I am currently working over nights in healthcare so all day time care is perfect for me! Over night care is also good dogs will never be left home alone with someone home all the time :) I have a big fence in yard with three little dogs to keep your dog company! About: I’ve spent the past 6–7 years caring for animals through the Kankakee County Humane Foundation, where I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all different sizes, personalities, backgrounds, and comfort levels. I also currently care for boarding pets at VCA County West Animal Hospital and have been pet sitting for several years. My cozy home is shared with three friendly cats—two seniors (12 & 14) and a recently adopted 5-year-old—who all get along well with others. I’ve created hidey holes for shy kitties to feel secure. About: I love all the furry babies, my own fur babies are treated like my children. I work from home, so your baby would have my attention through the entire day. We would have time to play, walk, snuggle, and bond. I have a large fenced in back yard. Your baby would feel at home and comfortable in my home, they would have full access to roam and wander. About: My pet care experience consists of having a dog throughout my childhood and adult years. I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. With having a dog comes a lot of responsibility and attention whether that's feeding, letting outside, physical activity, and training. I'm experienced in all of those qualities. The pet care that I will be using through the new dogs and cats I meet are the basics of giving treats, going for walks, and playing fetch or ball. Those basics are important and useful for dog caregivers because any dog would love the attention and care that you are giving them unconditionally. I'm also experienced in grooming with bathing the pet if needed. Whether that's outside with a hose and soap or inside in a bathtub. Dogs are my best friends and should be treated with love and companionship therefore I would treat the dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable but also safe and calm at all times. My schedule is very flexible and in the case of babysitting or walking a dog, I will be attentive and responsible. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. Also will have the clients contact information in case of emergency.
About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.

About: I have lived with dogs and cats throughout my life and have more than 30 years of experience caring for them. I currently care for several pets in my own home, so I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine, energy level, and individual needs. I carefully follow instructions for feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, litter box care, walks, playtime, and companionship. I take time to help each pet feel comfortable and keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. You can expect dependable care, clear communication, a detailed Rover Card, and several photos after every visit. I prefer to meet before the first recurring or extended booking so I can learn your pet’s routine, confirm access instructions, and understand exactly what they need. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I keep my Rover calendar current and only accept visits that fit my availability. This allows me to arrive within the agreed time window and give each pet attentive care without rushing. Before the first booking, I prefer to meet you and your pet, review the care routine, and confirm access instructions. During each visit, I follow your directions closely, check doors and gates, refresh food and water, and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable before I leave. I provide photos and a clear update after every visit.
About: I’ve spent the past 6–7 years caring for animals through the Kankakee County Humane Foundation, where I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all different sizes, personalities, backgrounds, and comfort levels. I also currently care for boarding pets at VCA County West Animal Hospital and have been pet sitting for several years. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic, playful pups to shy, nervous, or more reserved pets. Being around such a wide variety of animals has taught me how important patience, body language, routine, and earning an animal’s trust truly are. I genuinely adore animals and treat every pet in my care like they’re one of my own. 🐾 I currently work in animal care, so my schedule is consistent and easy to plan around. I’m at the shelter Mondays and Fridays from 7:30 AM–5 PM. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I work split shifts at VCA from 7:30–11 AM and 4:30–7:30 PM, leaving me available for walks, drop-ins, and pet care during the middle of the day and later evenings. Saturdays I work 7:30–10 AM and 5–7:30 PM, with a large window available in between. I’m also generally available on Sundays and am happy to work with your pet’s routine whenever possible. As I grow my Rover clientele, I’d love to dedicate even more of my schedule to pet sitting and caring for your pets! 🐾 I live in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Bradley with a fully fenced 4-foot chain-link yard. I have two dogs of my own who are incredibly sweet and friendly, but I understand that not every pet is comfortable around other animals. Introductions would always be done slowly and carefully, and I have a spare bedroom that can be set up as a cozy, quiet space for your pet if they need their own area to relax. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always come first. I’m happy to follow their normal feeding, potty, walking, crate, medication, and bedtime routines as closely as possible. Pets will be supervised while outside, and I’m comfortable keeping animals separated when needed based on personality or comfort level. Because of my years of shelter and animal-hospital experience, I’m used to reading body language, working with nervous or shy pets, and adjusting my approach to what makes each individual animal feel safe. My goal is for your pet to feel secure, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. 🐾
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 8 years of hands-on experience in animal rescue. I’ve worked in kennel environments and currently serve as an intake coordinator for a rescue, giving me extensive experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. In 2025 alone, I fostered 45 animals, so I’m very comfortable handling a wide range of personalities, from shy and nervous to high energy pups. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pup and provide them with the care, attention, and exercise they deserve! I get off work at 3 most days so afternoon walks are best. I am a very active person so i am always walking with my dog. I have a dog friendly dog and a fenced in yard, i do not plan on having dogs in my home but can possibly if necessary.
About: I will treat your fur baby like my own, they will be spoiled! I adore all animals and look forward to meeting yours. My day job is taking care of other peoples horses and training them. I understand the importance of trusting the person who takes care of your four legged family members! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, dog walked and done cat visits since I was young. Boarders must get along with cats (I have one, he’s friendly to everyone) I understand the value of giving animals exercise, consistency, love and attention. I will absolutely follow your guidelines with your pet, after all, you know them best! I’ve had extensive experience giving medications, administering SQ fluids, treating wounds, etc. I’ve taken care of puppies during potty training, as well as senior animals.
