About: I have had dogs for most of my life. My grandparents owned a dog when I was little and now I own 2 of my own which complete opposite personalities. One is sweet and calm while the other is extremely hyper and energetic and I handle them both. I am currently a college student however I am able to be with dogs in the afternoon and evening after 2 PM. I am very flexible within that range outside of needing some time to do homework. At home I have 2 dogs, a black lab husky mix, and a pure black lab. Both live in the backyard and get fed at regular times (the lab makes sure we don't forget). I also assist in bathing them much to their dismay. They don't get aggressive but do occasionally try and escape. I also ensure they are brushed during shedding season although the fur sometimes seems to never end.
About: I have a special love for cats. As a college student with my own cat I personally understand the importance of showing cats love and attention when family is out of town! “Big B’s Dog sitting was soooooo amazing! They took us in last minute and took such great care of our Luffyboy🥹 This was our first ever daycare experience and it reassured us in the best way. We drove to Rexburg from Layton, UT for a quick trip and after we picked him up to drive back home he slept the whole way. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I grew up with 2 super fun playful dogs and loved going on walks with them and playing fetch. I also have house sat for my neighbors dog which consists of walking, feeding, playing, and spending overnight there. Along with dogs I also have lots of experience with cats. “I usually plan ahead but this time realized a pet sitter would be a good option for day 2 in Yellowstone. At first Becky was busy but then her other appointment moved so she contacted me and was able to take my dogs for the day. I felt a little guilty dropping them off at 7:30 am but she was gracious and met us outside. I gave her instructions then we introduced my 2 dogs to her 2 dogs and I liked how she handled the greeting. Her dogs had great greeting behavior. I called her as we were coming out of the park and she had everything ready for a 7 pm pick up. I felt very comfortable leaving them for the day and she did a great job feeding and medicating them.”

I am available most weekdays, weekends and holidays. Saturday availability is limited to in-progress boarding that began prior to Friday night and pick-ups as my family and I observe a 7th day rest. Your dog's well-being is very important to us. We want them to have as much access to the outside as they want, as much play and activity as they need, and plenty of space and calm to relax and settle. Our experience has shown that crate trained dogs that come with their own portable dens typically handle their stay better than those that don't. To reduce stress and better the experience, we prefer to keep dogs with crates.

About: I love animals (although you probably gathered that since I’m on Rover)! Animals are my passion, which has led me to work towards a degree in Wildlife Management at BYUI. I would love any opportunity I can get to care for and play with your pets, especially since I’m unable to have my own while at school. My main experience is with dogs! I’ve taken care of my family’s dogs (3) for 7+ years, and they have a special place in my heart. I also have cared for my previous neighbors dogs and horses on a regular basis. I know how to handle multiple issues, including illness, aggressive behavior, fear and anxiety, etc. While I didn’t grow up with cats, it’s doesn’t mean I don’t love them too! I’m happy to provide them with all of the love and care they need. On a side note, Rover does take 20% of your payment so I’m not actually earning everything you pay. If you think I did a good job at the end of my services and you are willing and able, any extra tips are appreciated (but not at all expected)! I’m a university student, but typically have gaps in between classes. I would be able to care for your pets before, after, and in between my classes if you are close to campus. I own a car, so for pet sitting if you live farther away from campus that is not a problem. Just know that depending on the distance my check-ins may not be as frequent. I would be able to check in regularly (if home-sitting), as well as give your dog/cat the attention they need. I also travel to others houses around town as part of my work so i can easily drop by during the day and I am free in the mornings and evenings. I have 3 dogs of my own, and a cat so i know what is and is not okay for dogs to eat and i will follow any and all directions given by the pet parent :)
About: There is a special place in my heart for rescues and senior pets, I also think anyone who doesn’t love animals need some serious help. I am willing to do literally anything your pet needs, I will lay my life down for your pet, I am not kidding. I’m a college student, so my schedule is pretty free in the afternoon. For my three cats back at home, I helped empty the letterbox, refill water jugs, and fed them twice a day, as needed. Around lunch, I've learned that my cats find this time their snuggle hours, so when I was home I'd go and snuggle them. When at a client's home I take their dogs out and play with them and spend quality time with them until I leave. I make sure they have sufficient water and are fed when needed. I've had to clean up messes, that of which I can handle cleaning up.

About: I have a special love for cats. As a college student with my own cat I personally understand the importance of showing cats love and attention when family is out of town! I use these services myself and have found many great people that are able to love my baby just like I would love him myself.
