I tend to live an active lifestyle and that means hiking/walking/and lots of exercise. Rest assured both me and your pooch will be getting a good workout! In the past I've facilitated overnight lodging for dogs, and temporary stays of up to a few days. Be noted I do not currently have a large open or fenced in yard. I work with neighbors and friends pets on quite a regular basis! I regularly feed, train, walk & care for pets when away or on business! I work from home so this environment provides a perfect spot for pets to be nurtured & played with consistently! I always check prior to booking any special exercise and or dietary needs of your pet. Ensuring door remain locked when inside and timer's are set for when pets receive food upon client preference. Safety is of the upmost priority, so I will discuss a full plan and schedule so you know where you pup is and his progress while away. I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

About: We have lots of experience with dogs and cats from youngsters, to active, to frail seniors. Pet friendly home with a clean and comfortable fenced yard. My husband and I are semi-retired, active family. At home most every day. We play in the backyard and take walks in our peaceful neighborhood. We have a lovely private fenced backyard. About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

“First time using app based on local recommendation. Traveling with an extended stay. Had a meet and greet with Jackie before doggie day care to settle my nerves. Warm and friendly and bonded with Ranger immediately. Met her at house next day for drop off and she was very attentive asking questions about allergies and concerns. Felt very comfortable and at ease with leaving Ranger there for a “staycation”. He settled in quickly and Jackie kept me updated with text and pics and how he was doing throughout the day. About: Always had a dog in the home growing up. Trained puppies and watched all of my neighbors dogs for them. Dogs have always loved me! I am self-employed so my schedule can be as flexible as needed to give your pet the time and attention needed. Morning, midday, and nights I can be available. About: Animals and animal care has always been my passion, I’m currently working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science and zoology! I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals and I’ve done a lot of rescue and rehoming! I love animals, from cats to fish, lizards and birds. I’m crazy about all of them. I’ve cared for babies and elderly of a lot of different species and I pride myself in always doing my best in taking care of all their needs. Ive got quite a few of my own babies at the moment but they’re all very friendly and adjust easily to new animals. I don’t currently work because I’m working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science/zoology, so I’m home 24/7 to care for my own pets and school, I have two crate trained dogs, five cats, two frogs, two birds, fish, and a hamster, so I’m basically always cleaning and playing or training one or the other! While I live in an apartment, we have multiple fenced dog parks and ample walking area away from the roads for walkies with the dogs, my apartment is pretty spacious especially in the living room and animals are allowed around the whole apartment. If I were to watch your babies at your residence I would stick strictly to the rules you set for me and never overstep your boundaries or rules.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life and I’ve cared for friends and family’s dogs/animals for just as long! I’m the one people call with confidence to watch/take care of their pets. I love them like my own and want them and to have the best experience possible! I’m a dog groomer, but I am looking to do this as a part time job. Dogs and their health/care have been a number 1 priority for me always. I have a 9 month old kitten and a 3 year old poodle who love each other dearly! They have scheduled feeding times, I do a lot with my poodle for instance we do lots of walks, play time, dog park time and training sessions. Please let us know a few times you are available for a meet and greet before hand to ensure it is a good fit! Audrie also volunteers at the local pet shelter and has gained a but of knowledge in dog training. Because of our cats, we can only accept small dogs into our home for boarding, but can go to your home as needed.

About: While growing up, we always had dogs, living with my best friend, i was her dogs' training instructor, and I have almost always lived with dogs' myself. I love them, despite them being much more needy than cats, but alike, we've always had cats too- even some households where cats and dogs weren't allowed to intermingle. I'm quick to catch a runaway and I've got an open schedule most the time. Our animals are like our children, they need attentive love and care, they sleep a lot, but their bedtimes food schedules and habits are as much of their nature as habit, and breaking their habits, never results in good endings. I operate my own business as SeansServices.Com, I do several tasks like landscaping, cleaning, moving or hauling. My schedule is pretty open until i have a job, then after my job, I am wide open again. There are times I'll do a long distance move, but I do know others on Rover I can recommend or refer if I am unavailable. I will always be up front. I currently cannot offer at home care, but I play with, work with and ask for or look up schedules every time they're given, with screen shots and alarms just like any job, I take my jobs seriously and my attentive and alertness on high. I never know what an animal is capable of until they show me, so I treat them all fairly with common warnings in mind, while addressing and watching for new concerns.
About: My first job was a at a doggy daycare/ boarding facility but I have been pet sitting since I was 12. I’ve worked with puppies all the way through seniors receiving cancer treatment. I have a playful golden retriever who adores all animals big and small. I have experience bathing and giving insulin to cats too. I volunteered at a rescue ranch for a number of years and have experience with livestock. I personally have ducks, chickens, reptiles and a senior cat as companions for my golden. I am currently working 3 days a week for a tax office and am unavailable from January to April. On my off days I hike and take my golden to the river. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.
About: We always had multiple animals growing up! Dogs, cats, hamsters even! I absolutely love animals and pet sitting allows me to get pet time in since we don’t have pets. It’s also gives my three year old son chances to get used to pets. He loves all animals but cats especially. Just like his mama! I always bring my fiancé & son to the meet & greet. That way you know who will be in your personal space and Incase my fiancé needs to do a drop in due to my work schedule. It is important for the dogs to be kid friendly but can work around it and avoid bringing my son. *** rates are flexible! They may change if you are far away considering gas prices. It is very easy to work pet care into my routine. I typically work from 4pm to 11pm, 3 to 4 nights a week. Although my fiancé will be available if a drop in is needed during that time. My schedule fluctuates but I always will keep you in the loop on if he needs to go. If you’re okay with it during the initial meet & greet. It has not created an issue in the past:) In clients homes I’ll sure the animal has fresh water & is fed correctly. We make sure to give treats if allowed and lots and lots of play time. Along with snuggles if the pet enjoys them!

I really enjoy getting to have new pet friends! I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also have done a fair amount of pet massages for dogs and cats (not lizards, though!!) I have an online business, so I usually housesit and work part-time online. This makes it very easy for me to be in a home with pets who need more attention, or dogs that need walked often. I have done all levels of pet care-from simple one hour drop-in visits for cats to feeding and cleaning up for horses and cows (extra fee for that!!) So, I am very versatile with my clients! I also find that I bond easily with pets, and can often connect to shy or nervous cats and dogs by being present, calm and talking to them. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!
