I also have two koi in our backyard pond named Ramen and Jack. I am a lifelong pet owner and I'm comfortable with providing medicine, including pills, topicals or subcutaneous injections, to animals. I'll also send you daily text updates and photos, so you can follow your pet's fun from afar. I work from home and love to play with my dog, Mack, and our furry boarders throughout the day. I like to incorporate outdoor time into our play, taking walks or playing ball in the yard. Mack is a very big dog, but he plays well with dogs of all sizes. I have a fenced yard and a sweet labrador to keep your dog company. I also have a big indoor playroom that provides enough space for your pet to chase a ball and burn some energy even in the worst weather. My dog Mack is crate trained and he likes to take naps in his crate when he needs a break from his new friends. If your dog also uses a crate, I have plenty of room to set it up, but being crate-trained is not a requirement for boarding with me. “I brought TWO dogs to Chunli very last minute. I had my dog and my daughter's dog. Chunli was incredibly sweet to them. She took them on several long walks and my daughter's dog is a RELENTLESS player with balls and Chunli very patiently played with her for way longer than I would have! They each had different feeding instructions and different dog foods and she followed all the instructions to the letter. The dogs were picked up at the end of a long day happy and barely even noticing I was there. I would totally use Chunli again.”
About: I love them all...big ones, little ones, young ones, old ones, sweet ones and even cranky ones! I've been a veterinarian for over 30 years so I guess you could say that pets are my life. Due to my training, I can deal with any condition your pet may have...administering meds, giving injections, and dealing with handicapped pets. I'm able to watch for any issues that might arise in your pet while you're away and get them addressed as needed so that you have %100 confidence that your pet (s) will be in excellent hands while you're away. I love to walk so your baby will get lots of exercise and, of course, they will all get lots of play and cuddles. I'm more or less retired (I work one day a week) so am able to do twice daily visits or walks as needed. For pets boarding with me, I'm home all day with them giving them lots of attention and love. Pets in our home will be treated like my own babies. They will get plenty of attention and twice daily walks (if wanted) as we live right next to the Boise greenbelt. They will be fed and medicated exactly as instructed and get plenty of snuggles and play time!

About: Hi! I’m 26, a Boise State graduate and former Honors College student, and I’m currently working toward my master’s degree. I also work at St. Luke’s three days a week, which gives me a really flexible schedule and plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and pet sitting. I’ve been around animals my whole life and have experience with pets that have very different personalities and needs. I grew up with a cat, lived with a very reactive Pit Bull in college, and now have a 6-month-old Lab puppy of my own. Because of that, I’m comfortable with everything from puppy energy and basic training to dogs that need a little more patience, structure, and awareness of their surroundings. Having my own puppy has definitely reminded me how much work goes into raising a young dog! I’m very used to potty schedules, frequent walks, reinforcing good habits, keeping puppies entertained, and making sure they don’t get into absolutely everything they can find. I’m extremely responsible, organized, and dependable, but I’m also the kind of person who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. I know how nerve-racking it can be to leave your pet with someone new, and I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re being cared for by someone who will pay attention to their routine, personality, safety, and all the little details you give me.
