They like to do meet and greets so that you know where your pet is staying and they have tons of toys and treats for your dog so they feel right at home. They do daily out side breaks and Miriam works from home so you’ll have eyes on your pets 24/7. Both are them are so extremely sweet and treated my dog with such love and care I couldn’t ask for a better sitter and I could truly tell that my dog was loved for and taken care of to the best of his ability. They also give little report cards for your dog which is the cutest thing ever so you can see when they went outside, when they ate, when and what the played with and overall what your dog did over their stay. She also noticed him biting his paws due to allergies and alerted me right away. I was in an area with bad service and did not get the message right away so she went ahead and reached out to my vet and scheduled a time to go in because he had chewed his paw to the point where he was bleeding. By the time I found out she was already on top of it. She took him and brought him home with a cone and gave him medication as prescribed. She even followed up asking about him days later once we picked him up. You can just tell that Peggy is an animal lover. About: I work from home (or your home) M-F. I am free before or after for bathroom breaks, walks, meals, cuddles, and all pet care. I have never had the blessing of owning my own fur baby but I am an “aunt” or “Nanny Liz” to many loving pups! I have a flexible schedule and I am willing to travel between Normal and Chicago burbs. Housesitting: I work from home (or your home) M-F about 8am-4:30pm. I am free before or after for bathroom breaks, walks, meals, cuddles, and all pet care. I can also provide care during lunch hours, around noon most days. Walking hours: M-F 5pm-9pm & Sat/Sun 9am-9pm. I love to travel & stay with friends and family so my location is flexible and fluctuates from Normal to Chicago. Regular walks outside these hours will be included housesitting. Potty breaks can be at any time! Perfect for a vacation or weekend away. You’re dog or cats safety is my number one priority! I will treat them and your home as if they were my own. I make sure to spend time with my dog when I come home and make time to play, cuddle, and show him affection . Also, it's important for me to take him out of the house. Even if it's a short walk, cruising in the car to pick up errands or food. It's important for them to explore and experience different environments.

Since both of my parents worked, I was often responsible for feeding her, taking her on walks, playing with her, and making sure she was well cared for. About: I have worked in animal control for 5+ years. I love all animals!! tiny or tall? Sweet or stranger danger ? I love them as they are ! I also have 100 pound German Shepherd and a cat. I am currently working in the evenings, but also available every weekend! I would love to care for anyone’s animals whenever they need it ! About: I love being in the company of pets, I really enjoy playing with them and taking care of them. I love cats very much, I know how to take care of them and how much they like to have their own space. About: I recently lost my soul dog, Wilson. He was a 14 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He is in the picture with me. I have a second Cavalier named Auggie. I worked with Wilson to become a certified therapy dog. He retired when he was 10. When he was around 9 he became deaf. Therefore, I have years of experience with a deaf dog. I have experience with dogs from puppy through old age. My grown children also have dogs. I have included some of those dogs in the pictures. We have a bulldog, a golden retriever, a boxer, a lab, and several mixed breed rescues in our family! I have decided to offer my services on Rover to help fill a void after losing my beloved Wilson. About: My pet care experience consists of having a dog throughout my childhood and adult years. I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. With having a dog comes a lot of responsibility and attention whether that's feeding, letting outside, physical activity, and training. I'm experienced in all of those qualities. The pet care that I will be using through the new dogs and cats I meet are the basics of giving treats, going for walks, and playing fetch or ball. Those basics are important and useful for dog caregivers because any dog would love the attention and care that you are giving them unconditionally. I'm also experienced in grooming with bathing the pet if needed. Whether that's outside with a hose and soap or inside in a bathtub. Dogs are my best friends and should be treated with love and companionship therefore I would treat the dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable but also safe and calm at all times. My schedule is very flexible and in the case of babysitting or walking a dog, I will be attentive and responsible. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. Also will have the clients contact information in case of emergency.

By the time I found out she was already on top of it. She took him and brought him home with a cone and gave him medication as prescribed.
