“Megan (and her family) were awesome with my dog, Diesel. He is an older chocolate lab with some special needs, yet she was very happy to accommodate him. We did a "trial" night before his actual stay and even though Diesel snipped at her own dog, she was still willing to take him! I've left him at dog kennels or with other people before, but I've never been as satisfied with his care before now. Megan sent me pictures and a little report during the three days I was gone which was very much appreciated. About: There is a special place in my heart for rescues and senior pets, I also think anyone who doesn’t love animals needs some serious help. I’m willing to do anything I can to make your pet more comfortable! I’m a college student, so my schedule is pretty free in the afternoon. I can make any time work for the most part. Anything your pet needs, I’ll do💅 I can’t have animals in my apartment for longer than three weeks, but short term I can! My dog is very high energy so he doesn't do the best cooped up all day so Jaylins place was great because it has a large fenced area for him to play and get his energy out. He has never been great about eating while being boarded but I could tell he was comfortable here because he ate all his food which he usually doesn't do when away from home. About: Dog owners/breeders/trainers for decades. We have had many dogs in our home as we have bread many litters and have sent wonderful puppies all over the United States in Canada. We have trained our dogs who have won prizes in obedience shows. Our family and kids love animals and we have a fun space with a large yard and fenced area. Our dogs also love to play in the pond. About: I've had a dog since I was 5 years old. I have two cats and a dog and would welcome any dog that gets along good with other animals. I work from home so watching animals during the day is no problem. My dog is inside and outside with a large backyard to play around in. When it's very cold I let the dogs roam the main floor of the house. I provide a safe, calm, and structured environment for every pet. About: I love animals (although you probably gathered that since I’m on Rover)! Animals are my passion, which has led me to work towards a degree in Wildlife Management at BYUI. I would love any opportunity I can get to care for and play with your pets, especially since I’m unable to have my own while at school. My main experience is with dogs! I’ve taken care of my family’s dogs (3) for 7+ years, and they have a special place in my heart. I also have cared for my previous neighbors dogs and horses on a regular basis. I know how to handle multiple issues, including illness, aggressive behavior, fear and anxiety, etc. While I didn’t grow up with cats, it’s doesn’t mean I don’t love them too! I’m happy to provide them with all of the love and care they need. On a side note, Rover does take 20% of your payment so I’m not actually earning everything you pay. If you think I did a good job at the end of my services and you are willing and able, any extra tips are appreciated (but not at all expected)! I’m a university student, but typically have gaps in between classes. I would be able to care for your pets before, after, and in between my classes if you are close to campus. I own a car, so for pet sitting if you live farther away from campus that is not a problem. Just know that depending on the distance my check-ins may not be as frequent. I would be able to check in regularly (if home-sitting), as well as give your dog/cat the attention they need. If walking, I know how to engage and work with dogs, which comes in handy when encountering other animals. I’ll make sure to give them plenty of love!

I know many of their behaviors and needs, and I can give medications like pills and clip dog nails. I worked at a five star boarding and daycare, where I learned most of my skills. For my three cats back at home, I helped empty the letterbox, refill water jugs, and fed them twice a day, as needed. When at a client's home I take their dogs out and play with them and spend quality time with them until I leave. I make sure they have sufficient water and are fed when needed. Both pets get attention in the morning and evening on weekdays, then weekends are out in the home all day doing whatever they please. Every Saturday baths are taken and nails are clipped as needed. I live in an apartment and implement feeding twice a day, outside walks 4-5 times a day for our dog and an hour of play time with my cat per evening. Both have high energy throughout the week but are generally calm and collected. They are kind and sweet. Both pets receive baths regularly and I clip their nails bi-monthly. I will take care of your animals well and am good at following instructions while making sure your animal feels safe and secure.

“Megan (and her family) were awesome with my dog, Diesel. He is an older chocolate lab with some special needs, yet she was very happy to accommodate him. We did a "trial" night before his actual stay and even though Diesel snipped at her own dog, she was still willing to take him! I've left him at dog kennels or with other people before, but I've never been as satisfied with his care before now. Megan sent me pictures and a little report during the three days I was gone which was very much appreciated. You won't find a better person to care for your dog (or cats if she does them) than Megan!! She definitely knows what she's doing!! Thank you, Megan! Emily”

“Jaylin did such a great job watching my dog! She is super friendly and her set up is great! My dog is very high energy so he doesn't do the best cooped up all day so Jaylins place was great because it has a large fenced area for him to play and get his energy out. He has never been great about eating while being boarded but I could tell he was comfortable here because he ate all his food which he usually doesn't do when away from home. Jaylin was great about sending updates and made me feel very comfortable leaving my buddy with her. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Jaylin and family!”

“Marilee went above and beyond for our dog, Georgia. This was my first time using Rover and we needed a sitter who would board Georgia for 1 night. Georgia is 7 and can be a bit of a handful. Marilee made sure Georgia got along with her dogs before I left which was great! She took Georgia on walks and sent me photos every few hours. Marilee has a big beautiful home with a fenced backyard. I would 100% book Marilee again if we need a sitter again.”

“Becky is a sweetheart! I have a hard time leaving my girl Wrigley, however, I immediately felt at ease once I conversed with Becky via Rover messaging AND after meeting her at drop-off. Becky made sure to introduce Wrigley to each of her dogs individually giving them plenty of time to sniff and get to know each other. She has a huge fenced yard which can be accessed via a dog door that allows for plenty of outside time. I will definitely take Wrigley there when I’m in need of a dog sitter!”
