About: I’ve had 2 shihtzus since they were 8 weeks old. Have lost both within the last 2 years at ages 15 and 17. Me and hubby enjoyed them and we miss them terribly. I love strolls around the block and playtime. Serious lap time and undivided attention is awaiting your special fur baby, as I am retired and at home full time. Each year I go to Utah to dog sit for my middle son for 2 weeks while they vacation. They’ve had a Rottweiler, Berniedoodle and Yorkies. The big guys loved TAKING ME on daily walks around their local park. I always took my 2 shihtzus swimming every time we went boating. Perfect day in my opinion!!! I am retired and available most of the time. Short trips to the grocery store or other errands are basically the only time I leave. I have a fenced yard and plenty of room inside and outside. Special diets or medications are not a problem. I liked to wash my dogs faces after mealtimes. They can sleep in my bed, or not. Your preference.

“From when she came out and did our initial meeting with the animals, I knew she was going to be a great fit on taking care of the animals. Our cats don’t warm up to new people quickly & they were instantly friendly. She did daily check ins on them. Always super thorough, played with the dogs and gave the kitties treats. I think our animals are actually disappointed we did not come home bearing treats after having an awesome pet sitter all week. Haha. I highly recommend Alexandrea. She did great with our crew. We’ve got two dogs and two cats. Age ranges from 1 year to 13 years old. She even did some light cleaning so we didn’t have to come home to hair covered floors.”

About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

About: Animals and animal care has always been my passion, I’m currently working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science and zoology! I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals and I’ve done a lot of rescue and rehoming! I love animals, from cats to fish, lizards and birds. I’m crazy about all of them. I’ve cared for babies and elderly of a lot of different species and I pride myself in always doing my best in taking care of all their needs. Ive got quite a few of my own babies at the moment but they’re all very friendly and adjust easily to new animals. I don’t currently work because I’m working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science/zoology, so I’m home 24/7 to care for my own pets and school, I have two crate trained dogs, five cats, two frogs, two birds, fish, and a hamster, so I’m basically always cleaning and playing or training one or the other! While I live in an apartment, we have multiple fenced dog parks and ample walking area away from the roads for walkies with the dogs, my apartment is pretty spacious especially in the living room and animals are allowed around the whole apartment. If I were to watch your babies at your residence I would stick strictly to the rules you set for me and never overstep your boundaries or rules.

About: I’ve lived on a farm my whole life. We mainly have Angora goats, chickens, ducks, and guardian dogs. However, we’ve also had the occasional sheep, dairy goat, guinea hen and even a llama. In the house we have a Vizsla, four cats, and salt water fish. In the past I have also had a gecko and a hedgehog. I am available from 11am to 2pm and after 5pm. My weekend availability varies as I have tournaments most weekends, but I am usually available all day on Sundays. I also am available full time during holiday breaks. About: We always had multiple animals growing up! Dogs, cats, hamsters even! I absolutely love animals and pet sitting allows me to get pet time in since we don’t have pets. It’s also gives my three year old son chances to get used to pets. He loves all animals but cats especially. Just like his mama! I always bring my fiancé & son to the meet & greet. That way you know who will be in your personal space and Incase my fiancé needs to do a drop in due to my work schedule. It is important for the dogs to be kid friendly but can work around it and avoid bringing my son. *** rates are flexible! They may change if you are far away considering gas prices. It is very easy to work pet care into my routine. I typically work from 4pm to 11pm, 3 to 4 nights a week. Although my fiancé will be available if a drop in is needed during that time. My schedule fluctuates but I always will keep you in the loop on if he needs to go. If you’re okay with it during the initial meet & greet. It has not created an issue in the past:) In clients homes I’ll sure the animal has fresh water & is fed correctly. We make sure to give treats if allowed and lots and lots of play time. Along with snuggles if the pet enjoys them!

About: Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with a father who worked at Marine World, I was raised around a huge variety of pets and learned the ins and outs of proper animal care early on. Over the decades, I’ve shared my life with multiple dogs and cats, and I've spent years observing behaviors. Currently, I am the proud pet parent of a 5-year-old English Lab named Snowball and a 1-year-old Pomsky named Sparky. I know firsthand that pets are family, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for your furry family members while you're away. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am.free after 4:00 PM and on evenings and weekends I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog or 2 to keep your dog company. I can also crate your dog if needed :) I will take them on walks and I have a dog park less than a mile away if you think it's okay to take them :)
