“Really felt comfortable leaving our old boy Bentley, with Marissa. I was a bit concerned at first because Marissa has a dog and three cats of her own. As an older dog, Bentley prefers to sleep and pretty much, just be left alone, but the animals got along just fine. I could instantly tell at our introduction meeting that Marissa is an animal lover with a very kind heart. While we were away, Marissa took pictures of the dogs interacting and taking walks ... apparently, many walks ... and sending them to me regularly. Upon return, when I picked Bentley up, Marissa said "I thought you said that Bentley was kind of lay-back and just wanted to sleep. About: I have had a dog to take care of my whole life! I even worked a vet clinic for a while until I got pregnant and had to stop working to take care of my baby. I have also cared for neighbors dogs in the past in their homes and some had medical needs such as pills every day :) I am a stay at home mom, so I am always home unless of course there are groceries to buy and errends to run. But I have a dog room that would keep your pets and mine safe until I return. All I ask is that if you are picking up or dropping off on Sundays that it be before 11am or after 4pm. 😃 I have a big yard the dogs can play in and a dog room that I can bring them into at night. About: We are excited to be back watching dogs after maternity leave. We have always had dogs growing up and quickly got our own once married. He is 7 years old and we love going on long hikes, to the lake, and settling down for some evening snuggles! We have two little girls who are obsessed with dogs and ready to play! We do have a fenced dog park one block over that we frequently visit to let the pup run around off-leash for a bit and play with any other dogs that may be there and/or throw the ball. Your dog will get the same experience and care as our sweet girl, along with a playmate so boredom won't be an option. All dogs will be on leash outside of the home and waste will be disposed of properly. There's a fenced dog park near by that will allow your dog to run around off leash with our dog, who is very friendly and patient - an older spayed large dog, gentle as can be. Your dog will get the same care and protection as ours including no access to the cat box or open food they can grab, lots of love and attention, access to clean water always, and extra emphasize on anything you tell me your dog needs. I take our pets health very seriously.

“Calista was attentive and loving with our dog, he had such a good time and was taken care of SO well! He has sensitive stomach and needed some special care while we were gone. It was no big deal to her and she gave him probiotics, yogurt, bone broth, all the good things and was a happy pup. So grateful to know he has lots of play time, walks, and was loved on while we were gone. He also hit it off with their dog and made a new friend!! So grateful we found Calista and her cute family to love on our dog.”
“Pamela was amazing! She made leaving our two dogs with her super easy! I was nervous since we had never boarded our dogs before. When we went to her home I felt so much relief. You can feel the love she has for dogs and knowing her kids were going to be there to love on our dogs was so amazing! She sent regular updates and photos that were super reassuring (one photo showed our dog snuggled up with her son and it absolutely melted my heart). She assured me that her kids had good boundaries with dogs so if yours aren't as cuddly as my two gentle giants than no worries. My dogs came home happy, cleaner than they left, and super happy! They were tuckered out so it was clear they had been exercised. It was the best experience and I will definitely user her again and would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Pamela for making this new experience so much easier!”

About: I’ve had my rescued dog for 8 years and a rescued cat for 3 years. I love animals and treat my fur babies like family with all my love and company. I currently work from home, so I have lots of flexibilities to accommodate your fur family. I'm usually home with my pets except a few hours at a time to run errands. I have a medium sized dog and a cat at home. They are friendly to new friends. The backyard is unfenced, my dog enjoys running and sniffing around. Your fur-baby will have potty breaks in the backyard supervised and will have so much play time there.
“Really felt comfortable leaving our old boy Bentley, with Marissa. I was a bit concerned at first because Marissa has a dog and three cats of her own. As an older dog, Bentley prefers to sleep and pretty much, just be left alone, but the animals got along just fine. I could instantly tell at our introduction meeting that Marissa is an animal lover with a very kind heart. While we were away, Marissa took pictures of the dogs interacting and taking walks ... apparently, many walks ... and sending them to me regularly. Upon return, when I picked Bentley up, Marissa said "I thought you said that Bentley was kind of lay-back and just wanted to sleep. But, he was the first one up waiting to go outside to play and explore". I really appreciate the great job Marissa did with Bentley during our nine-day trip. I had such peace of mind that our dog was being loved and cared for. I would VERY MUCH like to use Marissa's boarding services again, next time we travel.”
“If you want your pet cared and very loved for let Mary watch them she went above and beyond caring for my dog she sent tons of updates and took good care of him. We had some things come up and she extended his stay an extra day and took very good care of him she was so so awesome to work with. I highly recommend Mary to care for your fur babies.”
