“Nathan, Jacqueline and their children, along with their "pup" Charlie, were the most welcoming hosts we could have hoped for! Our Levi and Junior are admittedly on the higher-maintainence side and their family took it all in stride. We met with them prior to committing to the hosting in order to make sure the dogs were compatible and to discuss Levi and Jr's needs. It was a very comfortable and easy meeting. We left the initial meeting feeling very comfortable. When the time came to leave our fur babies, Nathan reassured us our pups would be fine. While we were away, we received daily updates with pictures that showed our pups were doing fine and having fun ! The kids took them for walks, and Jr found a new friend in their pup Charlie. When we came to pick them up, they were healthy and happy. It was wonderful to be able to go on vacation knowing Levi and Jr were in good hands. We would definitely recommend Nathan and Jacqueline and their family to host the dogs of friends and family without reservation! About: Hi!! I was busy watching pets all summer, as I'm a teacher. Now, I am back to work and have less availability. If your pet can go 8+ hours without a potty break, I can help! Otherwise, I will be back next summer with more availability :) I have limited availability now that I am back to teaching, but please reach out if you think we can work something out! I am busy all day and at times have kid activities in the evenings, so my availability is limited :( We have a partially fenced in yard. We live close to the trial, so we will go on many walks. We have a leash outside as well as room to crate inside.

About: I have worked at a dog kennel since 2021. I had to do 2 months of training before hand. Friends and neighbors have allowed me to babysit their pets as well. I’ve fed, walked, cuddle, brushed, bathed and given medicine to dogs. I’m currently in college but coming home for summer and winter break. I’m working at the kennel still but want more work hours in the week I will keep an eye on them when they are outside as well as if I need to watch them while they’re eating. About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.

Any animal in need of love and attention, we are thrilled to provide it. Our dog passed of cancer 3 years ago and needed to be put down as it had spread and she was in terrible pain. It was a slow, and hard for to let go A year ago, our cat had this disease, and she became immobile immediately and was in chronic pain. It was such a quick loss. So I have been a little hesitant to bring another animal in full time. However, all animals are welcome and we look forward to building a safe spot for you and your pet while you are away.

Services include drop in dog walks and play sessions and overnight pet sitting for short or long terms. I’ve cared for two large fluffy dogs with special needs for two months at a time. I also looked after a high energy chihuahua for three weeks, routinely walking three or four times a day to burn some extra energy! I work full time in Bloomington from 9-6, Monday - Friday. Walks will take place as late as 8am or earlier, during lunch break if you’re home is within 15 miles of Bloomington, and after 6:30 pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible and I am comfortable transporting the dogs to a dog park or swimming spot if they do well on field trips! I’m more of a homebody and love to play and interact with animals in their home. Your house rules & pet care needs will be met with respect and understanding. About: Hello! I have been pet sitting for friends and family for the past 3 years now and have finally decided to meet more animals! I am so excited to meet your fluffy (or non-fluffy) friends! I start school August 15, so until then I am free to take care of your pet at anytime of the day! I will typically try to DoorDash to make some extra cash, but will stop every couple of hours to check on your friend! I treat every home and pet like my own — that means following your routines closely and communicating with you along the way so you're never left wondering how things are going. For drop-in visits, I stick to the schedule you set for feeding, medication, and fresh water, and I always do a walk-through to make sure everything's secure before I leave. I'll bring in mail/packages and rotate lights if that's part of the ask. For dog walks, I keep to your dog's normal route and pace unless you tell me otherwise, always leash up before opening any doors, and clean up after them every time. I pay close attention to their body language, especially around other dogs or people, and I'll never push a walk if it's too hot, too cold, or your dog seems off that day. For overnight house sitting, I keep your pet's routine as close to normal as possible — same feeding times, same bedtime habits, same amount of attention and play. I treat your home with respect (locking up, keeping things tidy, not having guests over) and I check in with updates so you can relax while you're away. Across all of it: I send photo/video updates, I'm comfortable with basic medication administration (pills, drops, insulin if trained), and if anything seems off with your pet's health or behavior, I contact you and the vet right away rather than guessing.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have many years of pet sitting experience, 3 years working in a veterinary clinic, and 4 years at a boarding facility. I am currently a full time social worker with availability in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends for drop in visits, walks, and house sitting. I am comfortable spending time in other peoples homes. I have two sweet dogs of my own that mean the world to me, so I understand how important trusting and loving pet care is!
About: I provide a caring loving environment for all dogs that I watch. I currently own 2 Boston’s and a boxer who I administer medicine too for seizures. I walk them daily and let them out hourly. I will make sure all dogs are healthy and as happy as can be when watching them. I also watch my neighbor or family friends dogs which range from sizes small to large. I don’t have as much experience with giant dogs but I would be more than willing to love them just as much as any other dog I watch! I am available during the day and night as I attended college and have classes in the mornings. I can stay as long as needed to keep them company and playful for when you return home! About: Hi!! I was busy watching pets all summer, as I'm a teacher. Now, I am back to work and have less availability. If your pet can go 8+ hours without a potty break, I can help! Otherwise, I will be back next summer with more availability :) I have limited availability now that I am back to teaching, but please reach out if you think we can work something out! I am busy all day and at times have kid activities in the evenings, so my availability is limited :( We have a partially fenced in yard. We live close to the trial, so we will go on many walks. We have a leash outside as well as room to crate inside.

About: I have taken care of animals for a while and even worked on a farm! All of your friends will be safe and cared for in my home. I am available for boarding pretty much any days of the week and I am perfectly okay with last minute bookings and cancellations if needed! I understand how life can get! I work only 4 min from my job and have flexibility to step in and out. I also have an indoor camera to keep an eye when I am away.
