I was so relieved, knowing she wouldn’t have to be shuffled to a different home just for one night. About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

About: I’ve had 2 shihtzus since they were 8 weeks old. Have lost both within the last 2 years at ages 15 and 17. Me and hubby enjoyed them and we miss them terribly. I love strolls around the block and playtime. Serious lap time and undivided attention is awaiting your special fur baby, as I am retired and at home full time. Each year I go to Utah to dog sit for my middle son for 2 weeks while they vacation. They’ve had a Rottweiler, Berniedoodle and Yorkies. The big guys loved TAKING ME on daily walks around their local park. I always took my 2 shihtzus swimming every time we went boating. Perfect day in my opinion!!! I am retired and available most of the time. Short trips to the grocery store or other errands are basically the only time I leave. I have a fenced yard and plenty of room inside and outside. Special diets or medications are not a problem. I liked to wash my dogs faces after mealtimes. They can sleep in my bed, or not. Your preference.

I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, from Chihuahuas/ Jack Russells to Great Danes, and I absolutely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Tell us about your pet’s normal routine, feeding schedule, walking habits, and any special instructions, and we will do our best to keep their routine as familiar as possible. My husband does need to pick up and drop off our children from school during the day. For your pet’s safety, they will be securely crated during those brief times when no one is home. Otherwise, we are home frequently and able to give your pet plenty of companionship and attention. About: I have been around animals since I was a baby, I have 19 years of pet experience. We have a small farm. I’ve also helped my mom on rover for the past few months. I am currently helping my mother with Rover so my schedule is pretty flexible. When you book with either of us you will receive 3 adults giving your babies the upmost care and respect. I have a fenced 3 acre yard and 3 friendly dogs to keep your babies company. I have crates and means of separation if that is necessary. We treat our company like family, they are allowed on furniture and able to sleep with us unless told otherwise.

Suzanne's son spent a lot of time with her, coaxing her into trusting him and feeling safe with the new situation. Suzanne sent me pictures and text updates, letting me know how my dog was doing at settling in with them. By the time I returned from my trip, Jolie was feeling at home with Suzanne and her family.
