I am generally available from about 8:30am until 11pm every day. I can stop by on whatever schedule you desire and interact with your pet(s) as close to the way you would as I can. My goal is to provide care as similar to yours as possible so that your pet is comfortable and enjoys their time with me. With drop in care, I will be sure to administer medications, feed, water, and groom as instructed as well as cleaning litter boxes and extra gifts, and, of course, providing desired attention. I will respect your rules, your home, and your privacy. With dog walking, I will do my best to make sure they stay safe and comfortable while having a great time and getting plenty of exercise. About: I've been a dog mom to s pit/lab mix and currently a pit/Cane Corso mix. He's a sweet boy who loves eveyone and is both active but also likes his daily naps. I work 3 days of the week so on my days off I'm available for walks/drop-in visits or boarding. Aslan would love to have someone to play with😊 I have a fenced yard and a doggy door which makes it easy for quick potty breaks and playtime. I enjoy taking my dude on hiking the trails at a park or to a dog park to run off his energy and take great naps after. I also spend a lot of time playing and training Aslan. About: My whole life I have always preferred animals over humans so as an adult my goal has been to turn it into my profession. I have cared for all kinds of animals from bugs to sheep, the least being livestock but i would love to learn more and better my skills in every way I can. With animals I am always down for whatever can or will come my way. In the most recent years I have been doing a lot of work with the pups that are a little extra spicy✨ after finding my own dog in a corn field and her ending up with reactivity and aggression, it really opened my mind to not just be a dog lover but someone who understands dog behavior to be able to keep them happy☺️ Unless I am out of town(rarely happens) I can almost always make it work! Even if it’s adding an xtra visit to make sure your baby gets everything they need🫶🏻 I care for every animal like I would my own babies. About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.
