“Megan and her family were the absolute BEST to our dog, Nova. Not only did they take her on a 5k on thanksgiving, which our dog LOVED, nova got to go on long walks everyday and play lots outside, and they even made Nova a christmas ornament with her paw print!!!! Megan was so amazing and texted me paragraphs morning and night about how our dog was doing and what she did that day or morning, along with so many photos! They took such good care of nova, probably better care than we even do sometimes haha, and i was surprised she still wanted to come home with us and not stay with megan and her family. If i could give 10 stars I would, I would recommend Megan to everyone!!! We have never had such an amazing experience with rover before, and will always take Nova to Megan now when we need sitting.”

We have three kids (ages 5 and up) who absolutely adore dogs, and we have a sweet, high-energy Goldendoodle named Rusty who loves to make new furry friends. Our home has a fully fenced backyard for plenty of playtime and fresh air, and pups are welcome indoors—including on the couches for snuggles! My wife and I are experienced pet owners that are committed to providing a safe, healthy and enjoyable environment for your pup. The dogs we care for thoroughly enjoy our large fenced yard as there is lots of room to run, play and explore safely! For our health and that of the animals we love, we do not use toxic chemicals on our yard or in our house. My family and I naturally connect with animals and are happy to provide reliable care for boarding and daycare. I am self-employed and work from home which allows me plenty of time to spend interacting with your pupper while it's in my care. My schedule is flexible for meet and greets, drop-offs and pick-ups. I am available most weekdays, weekends and holidays. Saturday availability is limited to in-progress boarding that began prior to Friday night and pick-ups as my family and I observe a 7th day rest. Your dog's well-being is very important to us. We want them to have as much access to the outside as they want, as much play and activity as they need, and plenty of space and calm to relax and settle. Our experience has shown that crate trained dogs that come with their own portable dens typically handle their stay better than those that don't. To reduce stress and better the experience, we prefer to keep dogs with crates.

About: I live in Rigby with my husband and our 2 dogs and 3 cats. Our coonhound is old and loves to sleep. Although he can be protective of his food. Our yellow lab puppy is crate trained and potty trained but still crazy. Bother are very sweet though. Our cats keep to themselves and run away if bothered. No need to worry about them. I would love to welcome your furry friend into our home when you need a little break. Or I can walk them while you’re at work! Let me know what you’re needs are and I will do my best to meet them. About: I grew up with horses, cats and dogs and that brought on my love of animals. I worked in a small animal vet clinic for 12 years as a tech until I had my kids and became a SAHM 4 years ago so I have a lot of experience caring for animals. The benefit of having worked as a tech for so long is I’m very well trained in dog behavior, medical treatment, and giving pets extra loves when they’re feeling nervous. We have our own doodle who is a spayed female and she loves other dogs, even the grouchy ones. I have two kids, a 4 1/2 year old and a 7 1/2 year old who both were taught from a young age how to properly treat animals so they’re both very respectful of space and gentle. I am currently a stay at home mom so I am at the house most of the day, aside from running kids to activities, to take care of your pet. The living space in our home is one floor so there aren’t stairs for senior pets to have to climb. We also have a fenced backyard for them to play and potty. The fence along the back is only 4ft high so if you have an escape artist, our home isn’t a good fit.

I have my own vehicle and am happy to travel to you for walks, drop-ins, or in-home care. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space and your routines with respect. I follow feeding schedules, walking routines, and any special instructions exactly as you prefer. I send updates, photos, and videos so you always know how your pet is doing. If pets stay with me, they enjoy a cozy, safe environment, regular potty breaks, enrichment toys, and all the snuggles they want.

“Megan and her family were the absolute BEST to our dog, Nova. Not only did they take her on a 5k on thanksgiving, which our dog LOVED, nova got to go on long walks everyday and play lots outside, and they even made Nova a christmas ornament with her paw print!!!! Megan was so amazing and texted me paragraphs morning and night about how our dog was doing and what she did that day or morning, along with so many photos! They took such good care of nova, probably better care than we even do sometimes haha, and i was surprised she still wanted to come home with us and not stay with megan and her family. If i could give 10 stars I would, I would recommend Megan to everyone!!! We have never had such an amazing experience with rover before, and will always take Nova to Megan now when we need sitting.”

“My puppy stayed with them for 10 days. I was worried because my golden retriever can’t get along with other dogs, so I was glad they did not have other dogs and only take one dog at a time. They have two small children who were very friendly to my puppy. My puppy just followed their children the whole time. I received several pictures everyday along with texts on how she’s doing. I’m so glad to find them. I hope they continue to host my puppy. Gives me a great peace of mind when I have to travel.”

Milo is normally very shy, but from the very beginning he was completely comfortable with her and her family. He usually doesn’t eat much when he’s being watched by someone else, but he ate all of his food twice a day the entire time, which says everything about how happy and comfortable he was. I could tell he was truly cared for and loved. I was honestly worried he wouldn’t want to come home with me after!! Such an amazing experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

About: I grew up on a small farm with a mom who had a big heart so not only have I taken care of every animal under the sun we also often had animals who needed extra time, care and love! I’m a very active person who benefits from being outside just as much as your dog does! I am more than happy to take your dog on walks at their needed pace! I am a student and a stay at home wife! So I spend most of my time at home other than a hand full of classes in the week my schedule is very easy to work with. I can most likely walk your dogs at the time you need! I am very observant! I keep track of the dog I am walking, I don’t walk near other dogs or cars! If the dog is anxious with loud noises I won’t walk by the road! My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe and happy at all times!

“We left our border collie pup for 3 nights /4 days and everything was great! We loved getting the picture updates and felt assured our dog was getting all her needs met. Usually she struggles the first day somewhere new, but she was completely comfortable and didn’t have the separation anxiety we anticipated.
