About: My next-door neighbors has had many cats and has asked me many times to drop in and feed them/give them water. I like to pet them and spend some time with them when I drop in. Unfortunately I cannot board any cats because I have a dog who dislikes them, but I can house sit!

About: I grew up with dogs and I love animals. We have 3 dogs of our own and 2 cats. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m flexible and able to let dogs out as they need. Your furry friend will get lots of love and attention while in my care I’m a stay at home mom so I’m able to give potty brakes as often as needed and play with them as much as they want . I have a fenced in back yard. My house is baby proofed so it’s also pet proof. Some of our dogs sleep in bed with us and others sleep in kennels whatever they are most comfortable with.

About: I've had a dog since I was 5 years old. I have two cats and a dog and would welcome any dog that gets along good with other animals. I work from home so watching animals during the day is no problem. My dog is inside and outside with a large backyard to play around in. When it's very cold I let the dogs roam the main floor of the house. I provide a safe, calm, and structured environment for every pet. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications. In my home, pets are always supervised, kept in a clean space, and never left in unsafe situations. I make sure they’re comfortable and stress-free, with plenty of attention and exercise.
About: I grew up with horses, cats and dogs and that brought on my love of animals. I worked in a small animal vet clinic for 12 years as a tech until I had my kids and became a SAHM 4 years ago so I have a lot of experience caring for animals. The benefit of having worked as a tech for so long is I’m very well trained in dog behavior, medical treatment, and giving pets extra loves when they’re feeling nervous. We have our own doodle who is a spayed female and she loves other dogs, even the grouchy ones. I have two kids, a 4 1/2 year old and a 7 1/2 year old who both were taught from a young age how to properly treat animals so they’re both very respectful of space and gentle. I am currently a stay at home mom so I am at the house most of the day, aside from running kids to activities, to take care of your pet. The living space in our home is one floor so there aren’t stairs for senior pets to have to climb. We also have a fenced backyard for them to play and potty. The fence along the back is only 4ft high so if you have an escape artist, our home isn’t a good fit.

For our health and that of the animals we love, we do not use toxic chemicals on our yard or in our house. My family and I naturally connect with animals and are happy to provide reliable care for boarding and daycare. Our experience has shown that crate trained dogs that come with their own portable dens typically handle their stay better than those that don't. About: I have had dogs my entire life. My family dogs were small breed and now I have 2 large breeds and a cat. My dogs are both senior dogs and one gets medications twice daily. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing happy ears and happy tails. I’m here for the ones that just need company or the ones who need a break from being inside. I’m currently not working and I am studying for exams so I have open availability for the time being. I’m open to early mornings or late nights. Pets are their own individual beings and it’s important to care for each as they need and not fall into the collective mindset. So I am not home during the day time, but I do often come home at lunch time to see my own babies. While I am home your pup can be inside or outside. We have shade in the backyard and plenty of room to run around in. Your pup is welcome to get cuddles on the couch, and I let my dogs on the bed, they just don't sleep with me on the bed. I personally kennel my dogs at night, and would prefer if your dog(s) were kennel trained as well. I have a little baby that crawls everywhere. I'm pretty easy to work with so just message me and we will get something worked out! We are usually home in the evening time so your pup can get loves and cuddles while we are getting ready for the next day. Often go on walks before dark as well. I have a fenced back yard and have it blocked off so your pup won't dig under the fence in case they have separation anxiety and get anxious when they are left alone for brief periods of time.

“Oh my goodness! We have used Rover several times and have always had good experiences, but Shannon went above and beyond anything we’ve had before. She was so kind and conscientious. We could easily tell that she truly cared for our two giant dogs (each about 150lbs) she brushed them, walked them, gave them their meds and gave them treats and even new toys to bring home. We got daily pictures and reports about how they were doing. She even told us how they slept and the silly things they did. We didn’t worry about anything! We will definitely use her again and again.”
