About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). I will adhere to the preference of pet owners on if the pets can interact with other pets. I work full-time as a remote employee for Royal Canin. I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m currently available any time Wednesday-Friday and on most Saturdays. I like to know all the details about your pets every day life so I can help keep their routines as normal as possible. Whether that includes certain times for feeding, walking, medications, etc. I also like to know if they are reactive, timid, or have any other quirks you want me to know about!
About: I’m an RVT that is wanting to help look after your little kiddos! I’ve been in the vet field for almost 9 years, I’m good with all types of pets, especially dogs and cats I’m currently switching to a new job so I have plenty of availability at the moment. I can stay overnights if needed or just stop by during the day. I’m able to walk your dogs and play with cats. Im very capable of giving medications if needed or just hanging out with your little kiddos

I have a nice yard and field for walks, and a large covered deck for outside play time in severe weather. I only take one family's pets at a time. So, your babies will get plenty of quality attention and companionship. My home is pet friendly and all safety precautions have been implemented. Your companions will be kept separate from my own for the safety of both parties. I am also comfortable and experienced taking care of special needs pets that might require medications to be administered or other accommodations. I now have a bedroom designated for cats. It has a king size bed and lots of windows for bird watching. I only book one family's cat or cats at a time. I have excellent reviews and references. Thank you for your consideration.
