“Megan was amazing with our two labs. She’s very responsive and kept this momma up to date with videos and pictures during their stay. They came home happy and very tired from all the playing. We will absolutely use Megan again for our boarding needs!”

“I have booked with Rachel for 3 times now and feel at peace knowing my dog is in good hands. She keeps me updated with videos and pictures throughout the stay which leaves me feeling reassured.”
“I swear that our dog Murphy has more fun with Elena than he does at our house with our kids. She’s incredible with our dog and he’s excited to be with her whenever we leave town.”

“Tony & Trish are really nice people. (They love animals of all kind) which made my first time Boarding decision easier! My Ziggy was happy when I left, and Happy upon my return.”

“Brought our dog home after her first multi-night stay. She appears healthy & happy! Emily sent frequent photos of Nikki doing the things she loves to do. She also said she took her for evening walks, keeping her routine similar to the one we have for her at home.”

About: Hi there! Im used to watching other people's pets and usually am requested to do such on base or off base. I also volunteered often for the humane society and owned several dogs myself. Military has made it more difficult to own a dog so taking care other dogs is a bit easier. If you need my number please shoot me a msg! (I dont have it listed since its linked to an account I forgot) My schedule is usually rather free most days now. If you let me know in advance I can happily give you my schedule which usually consist of appointments. There's a huge fenced yard in the back and the house is always cooled. They're no kids here either. I certainly would welcome a house tour if you feel inclined to.
“Daisy had a great time staying at Maddy's! Maddy sent me lots of photos of Daisy on walks, playing with her ball or just chillin' on the couch. I will definitely be using Maddy's services another time we might be out-of-town. Thanks Maddy!”

“Katie and her family were wonderful to our Dolly. She would love to spend more time with them. We enjoyed seeing all the pics sent during her stay. Thank you Katie and Ben for the excellent communication.”

“In our greet and meet interview our dog felt comfortable right away with the other dogs. We felt a relief as this is the first time we leave our dog with someone else that is not family or friend. We could see that is a caring family and he would be treated as part of it. During his stay, we got pictures showing us how great he was doing. That was something our family really liked.”

We have a cat, and a few chickens in the backyard. A few requirements: - Pets must be friendly with children and other animals. - Pets must be potty trained. About: Hey there, my name is Justin. I will take cats! Or a cat and a dog if you have one of each, or more than 2 dogs if you have smaaaall dogs. K, about me. I was raised in a family that bred dogs out on the western coast of the US. We bred Jack Russell Terriers, and in addition kept a Pyrenes, a Lhasa, 2 blue heelers 1 red, a German Short Hair, a couple Pitbulls, a Corgi, a Chi Hua Hua, and a couple dogs I couldn't identify and I loved every one of them! I'm in school, but free most of the day, most days. I walk a lot, I put a picture up of my logs from walking so you know I can get your dog exercise (if you want, of course) cause I'll be out getting my light cardio and listening to podcasts either way. I also put up a picture of the apartment and a few dogs I've worked with as well as a picture of a local dog park I like (Herbert Von King). I like to get around the city, if you've always wanted your dog to see Central Park I'll make it happen and photo shoot it! Thanks for your interest. I work from home, I work for myself as an attorney, and I drive for Door Dash when I don't have dogs or clients. I keep my own schedule to live life on my own terms but when I have a dog I fully dedicate myself to my dog. Jack of all trades, but not all at once...whatever I'm currently doing I focus on fully. I have a lot of experience working with all kinds of dogs. My own dog is a one-eyed 105 pound high energy stresser who I have trained to be a calm (mostly) well-behaved fellow.
“Heather and her family were a fantastic choice for our pups. She didn’t hesitate one bit to tackle our 3 large dogs, two Labradors and a Pyredoodle. They had so much fun running around in her yard and then lazing about her house. We got frequent updates and we truly felt as if our dogs belonged to her. What a pleasure to not have to worry about their well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, reliable pet caregiver.”

“Our 5 yr old golden retriever had a great time with Jenny and her family while we were out of time. I booked with Jenny at the last minute after reading all the reviews and I am glad I made the right decision. Jenny was very accommodating with our changing schedules for pickup but when I picked up our golden, I could tell our golden would love to be back.”

“Angela is a great pet sitter! Our cat does not like strangers, especially if they are too aggressive in getting to know him. Angela was patient and confident with him. He eventually warmed up to her and even let her brush him. I appreciate her calm approach with Elmore, and her updates with pictures. Hopefully he will warm up to her more quickly next time!”

About: I have had cats since I was a kid! I have bottle fed kittens, cared for elderly cats, mean cats, sweet cats, cats with health problems, skittish cats…you name it. I have almost always had at least one cat. Letter clean up is not fun, it is a struggle in my house too, but it’s also important for the health and safety of our pets and for our family. That’s why I offer to clean boxes for your pet’s drop-in visits and if I am walking your dog, for example, I offer a service of litter scooping/box cleaning if it is needed. I am very good at matching the level of comfort cats have. I do not force interactions. I am a calm presence that can provide companionship if they feel comfortable and are in need of it. I will not provide care that has not specifically been asked for unless I deam it necessary for the health and safety of your cat and ai will of course inform you if that situation comes up.

“This was my first time using Rover to get a petsitter for my two cats, and I was so happy with Brittany’s care over the Thanksgiving holiday. One of my cats is 2 and I’ve only had her for about a month, after bringing her home from my mother-in-law’s who had passed. Gavi was a feral kitten and still adjusting to my home and my 12 year old cat. Not only did Brittany do a great job feeding and cleaning the litter box, but also gave them treats and sent me pictures each day. That was such a pleasant and fun surprise. And when I got home, Gavi was even friendlier and more adjusted than when I left. Clearly both cats really liked her. My older cat Oreo was much more relaxed and the two cats were playing together. I will not hesitate to use her the next time I leave town. Thank you!!!”

“Elena was amazing with our Sadie! It was wonderful to know we have a great, safe place for Sadie when we are in town visiting family. Sadie had a great time and was pretty tired playing with Epha all day. We will definitely be back! Elena was kind, patient and understanding of our schedule change. She was flexible, and respectful to both us and Sadie. This was a great fit for us!”

“Megan was great! I always get a little anxious leaving my doberman with anyone, because he is young and high energy and can sometimes test boundaries with new people. Megan updated me with videos and pictures, which I loved! My dog came home tired but in good spirits. Megan handled him wonderfully! We will be back!”

Since then I have had 2 Labs and a German Shepard, so I mainly have experience with larger breed dogs but have been around plenty of smaller/ medium sized dogs. “Mary was absolutely awesome! She helped out last minute with a meet and greet and watched my little Finn during my first week back at school. This was Finn’s first time away from me, and she made him so comfortable that he was excited to come back every time. She was incredibly responsive, went above and beyond, and made everything so easy. Finn always came back calm, happy, and ready to cozy up. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

About: Hi! I’m Hazel, a senior in high school preparing to head to college. My mom is Patricia and she and I and family team to provide pet services, but I am the main person. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve had experience with all kinds of animals, including ducks, chicks, kittens, goats, pigs, and of course dogs. Right now, I have two dogs, Comanche and Chalko, who I’ve raised since they were puppies, as well as a kitten I helped bottle-feed after it was found at a very young age. Taking care of them has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand each animal’s unique personality and needs. I truly love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether your pet needs a fun, energetic walk, lots of attention and playtime, or just someone to make them feel safe and loved while you’re away, I’m here to help. You can trust that your pet will be in caring, reliable hands with me! I am at work from 8-4 generally, but have flexibility, and available outside of those hours. My daughters have other availability during the day around class schedules. I am home and available all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and most holidays. I am home all day for full weeks during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break. I am home during summer months. I take dogs who are kennel trained and do not allow pets on furniture. I match my care to your loved companion's individual needs. Some dogs love being outside and running around, some love to lay on a dog bed by the fire. I understand some pets are older and need a gentle approach and others are high energy and need lots of movement and interaction. I take careful care that your pet is secured and not able to leave the property. I have a huge fenced yard and a field with ample space which allows your pet to in pet heaven! Its a fun time!

“We couldn’t have asked for a better Rover sitter! Kelly was so warm, welcoming, and flexible with our timing. Coco immediately felt at home and had a wonderful time playing with Deyo. Kelly went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations that helped us make the most of our quick Boise visit. We had complete peace of mind knowing Coco was in such caring hands. We are incredibly grateful and would happily book with her again!”

Bathing for extra 15$ each. However, I am not a trained vet so your dog must be behaved during to ensure safety. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. :) I work from home with ease. About: From am early age I was introduced to animals and loved them, I currently have 2 cats of my own. I ran into the issue of not being able to board my cats anywhere when a pipe burst in my apartment and we had to relocate for a bit and it made me realize that while many hotels and boarding options are certainly dog-friendly, we seem to have forgotten to consider that some of our feline friends need a place to spend the night too, so I decided to offer overnight boarding for cats! I'd love to help make someones vacation a little easier on their feline friend while giving them peace of mind that their kitty is not locked in cage 24 hours a day. We also would be very happy to host small canine buddies who tolerate cats well Please send a message if you have any questions! I work outside of the home part-time but have a very flexible schedule, and will always be present at the home during your pet's stay. Our home is located in a cul de sac with a large backyard, with a tall fence all around, and one back gate with a latch. Please let us know if you do NOT want your pet to have access to the backyard and I am happy to oblige, and please also let us know if they are a flight-risk 😂. They would basically hang out with the cats and I and have free range of main living areas and their own quiet room next to the living room, and/or our room for overnights if your pet does not like to sleep alone. I have no problem waking up every few hours if your pet is very young or very old and needs to go potty often, just let me know their schedule. There is no smoking in the house.
“Jenny was wonderful and took such great care of my pup. She was so very accommodating for my last minute needs and was even so kind when my dog decided not to be on his best behavior (messing in the house). Would recommend her for sure!”
“Daniel and Sarah were so incredible and accommodating with my sweet girl! They were very understanding with her being anxious in new places and also helped with some training goals I had for her!”

“Ally was amazing and always on time everyday and took really good care of my dog and since I had left my dog in the care of my brother who's not always with it it was nice to be able to see him everyday and make sure that the dog was doing fine and that he had at least gotten out at least once that day. It looks like from the pictures that he and Ally had a great time and I was grateful for all of the pictures thoroughly responsible and proactive cares about the dog make sure the dog doesn't get stuff he's not supposed to and is extremely protective of the animal. She grew comfortable with my dog really quick and they have developed a good friendship and even though I got home from my trip early I made sure that they had at least one more walk.”

About: I have been caring for animals in my personal life as far back as I can remember, and I’ve also worked with them professionally for the past 6 years. I have emergency medical, standard medical care for chronic/acute conditions, and physical therapy experience for dogs. I currently work Monday through Friday, standard work schedule. I have base access! I will be able to drop by before work and after, if housed with me they will be alone for a bit during the day, but I will spend each evening/night with them. I have a large fenced backyard and have 2 dogs at home. They have always gotten along with other dogs and I’ve never had an issue with them starting fights.
About: Hi there! Im used to watching other people's pets and usually am requested to do such on base or off base. I also volunteered often for the humane society and owned several dogs myself. “Elena has been helping with Maze twice a week for a few weeks now and she loves her! She is always excited for her walks. I am very thankful for the care that Elena shows to Maze.”

“She was great, and patient with me, when we found out Bosun had dragged his leash off somewhere. Updated me on everything I asked for and had a great attitude! Would recommend.”

About: I have cared for all kinds of pets since I was a kid, cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, rats, gerbils, guinea pigs even a bird or two. I have cared for kittens, puppies, newborns, , pets giving birth, elderly pets, administering medicine and some training too, though I am not certified. I have experience with it all and no qualms with any of it. The thing that sets me apart from other pet caregivers is that I can pick up on patterns, ends signs that people otherwise won’t pick up on. I also notice personal preferences an animal has very easily. I am a permanent resident of Mountain Home and a stay at home mom of a very active eight year-old boy. While he is at school I can keep myself in shape by caring for pets of all kinds! It’s something that I will thoroughly enjoy and I can contribute financially to my household. A win-win for me! I will do whatever is needed for your fur babies! Except anything I deem as abusive or hurtful of course. I was a postal carrier for 10 years and learned that dogs can be put down after two reported bites. That is why I believe it is our responsibility to protect them from feeling the need to bite. We absolutely must follow leash laws. It is the best way I know to protect our pets from an awful demise. It’s up to us to protect them. In fact, if a client asks me to do something that I think will put their pets in danger of biting someone I will have to decline. Making sure to keep all doors and gates secured it’s important. I always keep a travel pet water dish with me on walks because the heat around here can do in the healthiest of animals. I keep a list of toxic pants and chemicals to keep away from pets and know what signs of poisoning to watch out for.

I’m flexible in my schedule so if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me! I live on Mountain Home AFB so there’s always security. Our larger property area has a mile long walking path.
About: My husband and I are making extra money pet sitting to buy land to build our own pet care facility. We have both volunteered in the animal shelter for multiple years, and been doing pet sitting of all kinds for a couple years as well. I have a totally open schedule to watch your pets so they will get as much care as they need to be happy and healthy! I am super careful watching all Pets. We want your pets to be treated just how I would treat my own. I know how loved they are. I have an open schedule and want to love your pets as my own, I will care for any animals from dog, to hamster to farm animal! We will love all pets as our own! I put the pets safety first and do anything I can to make them feel comfortable with me while your away

About: Growing up, we always had both cats and dogs, and over the years I've also had guinea pigs, mice, rats, birds, and fish. I have 5 years of experience working and volunteering in animal rescue, and have fostered over 15 dogs, and 10 cats/kittens. I am well-versed in the care needs of more "exotic" animals, like lizards, reptiles, and birds. I currently have three planted fish tanks of my own, and so understand well the need for maintaining water quality and feeding schedules and quantities. Overall, I have about 30 years experience with animals of all sizes. It can be a very scary thing to leave your pets with someone new, so aside from the primary goal of keeping pets happy and healthy, I aim to put you at ease with communication and photos at whatever frequency needed. While there are truly much more glamorous jobs, I find animal care incredibly rewarding, and would love to be able to care for your pet while you are away. I'm currently a student, with part time remote work, so I can really flex to the needs of your animal. I'm able to be very hands-on and providing constant care, or more laidback, and in-line with your animals usual schedule. Let's talk about their needs! Your home is your pet's safe space, and I'd love to take care of them where they feel the most comfortable!! Additionally, we have fosters and resident animals that don't love intrusions, so all care will be in your home, unless otherwise established.

About: I used to own a farm where I watched dogs for friends, neighbors and family. My 3 boys would help and it was a pure joy. We now have a large house and fenced yard that allows the dogs to walk and play. It is a passion of mine to treat dogs as family, with kindness and love. They are a gift for us that warm our hearts and bring joy into our lives. We understand how important dogs are to you and the love they give. With me your dogs will get exercise and will be treated with love and care. It will be a blessing to have an opportunity to protect and watch over your dogs providing you assurance and security knowing they will be cared for properly. I am self employed and work from home. Your dog will never be left alone and will receive attention all days when staying with us. I have a fenced in yard and access from the house through garage to the outside yard. Plenty of room to run and enjoy the outside.
“Another great experience with Sarah! Our dog loves her and we can tell she loves our dog too. Plus, she’s very quick with responses so it makes it easy to book and communicate with her. Thank you!!”

About: There hasn’t been a time in my life where I haven’t been around a dog. I’ve been with the dogs throughout their walks of life. From puppies to seniors. I have also cared for and loved several other animals. I have experience in caring for rabbits, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and birds. I also know CPR for dogs. My schedule is open so I have most days completely free! I bring my work with me so I’ll be able to stay with your pets all day. I take pets on exciting walks, and play with them if they are in the mood. I also have a knowledge of trails and other areas for walking for dogs that need deeper exercise. I also do light training, commands like sit/stay I have taught many times to dogs and also exercised with my own. Some dogs require more mental stimulation than others, so it’s best to keep them busy.

“Megan was amazing with our two labs. She’s very responsive and kept this momma up to date with videos and pictures during their stay. They came home happy and very tired from all the playing. We will absolutely use Megan again for our boarding needs!”

“We never worry about Mimi when she is with Benita and family. Mimi is never stressed about going and is always happy and healthy when we pick her up. Thank you, Benita!”

About: I have grown up with many animals in my household including birds, rodents, chickens, cats, and of course dogs. I love working with animals and getting the opportunity to give them the love and care that they need. Once I moved out and started school, I decided to get my own dog, and it was the best decision I ever made! I have a three-year-old blue heeler who needs tons of attention and care and from this experience I have learned a lot about dogs and how to care for certain breeds properly. I am currently a college student on summer break looking to fill my time with an activity I will enjoy. I am free whenever needed any day or time of the week. I live in a duplex home and have a fenced backyard with a community dog park available. I do have one dog myself with an available crate if needed to crate your pet.
“Mary was so great with our 3 dogs! They can be a lot at times and she handled them so well without complaint. Lots of play and outside time and we forgot to pack wet food so she offered her own. A true dog lover!”
