“Sierra did a wonderful job taking care of my two cats... when I returned home after a week of vacation, my cats were relaxed and content. Everything went superbly! Furthermore, Sierra went above and beyond. I was surprised to hear at the last minute that my road was going to be closed due to repairs. All vehicles were prohibited for two days from using the road. About: I’ve taken care of animals basically my whole life, I’ve dog sat for many friends and family. I have a 10 year old pug I’ve had since she was born and a 7 year old adopted lab/pit mix who are my fur babies! My whole neighborhood knows me and my pets from walking around the neighborhood! My pets and your pets will be spoiled with treats (if allowed) and tons of cuddles and loves! During the summer I have a little kiddie pool set up for the dogs to cool off in! I do have a late pick up policy, I charge 10$ more if you are more than 30 minutes late to pick up your pups. Let me know if you have any questions! I currently am not working, so I have a ton of free time! I am also a PTA student and start back up in the fall part time I always make sure to clean up any messes the animal makes and make sure they are always in a safe environment and never go hungry!

Our cats don’t warm up to new people quickly & they were instantly friendly. She did daily check ins on them. Always super thorough, played with the dogs and gave the kitties treats. About: I've worked with many breeds of dogs. Mostly small to mid-size dogs with a variety of traits. Mostly working dogs namely Blue Heelers & Huskys. I tend to live an active lifestyle and that means hiking/walking/and lots of exercise. Rest assured both me and your pooch will be getting a good workout! In the past I've facilitated overnight lodging for dogs, and temporary stays of up to a few days. Be noted I do not currently have a large open or fenced in yard. I work with neighbors and friends pets on quite a regular basis! I regularly feed, train, walk & care for pets when away or on business! I work from home so this environment provides a perfect spot for pets to be nurtured & played with consistently! I always check prior to booking any special exercise and or dietary needs of your pet. Ensuring door remain locked when inside and timer's are set for when pets receive food upon client preference. Safety is of the upmost priority, so I will discuss a full plan and schedule so you know where you pup is and his progress while away. I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

“During my visit to Coeur 'd Alene, we had some activities planned that were not suitable for dogs. I turned to Rover after reading some troubling reviews on the local pet resorts. And I could not be happier that I went this route! After sharing a little information back and forth, she agreed to take our girl Shelby for the day. I can't express enough how very blessed and fortunate I was to have found Carolyn. Upon meeting her, and dropping off Shelby the next morning, I felt an instant connection, and she was gracious in sending me updates and pics throughout the day to provide assurance that Shelby was doing fine! About: Over the last 5 years, I have taken care of friends’ dogs and have done a bit on Rover as well. I’ve had my own fur ball for over 3 years now and he is my world. I love the connection and love we can share with dogs, no matter the shape, size, breed, or gender. I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! When I do work, I don’t start until 3pm so we’ll have the whole morning. About: I grew up caring for animals, dogs, cats, horses, fish, cows, chickens, and a goat, having pets most of my life. My background is in healthcare while in the military. I have been my father's caregiver which allowed me to help foster puppy litters to adult dogs and care for a pack of 8 dogs-4 of which are mine while caring for him. I can now enjoy caring for other's fur babies giving them love and support. I am interested in always learning about animal behavior and all aspects of their care. I have been my father's caregiver but sadly he passed at the age of 94 and would enjoy caring for other's fur babies giving them love and support. I have an open schedule that is veryflexible. I am blessed to have my son's help caring for our dogs, allowing me to provide in-home and overnight care if needed. About: Over the last 5 years, I have taken care of friends’ dogs and have done a bit on Rover as well. I’ve had my own fur ball for over 3 years now and he is my world. I love the connection and love we can share with dogs, no matter the shape, size, breed, or gender. I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

Because of our cats, we can only accept small dogs into our home for boarding, but can go to your home as needed.
