About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Family and friends have relied on me for decades to take care of their animals. Growing up on a farm helped give me a lifelong affinity for animals. “Due to a family member's illness, I had to be away from home for a month. I have two elderly cats that need daily care and take medication from their vet. I found Gianna on Rover and I am very happy with the care she provided my cats and the way she treated my home during my absence. Gianna completed all the tasks assigned to her and much more. She communicated daily with her reports, photos, and messages. She showed initiative in solving problems that arose in the day-to-day care of my cats, such as controlling a mini infestation of ants that entered the house due to one of my cats vomiting. On another occasion, she suggested changing the litter box of one of my cats for one that better suited his needs. She cleaned up countless times the messes made by my cats showing much patience and understanding. She also helped with the preparation of preventative measures to care for my cats during Hurricane Milton, such as moving my cats' beds and furniture away from the windows. She removed a barrier to provide an escape route for one of my cats in case of flooding. She also left extra food and water for the cats in case the streets were not walkable after the hurricane. Gianna gave my cats their medicines without any problems, following my instructions. Gianna also gave them lots of love and played with my cats, relieving the stress caused by my prolonged absence. Regarding my house, Gianna was very respectful, honest and helped with some tasks, such as watering my potted plants, sweeping up the scattered cat litter on the floor, and taking out the the garbage, so the garbage truck could take it away. Lastly, she also helped with some preparations of my house to better face the passage of the hurricane, such as bringing my potted plants into the house, closing and lowering blinds in case of strong winds. Gianna made me feel very connected to everything that was happening in my house. I hope to count on Gianna's help in the future and I 100% recommend her to other pet parents.”

About: I have had the pleasure of taking care of 9 dogs in my life, 5 of them lived with me (at different times) I have had German Shepherds, Yorkies, Havanese, PitBull/Boxer, and Maltese. I have also taken care of Labradors, Jack Russel Terriers, Pugs, and Chihuahuas. I am not scared of dogs, and I am also a teacher so I have a lot of patience. I don't get frustrated when they make mistakes (people make them too) but I am willing to work with them to correct their behavior. About: My experience has been mostly my family and friends. I have taken their animals on walks, bathed them, fed them, played with them. Took them to parks and even trained them on new skills. Since I just graduated I have very open availability and ready to help. I am very organized and dependable, I value time management, my career/education, and most importantly taking care of people and animals. I am currently waiting for the new school year to roll around and continue my education so my schedule is free. I wake up early to work out but that time can be flexible depending on if I have a pet to watch. I keep the animals on the schedule they are used to. My husband's mom owned the Canine Clipper that was in business for over 30 years. He grew up as cheap labor for 15 years in the shop washing, drying and trimming nails of any cats and dogs that came. We do not offer grooming services as that is not in our wheelhouse. Have you pet come home feeling and smelling fresh! I just had our new baby born on August 8th this year. I have three boys that I am obsessed with. I love being a boy mama 💙 I am a personal trainer but have cut back on hours so I can hang w my kids while they are young. I sometimes forget about how I was a nanny for 10 years and a dog sitter for about 15. I would love to do my passion again knowing I have so much more free time at home. My 5 year old is in school all day, my 3 year old has preschool twice a week for 2 hrs, and my newborn just goes for the ride. I'm always home on the weekends, and during the week I'm always looking to do something-which I would love to show my kids how to treat animals. If your pet is not good w kids, I can also drop them off w their grandma for a bit. I always make it happen ❤️ She loves some grandson time. All our pets are spoiled because they are our family too. Our dogs have dog beds all around, even though they sleep on couches and beds w us. The cats have cat towers and toys and get the free range of the house. We used to have a nanny because I wanted someone here for the kids, but also the pets. It always made me feel better knowing someone would always be there for them too.

“Sharee was a GODSEND!!! An absolute a dream to work with from initial contact to meet & greet, to the drop-off, to pick-up: everything was simple, seamless and SO well in hand. Since our Morty has only been for an overnight stay once without either me/my husband or a family member he’s known a LONG time, my husband and I were concerned about leaving our boy behind while we were on vacation but Sharee put both of us at ease right away. Sharee is warm and friendly with a great vibe. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and is very comfortable and confident working with multiple dogs of varying sizes. Sharee definitely gives off “Alpha” energy, which is especially important because dogs need to know who’s running things in order to feel as well as actually BE safe and secure. She’s got a great back yard with lots of room for pups to run around in and sniff as well as a decent sized area that is still outdoors but parceled off if pups need separation for any reason. This way everyone gets fresh air without having to sacrifice safety. I love this. Morty (who normally is quite bashful when meeting new people) took to Sharee right away: I believe this was because she was so calm, decisive, yet loving and warm with all the other dogs that were there. Once he saw how happy/not stressed out all the other dogs seemed, Morty seemed to fold into the pack pretty seamlessly. Tails were wagging hard and fast all around— it was amazing! One thing I truly appreciated was on the evening when we dropped Morty off, Sharee met us at the car and SHE walked Morty into the house and I followed behind. This set the tone and served as a kind of “changing of the guard” insofar as signaling to Morty that he had to listen to HER from then on out. He got on board without issue (again, safety first: I. LOVE. IT.), and then she introduced him to the other dogs who would be his buddies during his stay (some he’d met during the meet and greet, one he hadn’t… all was well!) While we were away Sharee kept us updated throughout each day on how Morty was adjusting and what good mischief he and the others were getting into with sweet pictures and videos which were always appreciated. We also discovered that Sharee’s dog, King, and Morty are kindred spirits and became fast friends so that was great too! While Morty seemed happy to see us when we came to scoop him up when it was time to go, I’d be lying if I said he didn’t cry for a little bit on the car ride home when he realized King wasn’t coming too! 😂 All told, we could not have asked for a better experience and will MOST DEFINITELY be repeat customers!!! Sharee is AMAZING!!!!!”
