When I asked Maren to look after our little rascal 2x a week for 2 months, she was incredibly accommodating. It's been 2 weeks now since Luna has started "camp Maren" and it's been great. Maren communicates well and sends multiple updates throughout the day. Luna loves Maren so much that she does a little happy dance (which involves jumping, wiggling, and lots of kissing) every time they meet and I can tell she's not quite ready to leave when we come pick her up. I currently own a mellow and submissive lab/husky mix, Henry, and a Maine Coon/Domestic Medium Hair cat, Tater Tot. Both get along with other animals. I am currently not working a full time “normal” job, so I have plenty of time to walk and babysit your furry friends. I am available for on-demand walks in the city limits of Chicago and south suburbs. For North and Northwest Suburbs, I can be flexible with enou I own a historic Victorian row home; it is 3 stories plus a basement and 2600 sq ft. My home is in the heart of the Historic Pullman District, on National Park Service land. My neighborhood is VERY safe, and my home is also down the street from the 005 District Police Station. My home has plenty of room to spare for your fur children. Not only that, I also have a 6 ft fully fenced yard. There is a dog park 3 blocks from my home, and I am in close proximity to several Forest Preserves. If baths are requested, bath lovers can enjoy baths in a jacuzzi tub, and bath tolerators will be bathed in a walk in shower with a double rainfall showerhead, and a handheld shower head for the hard to reach spots. I can offer pickup and dropoff for those without a car or time to spare, and dogs will be transported in a seatbelt for safety.
