I tend to live an active lifestyle and that means hiking/walking/and lots of exercise. Rest assured both me and your pooch will be getting a good workout! In the past I've facilitated overnight lodging for dogs, and temporary stays of up to a few days. Be noted I do not currently have a large open or fenced in yard. I work with neighbors and friends pets on quite a regular basis! I regularly feed, train, walk & care for pets when away or on business! I work from home so this environment provides a perfect spot for pets to be nurtured & played with consistently! I always check prior to booking any special exercise and or dietary needs of your pet. Ensuring door remain locked when inside and timer's are set for when pets receive food upon client preference. Safety is of the upmost priority, so I will discuss a full plan and schedule so you know where you pup is and his progress while away. I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

The property is a dream for a dog - a great fenced area up against the house but also access to trails in the woods. Dogs were also allowed inside and I loved that our pup got to be in a cozy home with people and some other dog friends while we were away for the day. We could tell Cid was so well taken care of. Warm and friendly and bonded with Ranger immediately. Met her at house next day for drop off and she was very attentive asking questions about allergies and concerns. Felt very comfortable and at ease with leaving Ranger there for a “staycation”. He settled in quickly and Jackie kept me updated with text and pics and how he was doing throughout the day. About: I’ve been around dogs since as long as I can remember and cannot imagine life without dogs. I currently have three doggies in my house. I used to have four as well so I am used to a busy household. I do work part time with a lot of weekend availability specifically Saturdays. And work a flexible schedule. I typically work afternoons but have night time availability as well. I can do drop in visits! I can accompany your pupper while you’re gone, but my schedule changes weekly so let me know what times you’re looking for :) I care for all pets the same. About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

About: I lived on a small farm growing up and fell in love with animals. I took 4H when I was little putting rabbits in the fair. One thing to know about 4H Rabbits is at the Fair is that they are the tamest rabbit there, because of the time and love we give the rabbits. At the fair we got the opportunity to present the open class rabbits to the judges since we where train to handle them. I also worked with our family dog, (a collie at the time), on training him for 4H. Since them, in my teenage years, I bread and hand raise parkettes. I sold them to people once they where old enough to leave there moms. I know have two dogs I rescued, and a cat. I am always walking my dogs come rain, snow. Or sunshine. If you find yourself unable to walk your dogs because of work or weather, I am more then willing to walk them for you. Just give me a shout! I have three friendly dogs and a cat to keep your dogs, or cat company. I always leash the pets up before we go out for walks or whatever to keep them safe.

Above and beyond being a pet caretaker, I am a Certified Holistic K-9 Health Coach, podcast host and main representative for the renowned animal health company, Vital Pet Health. I am also a Hippocrates Health Institute Certified Health Educator and Coach for humans and animals, passionate about optimal health for all beings. No chemicals or junky treats will be found in our home or in my doggy bag, and no kibble will be fed on my watch! (And if you’d like me to stay in your home, I will only stay in chemical-free homes - with no toxic-fragrance plug-ins, fragranced candles/sticks, Tide or other chemical detergents, Swiffer chemicals, dryer sheets, Mrs. Meyers toxic cleaning agents, Clorox, etc.). I have been house and animal sitting for neighbors, clients, family and friends since I was 10 years old - for over 30 years now - and I love doing it! Being passionate about health and fitness, and also about making sure that your animals are happy, I take the dogs out for numerous walks, and on adventures each day, and I also spend time playing with them in my back yard. About: While growing up, we always had dogs, living with my best friend, i was her dogs' training instructor, and I have almost always lived with dogs' myself. I love them, despite them being much more needy than cats, but alike, we've always had cats too- even some households where cats and dogs weren't allowed to intermingle. I'm quick to catch a runaway and I've got an open schedule most the time. Our animals are like our children, they need attentive love and care, they sleep a lot, but their bedtimes food schedules and habits are as much of their nature as habit, and breaking their habits, never results in good endings. I operate my own business as SeansServices.Com, I do several tasks like landscaping, cleaning, moving or hauling. My schedule is pretty open until i have a job, then after my job, I am wide open again. There are times I'll do a long distance move, but I do know others on Rover I can recommend or refer if I am unavailable. I will always be up front. I currently cannot offer at home care, but I play with, work with and ask for or look up schedules every time they're given, with screen shots and alarms just like any job, I take my jobs seriously and my attentive and alertness on high. I never know what an animal is capable of until they show me, so I treat them all fairly with common warnings in mind, while addressing and watching for new concerns.
About: *** I will be available in Spokane and CDA starting April 10th. Hope to talk to you all soon! I have been a housesitter and petsitter for years. I really enjoy getting to have new pet friends! I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also have done a fair amount of pet massages for dogs and cats (not lizards, though!!) I have an online business, so I usually housesit and work part-time online. This makes it very easy for me to be in a home with pets who need more attention, or dogs that need walked often. I have done all levels of pet care-from simple one hour drop-in visits for cats to feeding and cleaning up for horses and cows (extra fee for that!!) So, I am very versatile with my clients! I also find that I bond easily with pets, and can often connect to shy or nervous cats and dogs by being present, calm and talking to them. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!
About: We always had multiple animals growing up! Dogs, cats, hamsters even! I absolutely love animals and pet sitting allows me to get pet time in since we don’t have pets. It’s also gives my three year old son chances to get used to pets. He loves all animals but cats especially. Just like his mama! I always bring my fiancé & son to the meet & greet. That way you know who will be in your personal space and Incase my fiancé needs to do a drop in due to my work schedule. It is important for the dogs to be kid friendly but can work around it and avoid bringing my son. *** rates are flexible! They may change if you are far away considering gas prices. It is very easy to work pet care into my routine. I typically work from 4pm to 11pm, 3 to 4 nights a week. Although my fiancé will be available if a drop in is needed during that time. My schedule fluctuates but I always will keep you in the loop on if he needs to go. If you’re okay with it during the initial meet & greet. It has not created an issue in the past:) In clients homes I’ll sure the animal has fresh water & is fed correctly. We make sure to give treats if allowed and lots and lots of play time. Along with snuggles if the pet enjoys them!
About: I have always been a lover of animals, growing up around many dogs, cats, and farm animals of all shapes and sizes. I began caring for animals at a young age, and continue to center my life around my furry friends. Working with easily excited or skittish animals is my specialty as I have taken training through a Washington state rescue on dealing with animals with separation/new people anxiety.
