“Sarah and Todd were great caretakers of our two dogs and cat. They were very helpful with answering questions and reassuring me that everything would go well when I was worried that my dogs would misbehave. I thought it was a great experience for my puppy to be in different home, with children and other animals, and for both dogs to get a weekend of socialization and play with other dogs while we were away. It was a great experience and I will definitely book with them again.”

“Kim was great with Chase! He was so in love with her 6yr old son, I was informed they loved on each other all weekend ☺️. They really made me comfortable leaving him, Chase is the only dog and can get really anxious around strangers but he did GREAT! She kept me updated and with pics 😊, addressed all my concerns. Would highly recommended her and Penny, I will definitely be back if I ever need a sitter again!!”

“Pamela was a dream for our babies and we are so thankful we found her! She sent plenty of photos and kept me updated the entire week she kept them. I couldn’t recommend her enough!”

“Ozzie loves going to Carrie’s house. He recognizes the street and gets excited. When he’s handed off to her he’s excited to go inside immediately. Thank you Carrie for taking care of Ozzie. I know he can be a handful at times.”

About: I have at somepoint had 100+ pets with my ex that we took care of together. I have adopted "agressive" pets only for them just needing a loving home to feel comfortable. We also fostered a bunch of pets to help when APL was struggling for space. I do have a very busy schedule myself. However I make time to spend with our pets. We make homemade food for them and have a bunch of toys for them to play with. My partner is a stay at home spouse so no one gets into too much mischief. I view pets as family members and they have the comfort of laying on the couch and bed with us. We have a decently big yard with a fence for them to run about and have outside time.
About: I have experience fostering dogs with the animal shelter APL and have a small toy poodle of my own. He is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play. I love dogs and would love to have the opportunity to watch dogs and take care of others! I am open to watching dogs for a couple hours, a day, or even a couple of days if that is what is needed. My house has a small backyard and I am also available to do drop ins at the dogs own home. The area is very quiet and would be comfortable for another dog to be in. If I am caring for someone else's dog I plan on being home for the time I'm watching the dog so that it will be well taken care of. I’m currently only working part time so I have plenty of time to spend with your animals. I am available early mornings or early afternoons to give your animal a break during the workday! I am also available any time on the weekends. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs to keep your dog company. I have a toy poodle and a golden retriever. I can also do drops in to walk or play with your dog as well!
“It was comforting to know that Pepper was in a comfortable space, room to run outside, with plenty of people and pup friends to keep him occupied while we were on vacation! Kyle and Lyndzie sent lots of updates throughout the week too! Gave us peace of mind and we would definitely book with them again!”

About: I have spent my entire life caring for animals. Throughout my life I have had many animals from birds and Guinea pigs to cats and dogs. Koda, my youngest dog was completely trained by me in German commands. Working with dogs to learn new things is one of my favorite things to do. My oldest dog, Motley is a senior and the past couple years I have become very educated and trained on administration of medication and post surgery care. With experience from my own pets, I have many reliable references I have gained over the years that can vouch for me on my loving, dedicated, and superior care with their fur babies. I am currently a nanny and have almost completely open availability. I work Monday through Thursday during the day but can still do visits anytime! And I’m off Friday through Sunday so anytime those days as well! When visiting your home I am happy to provide any services you may need for your pet. This includes special feeding instructions, medication distribution, daily walks, baths, guaranteed playtime, and more all while treating them as my own with so much love! I am also happy to do drop in visits while you are at work or walks to get your babies steps in.
“This was our first time using the Rover app, so it was our first time with Megan. After meeting her, I had such peace. The dogs had fun at her house, and I love the updates she gave me! We will definitely be using her again!”

“This was our first time hiring an outside sitter and Francesca was such a blessing for us to find! Our normal coverage plans change and we were last minute searching for someone to look in on our two younger Maine-Coons, while we were going to be out of town for a holiday week trip. Francesca was pleasantly friendly, easy to communicate with and our large kittens loved her! (The treats she brought didn't hurt the interaction either 😊) It was a great first time experience on Rover and now we know who we will be contacting first the next time!”

“I am always worried when I move to a new area and need to find a sitter. But, I found Jade and she takes wonderful care of my 2 cats. It worked so well, that I invited her back for more stays with my fur babies.”

About: I have had cats all my life! Long hair, short hair big or small all need care, from pets and scratches to clean boxes and play time! I have cared for new born kittens when the mother was gone and elderly cats that need a little extra love.

“Kim did a wonderful job taking care of my dog! When I returned for pick up, my dog she was happy, tired from enjoying extensive play time, and well taken care of. I appreciated the excellent communication and updates throughout the day. I highly recommend Kim! I will definitely reach out to Kim for future bookings and dog daycare needs.”

“Since our Daisy was one years old; for the past 9 years; she has figured prominently in our travel decisions. We have always acknowledged that she is not friendly with other animals, She will at least acknowledge the authority of the strange adult keepers. As long as they prioritize her needs over the other animals. But, fortunately for us, her needs were to simply allow her to be kept away from the other animals. All that changed when she walked into the home of Kari H.! The first report we received; made us a little jealous. Despite the presence of the two four legged members of the family; our Daisy freely explored the home, went out side and warmly attached herself to the two legged sitters. If she didn’t get excited when we picked her up; I might have thought she was looking to find another forever home. Seriously, this is a home that clearly loves pets. Especially, your pet. They were an answer to prayer!”

“Kelly was great with our two dogs. We are not local to the area, so it was great to have her help to find some of the local places to take them for playtime, too. Her rates are very reasonable and she worked with us to find a price that worked for everyone. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

About: Hi, I’m Erica — a highly experienced animal care professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for pets and farm animals of all kinds. I’m trained as a veterinary assistant, including assisting with surgeries, administering medications, and caring for senior, disabled, and post-operative animals. I’m also very comfortable with multi-pet households, rural properties, and farm animals. Having grown up on a farm myself, I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for animals large and small, as well as maintaining a home and property with respect and reliability. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind, keep your pets safe and happy, and treat your home with the same care I would my own. -20+ years caring for animals of all species and temperaments -Veterinary assistant training, including surgery assistance -Medication administration (oral, topical, injections if required) -Special-needs pets (blind, senior, diabetic, post-surgical, anxious) -Farm and rural animal care -House sitting and extended stays -Potty training and behavioral reinforcement -I’m calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and deeply respectful of routines — especially when animals depend on consistency. Pet care is intentionally woven into my daily and weekly routine, not added on as an afterthought. I structure my schedule around the animals in my care so they receive consistent attention, enrichment, and calm companionship throughout the day. This allows me to be fully present for feedings, walks, playtime, medication needs, and individualized routines, while also offering flexibility for pets who need extra time, patience, or reassurance. Caring for animals isn’t something I squeeze in — it’s what my days are built around. Safety, trust, and comfort are the foundation of every service I provide. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I prioritize calm, consistency, and close supervision. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs so their care feels familiar and stress-free. In my home, pets are welcomed into a clean, secure, and peaceful environment with plenty of space to relax and play. Supervised outdoor time is provided in a safely contained area, and all interactions are thoughtfully managed to ensure each animal feels comfortable and respected. In a client’s home, I treat the space with the utmost care and follow instructions precisely to maintain the pet’s normal routine. With over 20 years of hands-on animal care experience, including veterinary assistant training, I am confident administering medications, supporting senior pets, and caring for animals with special needs. About: I have pet sat dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds, snakes, ispods, and mantises for neighbors & family on and off for the past 14 years. I have also given pets their medication via oral syringe and tablets, as instructed by their owners. One of my own pets has chronic kidney/ urinary issues so I know how important it is for them to receive the best care possible. Although I may be small in stature, my experience with dogs has been anything but limited. I've taken on the challenge of walking and agility training dogs that weigh more than I do, proving that it's not just size that matters but also heart and dedication. One of my fondest memories from high school involves creating an agility course for our neighbor's bernedoodle puppy, Lambeau. This energetic ball of fur was full of mischief, often clawing at doors, chewing on furniture, and brutally attacking his toys. Understanding his need for stimulation, I devised a series of fun challenges that not only focused his energy but also built a special bond between us. Setting up that obstacle course was an adventure in itself—using cones, tunnels, and homemade jumps, we transformed my backyard into a vibrant training ground. The best part was watching Lambeau navigate the course with increasing confidence, eagerly responding to my encouragement and praise. By using treats as positive reinforcement, he learned quickly that good behavior and hard work would be rewarded, which significantly curbed his destructive tendencies. Watching him thrive both mentally and physically filled me with joy and validated my belief in the power of training and outdoor activity as vital tools for a dog's well-being. The experience solidified my commitment to fostering healthy, happy relationships with dogs, proving that with the right approach, even the most energetic puppy can become a more balanced companion. I am a college student who recently moved to the area and am have a pretty open schedule. My hobbies include crocheting, sewing, gardening, and taking care of my pet Guinea pigs. I love staying active by playing Pokémon Go and would love to care for your dog(s) while going on adventures! I walk around the residential areas and always walk in crosswalks, as safety is my priority.
“Anna is the best! Friendly and communicative, goes above and beyond. I’m always grateful and relieved when she is available and my dogs are always excited to spend time with her when I’m away. Can’t express more gratitude for Anna!”
“Samantha was wonderful! Aldo was well looked after during my vacation. She went above and beyond to make sure he was well exercised and had plenty of fun while I was gone.”

About: We’ve been hugging dogs since we were kids, and we’d love to hug yours! Penny, Ciel, and our family enjoy hosting furry friends - we take care of them and our pups play hard with them! Please note: *We cannot currently accept bookings for unneutered/intact male pups *We host a large, rambunctious group of pups throughout the week - pups who prefer quiet, calm environments may not have an enjoyable experience here, and we will happily recommend sitters who may be a better fit for your family Hosting pups is our full-time job - your pups become part of our family while they’re here! We spend our days with our guests, playing and chatting with them, and can attend to everyone’s needs regularly throughout the day. Our 24/7 dedication to giving your pups the best experience while away from your home makes us a great choice for day care and socialization opportunities! We accept bookings between 7am and 7pm; we will consider bookings outside these hours on a case by case basis, potentially for an additional cost. Our availability for picking up and dropping off is limited but we aim to be as flexible as possible. Reach out with your needs and we’ll work out an arrangement that works best for all of us! Our entire yard is fenced in - there’s room to run full speed! We can adjust feeding schedules as needed to accommodate your dog’s diet. In good weather, pups are free to go inside and outside at their leisure. We don’t require pups to use crates while we’re gone or overnight, but if you prefer your pup be crated at any time, we’re happy to do that and have multiple available. Male pups will wear a belly band for the first 24 hours of their stay, at minimum - this soft, absorbent band fits around their belly and attaches with Velcro on their back. Belly bands reduce marking behavior, especially in unneutered males. You may bring your own, but we can supply them, free of charge. Using belly bands keeps our home calmer, cleaner, and fresher by eliminating marking behavior and reduces anxiety for future pups by giving them less reason to want to mark over the scent of previous pups. We have indoor and outdoor security cameras in many locations that can be helpful to review if any safety situations arise. The safety of all of our pups is very important to us! (They’re also great for catching fun footage!)

“I’m thankful that I found Andrew on here! Lady, our rescue has issues with strangers. Andrew and I scheduled several meet & greets along with a trial walk. I was extremely impressed with how gentle and patient he was with her, it seemed like a perfect fit. I went from being completely nervous booking to complete relief after her first walk with him. I definitely recommend him!”

About: I have had many pets of my own since I was child. I love all animals and am very patient and loving with all animals. I am experienced with bathing dogs, and I have a poodle mix and understand the importance of brushing long haired dogs. Your animal will be safe with me and loved on as if they were my own. I am currently employed working 3-4 days a week. I have every other weekend off of work and have 2-3 days off during the week, depending on the week, so that allows me to help people out not only during the week but weekends as well. Note: I do have my prices set a little bit higher so that way I can cover gas to and from, because we all know how high gas prices are right now. I have 3 dogs of my own who are all under 2. All 3 are energetic and require a lot of patience while going on walks, and getting their daily exercise in. I have a fenced in yard where I allow my dogs to run around while I am keeping a close eye on them. I even have a kiddie pool that I set up during the summer that I allow my pups to play in.

“Our first Rover experience ~ Karen cared for our three doodles, checking in throughout their stay with plenty of photos. We appreciated her willingness to care for all three together so we could enjoy our time away.”

“I always have an excellent experience with Sarah. She is exceptionally responsible and incredibly understanding of the unique needs and behaviors of my dog. Her adaptability and commitment to providing the best care possible made a huge difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog sitter.”

“It was our first time leaving our puppy, and Kari took excellent care of him while we were away. She responded immediately every time I reached out. Wonderful people and home.”

I specialize in calm, consistent, in-home care for pets who do best staying in their familiar environment. Many of my clients have animals with medical needs, anxiety, blindness, mobility challenges, or strict routines, and they trust me to provide compassionate, detail-oriented care while they’re away. I maintain clear communication, provide regular updates, and care for every pet as if they were my own — with patience, attentiveness, and genuine love.
