“Traci provided a wonderful experience for my pup! It was my first time leaving her since I adopted her and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience. Traci made my girl feel right at home and sent me updates and pictures that really eased any worries I may have had. I will definitely request Traci again in the future.”

“Boarding with Summer was great! She made it all very easy and I was never worried about my dog. She even sent a picture of him and gave me some updates to let me know that he was doing well.”

“Charley is the best! Our dog had quite a bit of separation anxiety when we rescued her and Charley was there to support us through it all. We recently boarded our Willow for the first time and she loved it! We received frequent picture updates and were able to check in whenever we needed to. We highly recommend Charley to anyone looking for a dog sitter. She truly loves the dogs like her own.”

“Kaitlyn was amazing! She updated daily and made sure our babies were so well taken care of. She went above and beyond and I’m so grateful we chose to book with her. I will absolutely be booking her for any future needs for our pups.”

“Tanya was absolutely amazing with our dog Toby! From our first meet and greet, she was warm, professional, and clearly experienced with pets. While we were away, she sent daily updates and photos that showed Toby was relaxed, happy, and getting lots of love and attention. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such capable hands. Tanya went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful. Highly recommend her to anyone on Rover!”

“Mary is just the best! She absolutely loves dogs and goes out of her way to make you and your furry baby feel like they are at home! I feel like she’s part of the family and cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Mary!!”

“I had Deanne and her husband take care of my two Great Pyrenees for the night as a trial run for a longer stay later this year. I rebooked shortly after I picked them up. Deanne sent pictures and updates multiple times, and made me feel extremely comfortable . My dogs loved staying with them, were very well taken care of, and came home happy! I will absolutely be booking Deanne and her family for any future stays that we’ll need! Highly recommend!”

“I was thinking Casper may not want to come home, as it looked like he was having a good time and being spoiled. He was allowed on their sofa and on the bed (things he doesn't get to do at home, at least not while I'm in the room). Great experience and Emily has 2 boys that also gave Casper a lot of attention. I will definitely rebook again as needed.”

“Brandi was very understanding & accommodating of our schedule. She provided great feedback during Winnie’s stay. She was professionally able to deal with all her needs, she even pulled a tick off her! Thanks Brandi”

“Ashley took great care of our husky, Cleo. We got so many pictures and videos which was really appreciated! Ashley was very communicative throughout the stay. We would definitely board Cleo with her again and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for doggie daycare and boarding in the area!”

“Julia was absolutely a dream! She took such incredible care of our Weimaraner, Mozzie. Great communication, great photos and she made sure he had his own vacation while we were away! 10/10 and will rebook again!”

“The best sitters on this app! Absolutely professional in the way of doing things and unbelievably lovely with the dog. I’ve left my pup with them twice and she refuses to leave their place when I pick her back up. Super friendly couple and very much involved in their care towards dogs. Thomas and Emily always accommodated my requests and were super helpful in giving my pups medication too. I would 100% recommend them, the best dog sitters ive come across so far!!!”

“Elena and her family were great. From the start at drop off, I could tell our pup would be treated like family. She was really good about keeping me updated on how things were going on a frequent basis. She sent us some great pictures and a few brief summaries of how the day went. Two weeks is a long time to take someone else’s dog for any reason but I’m really happy it was Elena and her family. Will try to use her again if they’re willing.”

“Christina did a great job caring for my little Yorkie Shamrock while I was out of town. My dog is shy with new people. She knew what to do and quickly won him over so he was comfortable with her. She was able to take him on walks during the day. I would highly recommend her for your pet care needs.”

About: I’ve taken care of my sweet 70 lb pit bull for 4 years now in my home with a fully fenced backyard, downstairs dog play area, private room and crate for your dog, and eufy camera access to the private room. My dog has esophageal dysmotility so I understand medically complicated dogs. My home is ideal for a dog that is lower energy and enjoys calm and quiet environments. I work remote so I am home throughout the day other than the occasional doctor appointment. On average when I leave the home, it’s usually only about 2 hours and the max is about 4 hours. I also take my dog to a home groomer every other week so I can coordinate with you to take your dog to my groomer when my dog goes for grooming for an extra cost plus you paying the groomer separately. The most important thing is that your dog and my dog get along and/or are neutral. When I leave for brief periods your dog will be crated in their private room with the door closed and my dog will be loose but without access to your dog. Note: I DO NOT take dogs on walks. I believe it is too high risk for potential altercation with other dogs or your pet and I being separated. The alternative will be my backyard where they can play and explore and also I have a downstairs dog play area with a large dog bed and many toys! I work fully remote so your dog will be with me at all times (unless I have an appointment or errand to run) either in my office, their own private room with a crate, or in the living room. I typically wake up around 6 am and pet care happens whenever my dog needs so I can do the same for your dog in terms of potty breaks and feeding and play time. I am typically in bed by 8 pm but will get up if needed to take my dog out to the bathroom as well. Safety is my main priority. I require that our dogs get along/are neutral to one another to prevent any sort of altercation. If there ever is an altercation, you would be informed immediately and the dogs can easily be separated for the rest of the day/boarding booking. I have a very quiet and calm home and live in a quiet neighborhood as well. I take breaks during work to get on the couch and spend time with my dog and will do the same for yours! Your dog must be crate trained and will be put in a crate for any time I must leave the home (max 4 hours at a time). Your dog will also have to be either in their crate or in their private room with the door closed while I sleep. Them being able to be in their private room with the door closed while I sleep will be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Note: I DO NOT take dogs on walks. I believe it is too high of a safety risk for potential altercation with other dogs or your pet and I being separated. The alternative will be my backyard where they can play and explore and also I have a downstairs dog play area with a large dog bed and many toys!

“Thank you so much for taking Maple on such short notice. Five stars are simply not enough to describe the wonderful experience we had. It was comforting to see that Maple had a loving home away from home. She clearly enjoyed playing in the fenced yard with Sadie, and I truly appreciated the frequent communication and photos you shared. It was great to see her receiving so much love and attention. I will definitely be using your services again.”

“Amanda was an incredible help while I was away taking such great care of my cats! She went above and beyond, not only making sure they were well cared for but also leaving my home even cleaner than when she arrived. Her daily updates were so thoughtful and reassuring, giving me total peace of mind. Plus, she has such a great vibe—I feel like we’d get along so well in everyday life! Thank you so much, Amanda!”

“Olivia was absolutely wonderful while we were away! She dropped in twice to let our dogs out, feed them, and make sure they were well cared for. She treated our home with so much respect and care, truly like it was her own. One of our favorite parts was all the beautiful pictures she took of the dogs while we were gone, it gave us so much peace of mind and made us smile seeing how happy and comfortable they were. You can really tell she genuinely cares about animals.”

“I am so happy to have found Lisa! She has great communication skills and responds so quickly. My cat is so content when I return from travel because of her care. Highly recommended that you contact her for your pet sittng needs, she will go above beyond for you!”

I currently have one cat of my own - Tippy! I am especially interested in taking care of animal's minds as much as their bodies. I think mental enrichment is just as important as physical health. I strive to keep up to date knowledge and to always continue learning about physical and behavioral health!

About: I have over 25 years of experience caring for cats of all personalities, from playful and social to shy and independent. “Kelsie was fantastic! She asked all the right questions. I could tell she cared. I was so happy to have someone there to give my baby scratches. She was great at giving updates and sending pictures. I’ll definitely reach out to her in the future!”

About: I took care of my neighbor’s three dogs from 15-20 until I had to move away to college. I worked at Meyers Tails Up Farm for three months in the summer of 2022 where I bathed, fed and walked animals. I’ve worked in veterinary emergency practice and general practice for 4 years. I also have experience housesitting and dogsitting for family and friends the last three years as well. I have experience house sitting and caring for cats as well. This included checking up on the cats, caring for any medical issues, feeding and changing/checking the cat litter. I am a current veterinary student home for the summer! I’m currently work nights 1-3 times a week to weekends. I take care of pets every day in my profession. I will walk my dogs after work often, sometimes twice daily if I go into work late that day or get off early. I have a fenced in yard at home. I feed my dogs twice a day and take them for walks daily. I also do different activities like taking them to dog parks and training classes.
“Mariahn did an incredible job watching my two dogs while I was on vacation. One of my dogs is very shy and it takes her a long time to warm up to people. I was so worried about leaving her while I was on vacation. She immediately bonded with Mariahn at the meet and greet which I think says a lot about a person. She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable when it comes to animal behavior. She gave me such peace of mind while I was away knowing my dogs were safe and happy. I would highly recommend hiring her as a pet sitter.”

“Charley and Anthony are amazing sitters for my pup Wrigley. I will not leave my baby with just anyone. Wrigley has so much fun when he goes over to their house for daycare. I will admit I was hesitant in the beginning because I have never left my pets with anyone. I can honestly say, I totally trust Charley and Anthony, and I absolutely have no issues leaving Wrigley with them ever. Charley sends pictures all the time showing me how much fun Wrigley is having every day he is there. I would definitely recommend using them as a sitter for your pets. Wrigley is very spoiled while he is there, and I believe that they treat him the same as I do at home. Again, I love my baby to death and I have no issues about sending him to daycare with Charley or Anthony ever. I was given their name by a friend who also uses them and highly recommended them. I am so glad I found someone I can trust. I am looking to use them for an extended stay while my husband and I go on a mini vacation at some point. I know I won’t have any worries while we’re gone because he will be in great hands and he will also be able to enjoy more playtime with his friend Princess… ❤️❤️🐶❤️❤️”

“Lauren was so good to our dog who is shy but super friendly. She made him feel at home and played his favorite game of fetch. He was tired when he came home and he slept the entire night. We will definitely use Lauren again. She even sent a little video of him to us.”

“Theresa was very nice and very accommodating. She sent pictures of our Goshi and I am sure Goshi had a great time as he was all pooped out when we got home. Thank you Theresa for taking care of Goshi!”

“Emily treats your fur babies like her own! My girls absolutely love spending the day at doggie daycare with her and her sweet pup, Gertie. I get the cutest playtime videos throughout the day, which gives me total peace of mind knowing they're safe, loved, and having an absolute blast while I'm away.”

“Lenny had a great experience at doggy daycare. He’s a rescue and a little shy at first, but the Dan made him feel safe and comfortable right away. I really appreciate the caring environment and attention they give the dogs. 🐾”

“Can’t thank Christina enough for coming through on such short notice! Blair had the best time and was the happiest pup with her. So grateful to have someone I can trust with my baby, knowing she’s in great hands and having a fun day.”

“Let me start off by saying that Ella was absolutely amazing!!! I mean from start to finish she is phenomenal, her energy is amazing and she took care of my dog so so well!! She communicated the entire time and sent pictures and my dog looked replaced and happy! My dog is usually anxious in the car but for some reason when I picked her up she was relaxed and calmed which ensured she was comfortable and is beginning to recognize that I will always come back got her. Ella you are truly an angel and I look forward to future visits”

“This was our first visit with Deanne. Doggy Daycare was a hit! Cash was happy when I picked him up. He was sound asleep on the couch within a 1/2 of getting home. I think he had a busy day with his new lil buddy!”

“Abigail took care of my dog multiple times while my parents were out of town and I was at work. He was there for long periods of times and he loved every minute. I was nervous to send him in the beginning because he’s very high energy, but she provided pictures so I felt at ease and he was having a great time with the other dogs. “I’ve used Rover in the past and after an initial meeting, have had great luck with dog walkers. Michelle is even a step above those walkers. Her kindness and patience in allowing my timid dog to get used to her slowly, over a few visits, was such a relief. Michelle’s a rockstar! 😊”

“Mari helped us with a drop-in visit with less than a weeks notice. She was great with our dog, who can be nervous of new people. Mari didn’t push our pooch beyond what she wanted to do, and we felt very appreciative knowing she was looking in on her while we were away for the day. I would highly recommend her.”

“Amanda is super kind and flexible. My dog Lucy absolutely adores walks/but can also be a bit difficult. Amanda has been accommodating and great for both of us. Thank you!”

“Hurt my leg last month and can't walk my dog. I'm so glad my vet and a couple trainers recommended Rover. Medea's been walking my baby a couple of weeks now. Caoimhe's been so much better behaved now that she's getting some exercise again. Medea is even continuing the training I'd been working on with her. Appreciate Medea so much!”

About: I graduated in May of 2025 from the Madison Area Technical College Veterinary Technician Program, then passed the VTNE to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. In school we worked with dogs, cats, horses, cows, and lambs. I have had dogs since I was a child, and I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I worked on a farm taking care of horses for about two and a half years from 2020-2022. I've taken care of pets for friends/family for many years as well! I currently work at a vet hospital, though I am out on FMLA. Unfortunately, that means I can only take on pets less than 30 lbs at the moment. If you're looking for someone to take extra care of your pets, please reach out to see if we're a good fit! I'm currently working full time as a certified veterinary technician at a veterinary hospital. I work 40 hours a week with a varying schedule. Generally I work 8 am - 6 pm four days a week (my day off during the week changes each week). I work on Saturday about once per month. My rover clients will be scheduled around that availability. I currently live in an apartment with a cat and will not be able to watch clients' pets in my home. If I am watching pets in the client's home, I will take care of them the way I would take care of mine. I am respectful and conscientious of your personal space and privacy.
“Kelsie is wonderful! We are navigating a difficult situation with an aging parent and her communication and understanding have been so reassuring. Our dogs are in great hands.”

I've taken care of my own pets, my extended family's pets when they leave them with me, as well as many, many clients' pets, who get a ton of loving and playtime. I started expanding my services with Rover back in 2021, but had to take a couple years off to focus on finishing school. As I've recently graduated from college, I now have an abundance of free time on my hands. Excluding the occasional doctor's appointment, I can be free all throughout the day with at least 1-2 days notice. I will have so much free time and energy to burn that taking care of your pets while be like a breeze. Being active is part of my routine so I'll have no issues keeping up with your fur baby.

I have been working in the animal care industry since 2012 and have worked with and trained dogs for a long as I can remember. I offer expert level care for medically complex cases and a fear free approach for anxious pets. I have experience working with anxious and aggressive dogs as well as competition trained dogs. Being crate trained is a must for overnight stays. I do have 1 large crate here but encourage you to bring your pet's crate from home if able. Self- employed with a flexible schedule, I have all day availability and can also do early morning and late evening drop ins. I only take 1 client at a time so that I can give your pet the care and attention they deserve. Because I only take one client at a time, I can offer a stress free stay for animal aggressive pets. I wash all toys and blankets and sanitize all the floors and dishes between every stay.

I’m known for being patient, attentive, and especially good with dogs who need extra understanding or have big personalities. I keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. Clients trust me not only with their pets, but with their homes. I go above and beyond to leave everything clean, comfortable, and exactly how I found it, sometimes even better. Whether your pet needs playtime, quiet time, structure, or extra love, I adjust to their needs and follow your routine closely so they feel secure and stress free. In my care, pets are not just watched. They are loved, respected, and treated like family. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and structured environment where every pet feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I follow each pet’s routine closely to keep them comfortable and stress free. Whether in my home or yours, I create a calm and loving environment. I respect your space, keep things clean, and make sure your pet feels secure at all times.
About: I've always been the first to be relied on to take care of pets since I was young because of my love for animals! Even after experience with older and full time pet caregivers, owners have asked me instead to be the caregiver for their pet because it was in "7th heaven"! I am currently a full time student with a part time job and a CNA license but I want to spend more time with animals. I have always wanted to foster but do not have enough time for it so this is the next best thing! I try and keep my dog and others active by always playing and giving as much one-on-one time to them as I can. I am able to make any adjustments or give any extra care that is needed as I am very open minded!
About: I got my first dog when I was only 6 years old, since then, I care about all the dogs so much & help my family & my friends with their dogs, cats or any other animals - even horses - they need help with. I can help with puppies & seniors, I can care about them in health & sickness. My dogs are my children, they are my family. I spoil all my babies from playing in the pool or giving them a ride in a special pet stroller - & spoil them to death. I have 1/4 acre, almost fully fenced yard, but I also have invisible fence. Plenty toys & my dog to keep company & play with. I have mini pool to cool them off & pet stroller if they are tired or too old to walk. You need just bring your baby & the food & I will provide love, care & everything else they need. I work 2-3 days a week for only few hours. Sometimes I help with my grandchildren or I need to run out for an hour to do extra special chores to care about other animals. Besides this, I am always home. I enjoy playing & cuddling with dogs & cats, they are the best friens & family. If I am at your house - your rules, if we are at my house - also your rules but my little guests are always allowed to be on my sofa or sleep on my bed.

“Highly recommend Cheryl! She was very kind. She was an excellent communicator and responded immediately to my emails. She sent me daily updates with photos. I was able to enjoy my weekend away knowing my dog was safe and well cared for.”

“Dana is AMAZING!!! Skylar has such a fun time at her house and she made new friends. Dana sent us pictures and updates of our Skylar everyday which I loved to see. I would definitely refer her to everybody around and also will contact her again if we happen to need someone to watch Skylar again. Five stars!!!”

“Maiah was awesome. She was super responsive and sent us pictures of our dogs while they stayed with her. She took them for walks even though has a big fenced in yard for them to play. I definitely recommend her and would use her again.”
“Michelle was the best sitter we could ever dreamed of ! She has an amazing personality and a huge heart for dogs. That was a first time we left our Jax with the sitter, and he came back as happy as he can be , and even a little spoiled 😊. Michelle is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented, and she always follows your home routine. She treats every dog like her own , and gives them a lot of attention. The best sitter ever!”

We would definitely board Cleo with her again and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for doggie daycare and boarding in the area!”

“Rachel was wonderful with my two dogs. They felt right at home with her family. She's great with dogs and is very aware of tfeir behaviors. She proactively met with us prior to the stay to see how my dogs would interact with some of the other dogs she watches. Everything worked out great. I would highly recommend Rachel.”

“Julia was absolutely a dream! She took such incredible care of our Weimaraner, Mozzie. Great communication, great photos and she made sure he had his own vacation while we were away! 10/10 and will rebook again!”
