I left my two dogs with her, a senior dog and an almost 1 year old puppy and I had no doubts that they would be taken care of when I dropped them off. I got pictures and videos frequently but that’s not what set her apart. My senior dog required a little more patience and maintenance and she took such good care of him. My puppy had the worst timing when she got her first cycle two days after we left. I offered to send supplies and profusely apologized but Mikey told me not to worry and instead told me to enjoy my vacation. My two dogs were probably a little more work then I thought but she never made me feel bad about it. I would recommend 100 %.”

About: I've worked with many breeds of dogs. Mostly small to mid-size dogs with a variety of traits. Mostly working dogs namely Blue Heelers & Huskys. I tend to live an active lifestyle and that means hiking/walking/and lots of exercise. Rest assured both me and your pooch will be getting a good workout! In the past I've facilitated overnight lodging for dogs, and temporary stays of up to a few days. Be noted I do not currently have a large open or fenced in yard. I work with neighbors and friends pets on quite a regular basis! I regularly feed, train, walk & care for pets when away or on business! I work from home so this environment provides a perfect spot for pets to be nurtured & played with consistently! I always check prior to booking any special exercise and or dietary needs of your pet. Ensuring door remain locked when inside and timer's are set for when pets receive food upon client preference. About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life and I’ve cared for friends and family’s dogs/animals for just as long! I’m the one people call with confidence to watch/take care of their pets. I love them like my own and want them and to have the best experience possible! I’m a dog groomer, but I am looking to do this as a part time job. About: I have always had dogs since I was a kid and I love to take them out on hikes, walks, to the beach, and playing fetch in the yard! I have been taught how handle and care for dogs especially since I was little, my family owns a dog kennel in which I was instrumental in keeping our dogs happy, clean and well fed. I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also have done a fair amount of pet massages for dogs and cats (not lizards, though!!) I have an online business, so I usually housesit and work part-time online. This makes it very easy for me to be in a home with pets who need more attention, or dogs that need walked often. I have done all levels of pet care-from simple one hour drop-in visits for cats to feeding and cleaning up for horses and cows (extra fee for that!!) So, I am very versatile with my clients! I also find that I bond easily with pets, and can often connect to shy or nervous cats and dogs by being present, calm and talking to them. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mikey. I left my two dogs with her, a senior dog and an almost 1 year old puppy and I had no doubts that they would be taken care of when I dropped them off. I got pictures and videos frequently but that’s not what set her apart. My senior dog required a little more patience and maintenance and she took such good care of him. My puppy had the worst timing when she got her first cycle two days after we left. I offered to send supplies and profusely apologized but Mikey told me not to worry and instead told me to enjoy my vacation. My two dogs were probably a little more work then I thought but she never made me feel bad about it. I would recommend 100 %.”
