My dog is very high energy so he doesn't do the best cooped up all day so Jaylins place was great because it has a large fenced area for him to play and get his energy out. He has never been great about eating while being boarded but I could tell he was comfortable here because he ate all his food which he usually doesn't do when away from home. I love all different kinds of fun animals My schedule as of now is fairly open, which means I can expand services to accommodate driving time. I am also expanding service times too. About: I love animals (although you probably gathered that since I’m on Rover)! Animals are my passion, which has led me to work towards a degree in Wildlife Management at BYUI. I would love any opportunity I can get to care for and play with your pets, especially since I’m unable to have my own while at school. My main experience is with dogs! I’m a university student, but typically have gaps in between classes. I would be able to care for your pets before, after, and in between my classes if you are close to campus. I own a car, so for pet sitting if you live farther away from campus that is not a problem. Just know that depending on the distance my check-ins may not be as frequent. I would be able to check in regularly (if home-sitting), as well as give your dog/cat the attention they need. If walking, I know how to engage and work with dogs, which comes in handy when encountering other animals. I’ll make sure to give them plenty of love!

About: I've lived with and worked with many pets, especially dogs and cats of all sorts of breeds and sizes. I know many of their behaviors and needs, and I can give medications like pills and clip dog nails. I worked at a five star boarding and daycare, where I learned most of my skills. For my three cats back at home, I helped empty the letterbox, refill water jugs, and fed them twice a day, as needed. “Marianne did such a good job with our dog Blue. He was with her for 9 days and we got pictures and updates every day. She took such great care of him and made sure we didn't feel any stress about leaving him. She even did a meet and greet before hand so we could meet her and Blue could meet her dogs. This helped so much to know that he would be safe and happy. We will definitely book with Marianne again!!”

We did a "trial" night before his actual stay and even though Diesel snipped at her own dog, she was still willing to take him! I've left him at dog kennels or with other people before, but I've never been as satisfied with his care before now. Megan sent me pictures and a little report during the three days I was gone which was very much appreciated. “My puppy stayed with them for 10 days. I was worried because my golden retriever can’t get along with other dogs, so I was glad they did not have other dogs and only take one dog at a time. They have two small children who were very friendly to my puppy. My puppy just followed their children the whole time. I received several pictures everyday along with texts on how she’s doing. I’m so glad to find them. I hope they continue to host my puppy. Gives me a great peace of mind when I have to travel.”

“Jaylin did such a great job watching my dog! She is super friendly and her set up is great! My dog is very high energy so he doesn't do the best cooped up all day so Jaylins place was great because it has a large fenced area for him to play and get his energy out. He has never been great about eating while being boarded but I could tell he was comfortable here because he ate all his food which he usually doesn't do when away from home. Jaylin was great about sending updates and made me feel very comfortable leaving my buddy with her. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Jaylin and family!”

About: Caring for dogs has been part of my life for many years. I’ve had dogs my whole life and have personally cared for, trained, and worked with my own dogs over the years. I understand their behavior, emotions, routines, and how important it is for them to feel safe, calm, and loved. I live on peaceful acreage with space for dogs to explore, play, and relax away from the stress and noise of crowded boarding facilities. Since I spend a lot of time at home working on the property and in the garden, dogs receive plenty of attention, supervision, outdoor time, and companionship throughout the day. I’m naturally very attentive and observant, and because of my medical background, I pay close attention to changes in behavior, eating, energy, comfort, and overall wellbeing. I truly treat animals like family and want owners to feel confident and at peace while their pets are in my care. Pet care is already part of my daily life. I spend most of my time at home on our property, so pets get plenty of attention, outdoor time, supervision, and a calm environment throughout the day. I take care of pets at home every day. I have my own cats and dog, so I’m used to feeding, walking and playing with them. I have a fenced yard where dogs can run and have freedom and outdoor time. If needed, they can also be in a crate.
