About: I have been around animals my whole life. I grew up with several dogs, cats, bunnies. I currently have a pet ferret who means absolutely EVERYTHING to me. About: I’ve taken care of many animals for some time now whether it be lizards, cats, dogs, or fish. Family and friends could always put their trust in me when I take care of their pets. I own a cat so I take care of him daily, feed him twice a day, give him toys, bathe him ever so often (depending if he goes outside), brush him because he has long fur. So he fits right in with my schedule and I give him cuddles all the time! I care for my pet everyday! I feed him twice a day ( morning and night) maybe a few treats, I’ll bathe him when needed but not too often cause it hurts their fur coat, clip his nails when needed, brush him just about everyday. I will especially give him cuddles whenever I see him!

Over the last 10 years, friends, family and neighbors have entrusted me with taking care of their dogs. 2 years ago, I took on the venture of fostering dogs in my home. My experience with them has been with puppies through adult dogs. Special needs dogs are welcome too, as I have experience with dogs with seizure disorder and other chronic issues. During the time the foster dogs are in my care, I work to establish a routine, learn basic commands and household manners. I work from home Monday-Friday. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. Starting at a young age, I was responsible for feeding, walking, and cleaning up after our family dogs. By the time I was 15, I began caring for a neighbor’s dog whenever they were out of town, building early experience in pet sitting and responsibility. I already take daily walks as part of my routine, so caring for pets fits in very naturally. I enjoy having a dog join me—it makes the time more enjoyable while ensuring they get consistent, relaxed exercise. For dog walks, I make sure they get safe, relaxed exercise during my daily walking time. I pay attention to their pace, energy level, and comfort, and I always keep them on a secure leash. At my home, I have a fenced-in yard where dogs can safely spend time outside for potty breaks and fresh air. I make sure they are always supervised and safe while outdoors.

About: I've taken care of pets since I was young. I've always had a dog growing up! After moving to Sycamore in 1998, I moved into a farm. We had almost every farm animal, as well as cats. I've had all of my dogs from puppies until the end. Come summer, I am free all the time! I work at the school district! Just weekends are softball. My oldest is on a traveling team!
