I was sleepy when I dropped Nova off and asked if a gas station was nearby to get coffee and Pete made me an espresso right then. I didn’t even have to msg to ask about Nova because they sent pics and videos and updates before I even had to ask. You can tell immediately that they are just genuine people and they really care about the animals and are very passionate about what they do. They provided an amazing place for Nova to stay the weekend and I was able to relax and enjoy my little weekend trip knowing that Novs was in the best care. They do special little activities with them and I could just go on and on. I hope that they are available next time I need a sitter for Nova because they provide exceptional service. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! About: I had my own personal dogs for over 20 years in total but do not currently have any pets. As my schedule allows, I help out with short-term fostering for a rescue that I adopted two of my dogs from. All 3 of my dogs ended up with health issues in their old age so I have plenty of experience giving medications, feeding special diets, assisting with mobility issues, etc. Because my boy was dog reactive, I became a master at 'crate/gate/separate' when fostering while he was alive. However, I intend to only sit animals that are from the same home at one time so the animals do not face any restrictions needing to avoid animals they do not live with. I work from home (day job) so I will be around most of the time during the care dates with the exception of any planned events outside of the home (which likely would not be more than a few hours at a time). I have a fenced yard (4 feet) for quick potty breaks (I do not leave dogs unattended in my yard). For walks, I can use a double leash/collar if needed for extra security. I do have a shared fence line with a neighbor dog that is reactive so, when needed, I run a line of chicken wire to keep dogs in my yard from being able to reach that fence. The neighbor’s dog is my primary reason for marking ‘no’ to un-spayed/neutered. I don’t leave any dogs I watch unattended in my back yard but he’s a Cane Corso that’s not neutered and my fence is only 4ft tall so I figured better safe than sorry.

About: I’ve dog sat for family members on multiple occasions. The dogs seen in my photographs are family dogs that have stayed in my home. I will adhere to the preference of pet owners on if the pets can interact with other pets. I work full-time as a remote employee for Royal Canin. I am also comfortable and experienced taking care of special needs pets that might require medications to be administered or other accommodations. I now have a bedroom designated for cats. It has a king size bed and lots of windows for bird watching. I only book one family's cat or cats at a time. I have excellent reviews and references. Thank you for your consideration. This is my full time job. A labor of love. So, caring for your companions will be my top priority. You can feel confident and secure while they're in my care. About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since I was 10. Have had dogs/cats in my life as long as I can remember and I grew up taught how to treat an animal right and take care for them. I’m currently working part time at a restaurant. I spend a lot of time doing nothing with my cats and after having a conversation with my partners aunt she advised me to do this so here I am ! Unfortunately I have shelter cats who used to be feral so currently in house sitting I cannot do but I’m more then open to going to a customers home.
About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m currently available any time Wednesday-Friday and on most Saturdays. I like to know all the details about your pets every day life so I can help keep their routines as normal as possible. Whether that includes certain times for feeding, walking, medications, etc. I also like to know if they are reactive, timid, or have any other quirks you want me to know about!

I have previous experience working in a veterinarian office, dog day care, dog walking/pet sitting, and have taken care of dogs in advanced training to become service dogs. “It doesn’t get any better than the amazing service that Pete and Amy provide. I was blown away at how much they go above and beyond not only for the pets but the pet owners. I was sleepy when I dropped Nova off and asked if a gas station was nearby to get coffee and Pete made me an espresso right then. I didn’t even have to msg to ask about Nova because they sent pics and videos and updates before I even had to ask. You can tell immediately that they are just genuine people and they really care about the animals and are very passionate about what they do. They provided an amazing place for Nova to stay the weekend and I was able to relax and enjoy my little weekend trip knowing that Novs was in the best care. They do special little activities with them and I could just go on and on. I hope that they are available next time I need a sitter for Nova because they provide exceptional service. They sent her home with the most amazing picture of her and a hand written note that was very touching. I would recommend them to everyone.”
