“My dog had his ‘best vacation’ staying here! I don’t travel often where I need to find him a place to stay—this was the best choice!! He has stayed at the vet before and hated being in a small kennel, he has been to a kennel a couple times, and while taken good care of there—he was separated from being inside a house with a family—what he is used to and what dogs want!!! He is getting older, has medicine he takes and just wants a little love when we were out of town. He quickly made friends with both of their dogs!! Every day I was gone, I received updates throughout the day including pictures showing his fun! I would recommend 100%!! :)”

“Great experience! They were accommodating for our drop off and pick up, and sent pictures and videos so we could see what our pup was up to while we were away. I'm certain our doggo had so much fun with them (and their pups) we were only missed about 5 minutes in the 8 days we were gone. Highly recommend and will certainly book again.”

“Dillon took amazing care of my boy! His home is clean, pet-friendly, and a great spot for doggy stay-overs. Monte felt comfortable right away exploring every part of his house and meeting Shadow, which put me at ease. I got updates with photos, and it was clear Monte was having a great time and was well cared for. When I picked him up, he was all smiles and full of good energy. Dillon followed Monte’s complex feeding schedule and made sure he got plenty of outdoor time. (and ear rubs) He truly treats every dog like his own. I highly recommend Dillon if you're looking for a great place for your fur baby to stay! I’ll definitely be booking with him again.”

About: I did a lot of dog/cat sitting back when I was in college (8 years ago). I have some time off of work and would love nothing more than to fill my schedule with watching your pets. I have experience in caring for dogs, cats, chickens, and some reptiles. I am off of work for a couple of months, so my availability is wide open! 7 days a week, morning or night would work. I live on an acreage, so our 3 dogs are on a wireless gps collar system. If your dog/s were to come to my yard, they would need to be somewhat collar-trained. At your house, I can walk dogs, play with your dogs in your yard, and hang out with them inside the house. For cats, I can play with them inside, and give them lots of company.

“Allison was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs, a playful and high energy 5 year old pug and a very high needs senior. She is so loving with them, and is very patient and focused on our senior dog’s needs. We were totally confident that they were cared for so well all day. We are so grateful to have found her! Ellie and Jake loved their time with her and can’t wait to stay with her again.”

“I needed a sitter last minute for my very anxious dog and Aleece does amazing work with great flexibility. She sends updates including photos, videos, and reports throughout my day with my dog and takes great care of her. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a welcoming and warm environment for their dog.”

During lunch break, I use my Furbo camera to talk to my dog and launch a treat for him. I usually take my dog for a walk as soon as I get home from work. Weekends, I am typically home most the day. I have a ranch style single-family home that has a doggy door to a full turf and fully fenced back yard. I have the sweetest Golden Retriever that loves having other doggos come over. I have a nice little house in Bettendorf with a great yard including a vinyl privacy fence. I will give your pet a loving fun, playful experience, and I’m very happy to send you video and pictures so you can see how your pet does while they’re with me . I usually let them out in the morning and feed the dogs I watch separately so there’s no fighting , same thing at about 4 pm in between they get pets , sleep, and run around in my yard ( weather permitting ) I am home every day of the week. I am gone for a few hours on Wednesday and Friday. Always attentive to pets in my care they will not be left outside for long periods of time , I often go and sit on my patio while the dogs are out , I also have a doggy door that fits up to large dogs .
About: I have watched all dogs from puppy to old senior sweethearts, my heart belongs to all animals. My boy loves friends and always ready for a visitor! I am currently a stay at home mother, I have all the free time in the world. I spend my free time with my children and my fur babies!! I have a huge yard, not fenced in but safe and in a quiet neighborhood. All animals will be taken out on a leash and give PLENTY of time to go potty! About: I provide attentive and loving care to pets of all sizes, from small lap dogs to active breeds, as well as bunnies, cats and birds. As I work from home, your pet will receive consistent attention throughout the day, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. I take time to understand their needs so they feel secure and relaxed. Every pet in my care is treated as if they were my own. With my work from home environment I am able to deal with pets all times during the week. I do travel some weeks, in which I will not take on any pets. I am flexible on schedules. In the spring I will note I coach, and may be gone for 2-3 hours maximum on some nights if there is an overnight pet. This scheduling information will of be provided ahead of time to ensure you know exactly how your pet will be cared for. As I work from home your pet will be watched all day. Whether they choose to join me or relax elsewhere in the house is up to their preference. I do not have a kennel and am okay with pets being able to roam. I also want to break up my day so they will get walks every 2-4 hours if they would like. I also have a fenced yard that I can see from my office if they are wanting to spend more time outside. Personally I’ll probably be outside with them :)
About: I started dog sitting because I know what it’s like to leave your dog and spend the whole trip wondering if they’re okay. I’m Christy and I live in east moline Illinois , and my whole approach is built around keeping your dog happy at home where they’re comfortable. I’m big on communication — you’ll know when we walked, how they ate, what weird new toy position they invented, and you’ll get proof in photo form. I genuinely enjoy the little things: earning a nervous rescue’s trust, figuring out the exact scratch spot that makes a leg kick, or giving a senior pup the slow, patient walks they deserve. I treat every dog like they’re my own and every house like it’s mine. Dogs don’t care about your to-do list, they care that someone shows up for them. That’s why I love this, I get to be that person. Pet care is my day, not an add-on. I schedule walks, meals, meds, and playtime first, then build everything else around that. I’m up early for breakfast and potty breaks, available for mid-day visits, and home in the evenings for dinner, walks, and cuddles. Your dog gets consistency because my routine is designed I offer boarding and doggy daycare in my home here in east moline Illinois , and I’m home all day with the pups. Because I work from home, your dog isn’t left alone for hours, they get constant supervision, regular potty breaks in the yard, and someone to hang out with. I don’t use crates. I believe dogs do best when they can move freely in a safe, dog-proofed space, so I only take one client’s dogs at a time and make sure everyone gets along before booking. I stick to your dog’s normal feeding and walk schedule, and we spend the day based on what they need: playtime for the energetic ones, nap spots and quiet company for the mellow ones. You’ll get photo updates throughout the day so you know exactly how they’re doing. My house is their house while they’re here.

About: *NOW OFFERING DISCOUNTED RATES!* *I am currently on hiatus from house sitting! I will offer that service again soon!* After a brief break due to adjusting to a new, full-time job, I’m back to doing what I love: caring for your furry family members! With 50+ 5-star reviews and years of experience, I’m here to offer dependable, loving care again. I've had pets of my own my entire life and have cared for pets of friends, family, and neighbors for years! I love being around animals and have 3 babies of my own. I'll love your best friend as much as I love my own! I am reliable, punctual, and energetic and always willing to do what I can to help out! I have an anxious, aggressive, and arthritic Chihuahua of my own, so I have experience with more "neurotic" pets as well as experience with medication. One of my cats is 13 years old, so I also have experience with senior care (as well as cat medication, too!). I also recently adopted a guinea pig and am getting a second one very soon, so have experience with “exotic” animals as well! I just moved to the Galesburg area and am currently unemployed, so have wide availability to care for your pets! If I am house sitting, I can typically spend overnight and the majority of the day there! *Note: I am currently on hiatus from house sitting services! I currently do not offer house sitting/boarding in my own home, as my 3 pets aren't comfortable with new animals in their environment. Eventually, I hope to be able to set up a system where I can provide that service! I do have a playpen and door fences that I use for my own dog, so could potentially provide temporary boarding if the circumstance is right! When I come into a home for sitting, I am always acknowledging that I am not only in another person's space but the pet's space as well. I do everything I can to be respectful and aware of boundaries. Following routines to keep the pet comfortable is essential in building the bond!

I do have a full time job working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Mon-Fri I do work from 730am-4pm. I am still available during the weekends and can also do house sitting during the days that I work! I will follow their daily routine and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away.
