About: I've lived with and worked with many pets, especially dogs and cats of all sorts of breeds and sizes. I know many of their behaviors and needs, and I can give medications like pills and clip dog nails. I worked at a five star boarding and daycare, where I learned most of my skills. I am at college and am looking for a way to spend some quality time with animals like I did at home. I also hope to earn money and have a great time with other pet owner's dog or cat (or other)! For my three cats back at home, I helped empty the letterbox, refill water jugs, and fed them twice a day, as needed. Around lunch, I've learned that my cats find this time their snuggle hours, so when I was home I'd go and snuggle them. When at a client's home I take their dogs out and play with them and spend quality time with them until I leave. I make sure they have sufficient water and are fed when needed. I've had to clean up messes, that of which I can handle cleaning up.

Since I spend a lot of time at home working on the property and in the garden, dogs receive plenty of attention, supervision, outdoor time, and companionship throughout the day. I’m naturally very attentive and observant, and because of my medical background, I pay close attention to changes in behavior, eating, energy, comfort, and overall wellbeing. I truly treat animals like family and want owners to feel confident and at peace while their pets are in my care. Pet care is already part of my daily life. I spend most of my time at home on our property, so pets get plenty of attention, outdoor time, supervision, and a calm environment throughout the day. I take care of pets at home every day. I have my own cats and dog, so I’m used to feeding, walking and playing with them. I have a fenced yard where dogs can run and have freedom and outdoor time. If needed, they can also be in a crate.
