About: I've worked with many breeds of dogs. Mostly small to mid-size dogs with a variety of traits. Mostly working dogs namely Blue Heelers & Huskys. I tend to live an active lifestyle and that means hiking/walking/and lots of exercise. Rest assured both me and your pooch will be getting a good workout! In the past I've facilitated overnight lodging for dogs, and temporary stays of up to a few days. Be noted I do not currently have a large open or fenced in yard. I work with neighbors and friends pets on quite a regular basis! I regularly feed, train, walk & care for pets when away or on business! I work from home so this environment provides a perfect spot for pets to be nurtured & played with consistently! I always check prior to booking any special exercise and or dietary needs of your pet. Ensuring door remain locked when inside and timer's are set for when pets receive food upon client preference. Safety is of the upmost priority, so I will discuss a full plan and schedule so you know where you pup is and his progress while away. I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

About: I work remotely and love taking walks throughout the day to stop looking at screens. I go for frequent runs, walks and hikes and love taking a dog with me, just let me know if you would like your pup to get extra exercise! I live in downtown CDA area with a large fenced yard and a great neighborhood for walks! I only take in one dog at a time. I had both dogs and cats growing up and I'm a proud Aunty of all my friends dogs when they are out of town. I always look forward to it! If you have a strong high energy dog, don't sweat it. I had a retriever/chow mix for 14 years and I'm stronger than I look. :) Currently I work in real estate so I make my own hours and have plenty of time to walk your pup and give them extra attention I have a large fenced yard, a good size home for them to roam around, and a great neighborhood for long walks. <3 danyelle .

About: I have had animals since I was a little girl and I’ve always had at least one dog for my whole life— until I lost my last sweet frenchie to Cancer in May 2026. My dogs are like children to me and I understand just how hard it is to find someone I can trust to watch them if I need to be out of town. “We were traveling to Waterton National Park of Canada by way of Coeur d’Alene. We wanted a place to leave our sweet pup Georgie to allow for flexibility with our friends. I cannot tell you how happy we were to have found Kara. I could tell the minute I walked in the door that Georgie would be a happy camper. On day two she ran to the front door and couldn’t wait to get in the house. We will definitely use Aunty Kara if we’re ever traveling in this area again. I highly recommend her.”

About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. About: Our home is full of dog lovers. I feel that they are a part of the family and will be loved and treated that way while here. Lots of love, walks, nature, snuggles, and presence. I have a house cleaning business as well and am only gone a few hrs a day. Hope your pet doesnt mind being home alone for short periods of time, if they have a kennel to feel safe im happy to provide that accommodation. I have a fenced yard and go for walks everyday, sometimes a few times a day depending on the energy of the group that is here! I really like to walk tubbs hill or around the golf course!
