About: Hi! I’m Nova! I am a college student at Idaho State University home for the summer with a flexible schedule and a genuine love for ALL animals. I have roughly four years of unofficial experience caring for pets for neighbors, friends, and family, including dog walking, dog sitting, overnight care, cat care, and chicken care. I have experience caring for my own pets, including three dogs and one cat. I understand how important it is to provide pets with attention, patience, exercise, and consistent care. I enjoy spending time with animals and will meet your pet where they are. There is always time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you, their owners, are away. As a college student home for the summer, I have a very flexible schedule! This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pet care. I am available throughout the summer until I return to school in early August. If there is time I have blocked off, I always communicate clearly and work closely with pet owners to make schedules work whenever mutually possible. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable, attentive, and caring looking after your pet. Safety, trust, and making pets feel comfortable are very important to me when caring for animals. I always try to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, waters / meals on schedule, and a good environment. I am also willing to provide regular updates and communication so you owners feel confident in your pet care. I primarily offer care in clients’ homes and through dog walking visits, as I have pets of my own at home and this helps simplify care for you and me! I find that many pets are also more comfortable staying in their familiar environment, where they can keep their normal routines and surroundings. I always respect clients’ homes, follow instructions carefully, and make pet safety my top priority during walks, visits, and overnight stays.
“This was Rigby’s first time staying with Erika, and she exceeded my expectations. She shared photos while I was away and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. Her communication was excellent, and Rigby was clearly comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter🌟🐾♥️”

“Kira was very sweet to my dog and super flexible to work with. She reached out beforehand with a phone call to make sure we were on the same page for the sitting, which made me feel that she was responsible and trustworthy. She’s active and will definitely exercise your dog if you want it. I also received a picture of my dog and her dog curled up together next to her bed for the night.”

About: Hi there! I'm Hannah and I have always enjoyed spending time with dogs. Growing up, my family always had a dog. Currently, I have a husky/shepherd mix. I am very athletic and enjoy walking, especially with a furry friend. I am enthusiastic, energetic and compassionate. Over the years I have taken care of my neighbor's pets as well as my coworker's. I look forward to meeting you and your doggo! I am an actress/ singer/ dancer. I also teach voice lessons and sing with local bands in the valley. My schedule is flexible as it varies weekly. My house is dog friendly. There will always be a water bowl for your dog, and I am very attentive and consistent with things like meal times, going out for fresh air and picking up after your dog.
“David - thank you for taking care of Taggert. I really hate being away from my dog. The way you observed my dog and me and instinctively knew how to put us at ease is so much appreciated. From the photos, I could tell he was well cared for and having a good time. Just what I needed during the ski race. I'd write a longer review, but Taggert wants me to hustle over to the grocery and get him, "the good cookies", that you gave him! Thanks again - Senja & Taggert”

Pets are allowed on furniture, its their home too! I live in a townhouse but can take them out for potty breaks on the bike path.

“Natalia's home is like a doggy spa + slumber party! It is so comforting to know that Coco is cared for when I have to travel without her. Natalia provided daily updates and pictures/videos - which was such a sweet reminder that Coco is living her best life at the dog sitters house!”

“Our dog had a great experience with Lorraine. They went on hikes every day and she sent pictures and videos of our dog having fun. She was very responsive and we would definitely book with her again.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with two labs and giving them several walks a day was always a high priority so they could burn up all that energy!I understand the importance of a good walk and how it can also be tough to squeeze in sometimes on a busy day. So don’t spend the day feeling guilty if your schedule won’t allow time to give your dog a walk. I can help. We usually let our dogs off the leash so they could run and fetch, but if you would rather me keep them on a leash that is what I will do. I have lived in the area for a while so I know plenty of spots to take them, or if you have preferred routes I will do that. On 3 occasions over the past couple years I have stayed with my sister and her husbands two dogs (lab mixed with Aussie Shepard) for a week at a time. They have as strict of a walking routine/diet as you can imagine and I had no problems satisfying their needs. I also understand that when traveling you cannot always bring your pet with you and putting them in a doggie hotel is both expensive and not a good time for them. If you’d like them to remain in the comfort of your home I’m happy to spend time with them and make sure they are comforted through that period. I work mornings from 5:30-noonish 5 days a week. I am available from 1 until 8 or 9 for walks or check-in’s, feeding, cleaning up. I’m a very active person so can take your dog on long walks, a hike or just play in the yard if preferred. My parents who are often not in town have a large very nice condo in elkhorn that is pet friendly that is available for use. There is an upstairs deck available off the living room for them to go between for them to get some fresh air The yard is not fenced so downstairs I could not leave them to roam. But neighborhood is quiet with a great path for walking them, also have trails out into the desert I could take them if alright.

“Jori was fantastic. We left our 6-year old yellow lab with her for 3 days/3 nights at her house in Hailey. Our dog went on walks, hikes and swims with Jori. Our dog was having such a good time that we weren’t sure our lab would come home with us when we returned!”

If your dog thrives on adventure, chill time, or a little of both, I’ve got them. Let’s make their time with me feel like a mini vacation. I work for a local non profit and have a flexible schedule for the most part, working from and the office when I have meetings. I can easily sync with your schedule and your dog’s routine. My goal is simple: keep your pup comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I genuinely love all dogs, and I want yours to feel totally at ease with me. About: I have had cats all of my life! From the age of 1 all the way up to 18, and I have seen so many different types of cats and how to handle them. What sets me apart from other sitters is that I will always make sure your cat is getting attention and scratches. If they have specific feeding routines too that’s fine with me. I also like to maintain a clean and healthy environment for the kitties as well! I would be so excited to work with one of your little furballs!!

Perfect for high energy dogs - Magic Resort
About: Hello! I'm Pamela, a passionate dance instructor living in the beautiful Wood River Valley. I feel incredibly grateful to share my life with my three wonderful dogs, whom I affectionately call the “Tres Amigos”: Tate, Rudy, and Boscoe. They're over three years old, full of energy, friendly, and love to have fun, bringing so much joy to my daily life. I treat them like family, and my 5-acre ranch is a lively, welcoming space with two large, beautifully landscaped fenced yards filled with toys and love. I can host two potty-trained and friendly dogs at a time—no worries, just happy pups! Since 2017, I've gained extensive experience pet-sitting in places like California, Washington, Arizona, Wyoming, and Idaho, completing 20 five-star assignments with a company, Trusted House Sitters, as a professional sitter. Now that I spend most of my time at home, I’m excited to start a Rover business to share my love and care with even more pets in our community! I work as a dance instructor in the beautiful Wood River Valley, teaching three days a week for three hours. My husband runs a software company and works from home, and we really cherish our time at the ranch, spending our days enjoying the peace and beauty of our home. We have three lovable dogs who just adore making new friends, and they always enjoy some bones, tasty popsicles, and a variety of fun toys and playtime. We treat all dogs like family, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved during their stay.
“Amber is amazing! She took our two dogs for long walks, swimming, playing with children and other dogs. Amber was able to work through the dog's moments of anxiety and put them right at ease. The photos throughout the day put us at ease knowing our fur babies were in good hands and having fun.”

“Joy and Joe were excellent dog sitters! Great communication and really sweet to Kurt - plus awesome travel recommendations for us pet parents! We highly recommend Joy and Joe for your pet-sitting needs in the Ketchum/Sun Valley/Hailey area.”
“I can't say enough great things about this family and the care they took of Hazel. These are truly amazing human beings. They went above and beyond in every aspect of taking care of Hazel and me.”

“Kathryn was wonderful! This was our first time leaving our puppy with someone else and I was quite nervous since she is still a puppy learning new things. Kathryn sent pictures of her romping with Zoey and snoozing. I would definitely recommend Kathryn and appreciate her watching our puppy! Thank you.”

About: I love to care for animals... horses, dogs, and cats have all been a part of my life. From high school through college, I worked for the local veterinarian. A balance of exercise, fun, and relaxing is what I think is a good recipe to follow, whether you are an animal or a human being! If you'll allow me, I would love to get to know your special "Side-Kick". They are truly a gem in our lives. For dog sitting, I am flexible about staying in your home, or having your pet stay at mine. Enjoy walking in the neighbor or going on hikes. Mindful of adjusting the walk durations for those dogs who may not need too much exercise. I am retired, so plenty of time together. Love thinking of outings that your dog may enjoy, depending upon age and athletic interests. Custom camp adventures! Safety first. Leashes at all times when anywhere near cars, and direction from the owner as to whether off-leash is preferred on trails. I will be so very mindful of safety.
“Erika was awesome!! We were so spoiled with all the photo updates and she was able to pick him up and drop him off so we could spend all day skiing. Would definitely use her again!! Thank you so much ❤️”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with a passion for caring for pups of all shapes and sizes. Whether it’s belly rubs, long walks, or just some cozy couch time, I’m here to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and right at home—whether you’re gone for the day or away for a week! Dogs bring so much joy and balance to my day. I plan my schedule around giving pets the attention, exercise, and care they need—whether that’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or winding down with cuddles in the evening. At my home, dogs have plenty of space to enjoy! I have a yard where they can safely run around and play, or just relax on the porch and soak up the sunshine.

About: Now serving Lincoln County residents as well as the Wood River Valley. Because of my love for animals, I have been the go to person to ask to care for other's animals. My experience ranges from giving pills to a St. Bernard to taking a Terrior puppy out every two hours (into the night also) to go pee. I respect animals and know that I need to take care of them as if they were my own. I have two Border Collie mixes that are sweet and high energy. You will feel at ease while your pets are with me. I thank you in advance for your consideration and hope that we will work together soon! I make it work. I love that I can be there for someone and care for their pets. I am willing to take on any pet and fit them into my life. My dogs are crate trained and that's where they sleep at night. Any visiting dogs can sleep where they like, whether it's on a bed, in a crate as well, or on the couch or floor. I make sure to keep my dogs' and others' dogs' food separate.
