About: I’ve had many pups in my life but right now I do not have any pups living in my home. I’ve been enjoying spending time with all my rover friends! My home has a fenced backyard and a common area dog run. I work from home so I will be around to play, give treats and go on walks all day! Dogs are allowed on the furniture and beds here. Working from home means I will be hanging with the pups almost all day every day except for errands. Walks every couple hours and lots of snuggles on the couch! There are no children in the home. I have a fenced yard for running and playing. I have a large kennel/crate inside the house in case your pup needs it and have lots of toys and dog beds for lounging. Stop by for a meet and greet if you would like before booking! I typically only leave the house for an hour or so a day to use the gym down the road. The pups are free to roam my home as if it was their own while I am out. Doors stay locked and no one enters unless the pets are secured so no one darts out the door! Food stays off countertops so there are no human snacks available to be snuck. Poop is scooped after every go!

I have a 3 story house on 5 unfenced acres with a 50 x 50 fenced area, bordering blm by the Carson River. I have no problem with leash or off leash (after evaluation) and look forward to meeting you. I’ve had 2 bad experiences with dog sitters who promised to walk my dogs daily- and each took my dogs for a walk once in 3 weeks-this won’t happen at my house since I love to get out! If you have multiple dogs, I’m your person! Just a bigger excuse to work out! Rest assured, your active dog will be taken care of, or your older dog will be cherished in my home. I have a dog ramp for cars, a handicap ramp for my house, and have used a dog wheel chair and lifting/walking aids . I can handle most medical situations and don’t have problem with “handicap” dogs. I’ve also lived in farms most of my life and am able to care for all your horse and livestock needs. Also good with snakes/reptiles (I currently have 4) fish and birds. I currently work a few hours a day from home, but my priority everyday is an hour plus hike in the blm behind my house and I love bringing dogs with me. I will feed your dog on it’s normal schedule and take them on daily walks on the blm behind my house. Potty breaks are frequent and furniture is open! I have a dog crate if your dog is used to them, and dog beds everywhere.

About: There hasn’t been a time in my life where I haven’t been around a dog. I’ve been with the dogs throughout their walks of life. From puppies to seniors. I have also cared for and loved several other animals. I have experience in caring for rabbits, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and birds. I also know CPR for dogs. My schedule is open so I have most days completely free! I bring my work with me so I’ll be able to stay with your pets all day. I take pets on exciting walks, and play with them if they are in the mood. I also have a knowledge of trails and other areas for walking for dogs that need deeper exercise. I also do light training, commands like sit/stay I have taught many times to dogs and also exercised with my own. Some dogs require more mental stimulation than others, so it’s best to keep them busy.

I currently work at 9 AM to 5 PM job and can make it home around 12 PM to 1 PM for a lunch break to take the dog to the bathroom and/or a walk. “Elise has a great home for dogs who don't do kennels, and who need a quiet, spacious, warm family setting where they can fit in and get comfortable. She's knowledgeable and cares, and handled my senior greyhound perfectly. Fenced yard and a couple of welcoming and friendly older kids and family dogs, the run of the house (and the couch), never alone or caged. Eddie was calm and happy when I picked him up. Perfect!”
