“With a last minute request, Dooku spent a weekend with Lindsay and her family. From the onset, Lindsay was very prompt with responses, she was very communicative, pleasant and positive. I expressed a concern about Dooku being susceptible to heat exhaustion because he is a black Lab with two coats and the days were very hot (100 to 105 degrees). Lindsay put me at ease and made it clear that she would take care of him, exercise him lightly and monitor his behavior. Knowing Lindsay and her family had a swimming pool, I cautioned her about Dooku’s love for swimming (it’s a lab thing 🐕🦺🐾) and that she would be challenged keeping him out of the pool. Throughout the stay, Lindsay sent me updates, photos and in no time at all, she informed me Dooku was swimming in her pool with her family and they were having fun! There is nothing like putting your cherished pup in the hands of someone else and knowing they are safe and well taken care of. Dooku will certainly be back and Lindsay comes highly recommended! About: I’ve had many pups in my life but right now I do not have any pups living in my home. I’ve been enjoying spending time with all my rover friends! My home has a fenced backyard and a common area dog run. I work from home so I will be around to play, give treats and go on walks all day! Dogs are allowed on the furniture and beds here. Working from home means I will be hanging with the pups almost all day every day except for errands. Walks every couple hours and lots of snuggles on the couch! There are no children in the home. I have a fenced yard for running and playing. I have a large kennel/crate inside the house in case your pup needs it and have lots of toys and dog beds for lounging. Stop by for a meet and greet if you would like before booking! I typically only leave the house for an hour or so a day to use the gym down the road. The pups are free to roam my home as if it was their own while I am out. Doors stay locked and no one enters unless the pets are secured so no one darts out the door! Food stays off countertops so there are no human snacks available to be snuck. Poop is scooped after every go!

About: We have two high energy dogs that require regular exercise so I understand how hard it is to find a sitter who can meet that need. While your best friend is with us they can expect to get an off leash, 3-5 mile adventure every other day. I am trained and comfortable with an e collar but if your dog does not have good recall, no worries, I always carry a long line. Our home is best suited for medium to large dogs. I am a stay at home mom with 2 large dogs of my own. My dogs need regular off leash walks so you can expect your dog to get out plenty while with us. I have a large, fenced in yard. If I have to leave the house without the dogs I have spare kennels and a furbo dog camera to keep an eye on everyone.

About: There hasn’t been a time in my life where I haven’t been around a dog. I’ve been with the dogs throughout their walks of life. From puppies to seniors. I have also cared for and loved several other animals. I have experience in caring for rabbits, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and birds. I also know CPR for dogs. Our two dachshunds spent over a week in the loving care of Colleen’s family while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our dogs were treated like royalty. They stayed right in the house with the family, cuddled on the couch, sat on their laps, and even got to sleep with Colleen’s wonderful son. It was clear they were loved and cared for as if they were part of the family. Throughout our vacation, Colleen sent us photos and updates of our dogs, which gave us such peace of mind. When we picked them up, they were happy, healthy, relaxed, and completely at home with Colleen and her family. “With a last minute request, Dooku spent a weekend with Lindsay and her family. From the onset, Lindsay was very prompt with responses, she was very communicative, pleasant and positive. I expressed a concern about Dooku being susceptible to heat exhaustion because he is a black Lab with two coats and the days were very hot (100 to 105 degrees). Lindsay put me at ease and made it clear that she would take care of him, exercise him lightly and monitor his behavior. Knowing Lindsay and her family had a swimming pool, I cautioned her about Dooku’s love for swimming (it’s a lab thing 🐕🦺🐾) and that she would be challenged keeping him out of the pool. Throughout the stay, Lindsay sent me updates, photos and in no time at all, she informed me Dooku was swimming in her pool with her family and they were having fun! There is nothing like putting your cherished pup in the hands of someone else and knowing they are safe and well taken care of. Dooku will certainly be back and Lindsay comes highly recommended!
