Not only did they take her on a 5k on thanksgiving, which our dog LOVED, nova got to go on long walks everyday and play lots outside, and they even made Nova a christmas ornament with her paw print!!!! Megan was so amazing and texted me paragraphs morning and night about how our dog was doing and what she did that day or morning, along with so many photos! They took such good care of nova, probably better care than we even do sometimes haha, and i was surprised she still wanted to come home with us and not stay with megan and her family. If i could give 10 stars I would, I would recommend Megan to everyone!!! We have never had such an amazing experience with rover before, and will always take Nova to Megan now when we need sitting.”

About: In all seriousness I love cats. I've been around cats my whole life and have helped with pretty much every part of raising and taking care of them! I've helped with brand new kittens, helping mama nurse and care for them, I've helped elderly cats bath and cut the hair around their bottom when its gotten too hard for them to clean themselves. I have a special place in my heart for cats! Especially shoulder cats! They're just so much fun!

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I have had mostly dogs. My kids are also very animal oriented. I have cared for praying mantis, hermit crabs, tortoises, cocktail, hamsters, cats, dogs, bunny. These are most of the pets I have cared for. Walking them, helping groom them feeding them and spending time with them. I have trained both my cat and my dog many commands. They both know sit, speak, the dog knows shake and can switch, the cat is learning. I just enjoy being around animals. If I could I would have many more, but that is why I am here, so I can visit with other animals. I am currently not working and just enjoy spreading time with my older kids and my pets. I have time on my hands and want to be with animals so I am doing this and lining into volunteer opportunities with the local shelters Right now because I have pets at home I would be willing to come to your home and take care of your animals. About: When growing up, I grew up with at least 2 to 3 big dogs in the house, and I always enjoyed spending my days with them. Throughout college, I took care of my personal dog judge, after graduating I adopted two more, Maverick and Nala. My dogs are spoiled rotten to the point where I spoil them more than myself, you can expect your dogs to be given the same treatment maybe even a little better. Don’t tell my pups lol. Right now I currently work at gowen Field as a Blackhawk pilot, but my job gives me the flexibility to schedule around and make sure that I have the time and availability to take care of your fur babies. I’m fine waking up early in the mornings also going to bed late at night so I will always make time for them. We have a huge fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood, also a shed in the backyard that can be converted into a private room for your Doggos if needed. About: I grew up with dogs and I love animals. We have 3 dogs of our own and 2 cats. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m flexible and able to let dogs out as they need. Your furry friend will get lots of love and attention while in my care I’m a stay at home mom so I’m able to give potty brakes as often as needed and play with them as much as they want . I have a fenced in back yard. My house is baby proofed so it’s also pet proof. Some of our dogs sleep in bed with us and others sleep in kennels whatever they are most comfortable with.

The dogs we care for thoroughly enjoy our large fenced yard as there is lots of room to run, play and explore safely! For our health and that of the animals we love, we do not use toxic chemicals on our yard or in our house. My family and I naturally connect with animals and are happy to provide reliable care for boarding and daycare. I am self-employed and work from home which allows me plenty of time to spend interacting with your pupper while it's in my care. My schedule is flexible for meet and greets, drop-offs and pick-ups. I am available most weekdays, weekends and holidays. Saturday availability is limited to in-progress boarding that began prior to Friday night and pick-ups as my family and I observe a 7th day rest. Your dog's well-being is very important to us. We want them to have as much access to the outside as they want, as much play and activity as they need, and plenty of space and calm to relax and settle. Our experience has shown that crate trained dogs that come with their own portable dens typically handle their stay better than those that don't. To reduce stress and better the experience, we prefer to keep dogs with crates.
About: I grew up with horses, cats and dogs and that brought on my love of animals. I worked in a small animal vet clinic for 12 years as a tech until I had my kids and became a SAHM 4 years ago so I have a lot of experience caring for animals. The benefit of having worked as a tech for so long is I’m very well trained in dog behavior, medical treatment, and giving pets extra loves when they’re feeling nervous. We have our own doodle who is a spayed female and she loves other dogs, even the grouchy ones. I have two kids, a 4 1/2 year old and a 7 1/2 year old who both were taught from a young age how to properly treat animals so they’re both very respectful of space and gentle. I am currently a stay at home mom so I am at the house most of the day, aside from running kids to activities, to take care of your pet. The living space in our home is one floor so there aren’t stairs for senior pets to have to climb. We also have a fenced backyard for them to play and potty. The fence along the back is only 4ft high so if you have an escape artist, our home isn’t a good fit.

About: I've had a dog since I was 5 years old. I have two cats and a dog and would welcome any dog that gets along good with other animals. I work from home so watching animals during the day is no problem. My dog is inside and outside with a large backyard to play around in. When it's very cold I let the dogs roam the main floor of the house. I provide a safe, calm, and structured environment for every pet. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications. In my home, pets are always supervised, kept in a clean space, and never left in unsafe situations. I make sure they’re comfortable and stress-free, with plenty of attention and exercise.

I am flexible in availability and can follow any special instructions you may have about your pets specific needs, even weird quirky routines they may have! I’ve taken care of many different pets of all shapes, sizes, ages and temperaments. As a pet mom myself I understand the importance and worry of leaving my fur baby behind while I’m away. I will always send extra pictures and take extra precautions and time to make sure your fur babies feel safe and loved while you’re away! I provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment, ensuring they get plenty of attention and enrichment. With a few years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I'm dedicated to giving your pets the best possible care while you're away. Let's chat about how I can make your pet's stay a happy one! I work at the airport part time, but the hours differ. I am available most of the time, and if I’m at work I can still stop by after work or on my breaks or stay overnight to take care of the pet(s). Same goes if they’re boarding at my house, they will be well taken care of. I care for my own cat as if she is my child. All the pets I watch (including my own) get fed right on time on schedule, I give them extra attention and pets, if they like toys I make sure to spend a while playing with them to make sure they don’t get bored and they stay happy and entertained!

“Shannia was so warm and loving to my little dog Mindy. She took great care of her. Mindy is shy but they bonded quickly. She sent pictures and updates every day. I could tell she loved her. Shannia even bathed her the day I picked her up. Just a very sweet young lady. I will definitely have her tend Mindy again!”

“Megan and her family were the absolute BEST to our dog, Nova. Not only did they take her on a 5k on thanksgiving, which our dog LOVED, nova got to go on long walks everyday and play lots outside, and they even made Nova a christmas ornament with her paw print!!!! Megan was so amazing and texted me paragraphs morning and night about how our dog was doing and what she did that day or morning, along with so many photos! They took such good care of nova, probably better care than we even do sometimes haha, and i was surprised she still wanted to come home with us and not stay with megan and her family. If i could give 10 stars I would, I would recommend Megan to everyone!!! We have never had such an amazing experience with rover before, and will always take Nova to Megan now when we need sitting.”
