I have always been surrounded with pets and currently we have 4 cats and had 2 older dogs that have since passed!! About: I love all creatures and if I could take them all in I would. But alas I am married to a man who loves animals but doesn't want our house overrun so I must rely on your loved animals to fill my heart. I have a background in health care so I can handle wound care and medication. I go on walks every morning and am used to going outdoors daily with my black lab, Rocky, fetching and playing. I love reasons to stay active and meet my health needs. I have a fenced backyard for outdoor play and a dog friendly house for indoor dogs. About: I've lived with and worked with many pets, especially dogs and cats of all sorts of breeds and sizes. I know many of their behaviors and needs, and I can give medications like pills and clip dog nails. I worked at a five star boarding and daycare, where I learned most of my skills. I am at college and am looking for a way to spend some quality time with animals like I did at home. I also hope to earn money and have a great time with other pet owner's dog or cat (or other)! For my three cats back at home, I helped empty the letterbox, refill water jugs, and fed them twice a day, as needed. Around lunch, I've learned that my cats find this time their snuggle hours, so when I was home I'd go and snuggle them. When at a client's home I take their dogs out and play with them and spend quality time with them until I leave. I make sure they have sufficient water and are fed when needed. I've had to clean up messes, that of which I can handle cleaning up.
