Highly-rated overnight sitters - Bronx
“We had a wonderful experience with LiDan who looked after our dog Harper over the weekend. LiDan sent daily photos of Harper happily walking and playing with her two dogs, Einsten and Ollie. It was clear Harper was having a great time and felt right at home. We're so grateful for the great care, attention and updates - highly recommend!”

“Wendy and Jacob were wonderful to work with! We had to leave our dog, Maple, with them for a week, shortly after a long move to the area. Before and upon returning they kept us updated with how Maple was handling the transition with texts and photos. Our dog loved her stay with them and was happy, healthy and her anxiety seemed way less then when we left her! We will definitely use Wendy and Jacob again for future stays!”

“My dog seemed happy during her stay while we were vacationing in the area. Heidi had great communication with quick responses and accommodated the times we needed for drop off and pick up. I appreciated the pictures she sent. It was nice to have our dog with a family rather than in a kennel. Would recommend and use again if we head that way. Thank you!”

“It was fantastic to find Stephanie! She is in the perfect setting to provide a peaceful, fun, and active stay for anyone's pup. Our dog, Jax, was immediately comfortable around Stephanie and her sweet dogs, plus super interested in the great surroundings he got to explore. On top of that, she was amazing at getting him out for early-morning hikes through the woods, and that is something he absolutely loves and thrives on! She really goes out of her way to accommodate in any way she can.”

“Morgan and Tyler were very easy to work with and our dog Griffin was very happy and healthy when we picked him up. Morgan went the extra mile to send me a few texts while we were gone for a week with pictures of Griffin having fun, which put my mind at ease that he was in the right place while we were away.”

“Tally had a great time with Mary and her family! Mary and her daughter came to the gate to greet us for drop off and pick up, and we got picture updates every day of Tally’s stay. Definitely recommended.”

“Hallie took great care of our small senior pup, Finnegan while we were away. She sent lots of photos (which we loved) of their adventures. Lots of walks & even some beach time! We will definitely be reaching out again in the future if you need care.”
“Suzanne and her family took great care of my timid Brittany. We had never been separated before, and it was only the 2nd time in her 6 years of life that she spent nights away from home. Suzanne's son spent a lot of time with her, coaxing her into trusting him and feeling safe with the new situation. Suzanne sent me pictures and text updates, letting me know how my dog was doing at settling in with them. By the time I returned from my trip, Jolie was feeling at home with Suzanne and her family. My ability to enjoy my vacation with my family was made possible by the care and attentiveness Suzanne focused on my dog. I would definitely board Jolie with Suzanne again. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a good, caring home environment for their dog when they have to leave them for a while.”

“Kim and David were wonderful with our dog, Scout. Their home was very comfortable and he clearly enjoyed his visit with them. They were very attentive to his needs and even treated his eye when it became irritated while we were away. We look forward to having them keep him again when we travel in the future.”

“Our young dog Wilda had a great time and received excellent care at Angela’s. She sent pics and updates that gave us confidence and reassurance our dog was safe and happy. I would highly recommend Angela’s dog camp!”

About: I am a college student looking to make a little extra money while I work from home. I think pets are family, and they make life ever so much more enjoyable! Pets reflect a lot about who we are and how big our hearts are to care for those around us. My sister and I since we were little sought every opportunity to help stray dogs out, help find their owners, or rehome them. Our dream was to one day house over 10 dogs when we built our home together and of course we would never ever get married... haha. things change, but our love for dogs stays the same! Because I am currently working online and studying, pet sitting is quite an easy task to do at the same time and an enjoyable break for me I am currently working online and tagging my masters program so pet sitting works great with my schedule! I find joy taking work breaks to be with my furry pets and get some time outside in nature. I love my luna so much, she accompanies me on any adventure I embark on and makes time so much more enjoyable. While she loves being outside in our big backyard, she thoroughly enjoys being able to relax inside with me and our family. I currently work part time from home and my husband is often home as well working, so together we make a great team of loving on the animals in our care. While we are planning on getting pets of our own soon, since we recently got married, pet sitting has been my way of feeling “at home” since I was involved with my sister efforts for dog rescue shelters, and organizations, having anywhere from 2-6 dogs in our home at all times. The dogs will remain indoors most of the time, as we have an unfenced yard, however, I make daily walks part of my routine as a therapist to get myself on the move, so between myself and my husband, we will make sure they are properly fed, comfortable, safe, and getting the exercise they need

About: I have been around animals since I was a baby, I have 19 years of pet experience. We have a small farm. I’ve also helped my mom on rover for the past few months. I am currently helping my mother with Rover so my schedule is pretty flexible. When you book with either of us you will receive 3 adults giving your babies the upmost care and respect. I have a fenced 3 acre yard and 3 friendly dogs to keep your babies company. I have crates and means of separation if that is necessary. We treat our company like family, they are allowed on furniture and able to sleep with us unless told otherwise.
About: I grew up in a dog raising, showing and grooming family. I have several pets and love to go hiking with my dogs. I have hands on experience with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, anphibians, fish, horses, goats and ferrets just to name a few. I have groomed professionally in the past and would love to do so again. Animals are my passion. My pets are family and I will definitely love yours as I do my own. I am married and no longer have children in my home so I have animals to give love to. I currently own happy dogs, cats, rats, mice and fish. But I always have more love to give than animals to give love to. I'm someone my friends count on to care for their animals or homes when they're away from home. I would enjoy meeting you and your pet(s) and having y'all become a part of our extended pack. “Brazee is excellent! She got along great with our cat and was reliable and trustworthy. Loved the photos with her visit updates. Recommend her for your cat sitting needs!”

“Leaving your buddy behind when you travel is always stressful, and it was such a relief to find Kathryn and know that she was taking care of my cat so considerately. Kathryn was thoughtful, attentive, and communicative. She truly went above and beyond to help care for my cat. My tortie can be a bit slow to warm up, and she took the time to get to know her and her needs, coax her into playing, and spend extra care and attention on her. She kept me informed about my cat's eating habits and well-being and did a great job both caring for her and assuaging my worry while traveling. I found her to be kind and responsible, and I'm looking forward to booking her again when I take my next trip!”

About: During Covid, I was laid off and it turned into a wonderful experience of being able to dog sit. I was watching 5 dogs on a regular basis, feeding, playing, napping, and loving on each and every one of them. I absolutely love dogs, I have taken care of small to big dogs and they are all my favorite!! I worked at an animal shelter and gained a lot of animal knowledge and experience from there I am currently working a full time job Monday through Friday until 3PM, with occasional weekend shifts. I am able to do drop in, house sitting, and walkings in the afternoons. I can provide lots of love, attention, and stimulation to your pets. I am very active but also love to relax and provide cuddles if your pet is more on the mellow side of activity. I am happy to clean up any messes, and follow any particular instructions of care you may have for your pet.
About: I have experience with larger breeds all the way to chihuahuas. I enjoy long walks, playing and training. Experience with puppies and seniors. I have no issues with potty training or house sitting. I work part time and have plenty of availability for walking, playing or sitting any day of the week! I am open to early mornings as well as multiple times a week or consistent scheduling. I adjust according to owners systems and ways of training. I respect the owners trainings and the needs of your pet! I respect others personal property and home and will treat it like it were my own as well as your pets!
“Casey is AMAZING! She really went above & beyond for us & our animals while we were traveling out of the country. Truly one of the best pet sitters I have ever had and will continue to be my go-to person whenever I needs pet sitter.”

About: I have 2 years of dog walking experience while attending college! I am patient and willing to go for longer walks as well. I love getting outside and what better way to do it than walking a dog! I am a nanny and I usually have a couple days off per week. Dog walking fits into my weekly schedule and is a great way to stay active! I am very active and I will be able to walk your dog for how ever long is needed. I am also patient and I am able to walk dogs that prefer to take breaks or wander while walking.
“Another stellar booking with Mickaelin! She is so conscientious and amazing with our cats. We know they are in good hands when we book with her, and we feel truly fortunate to have someone with her experience and love of animals so close by in our little neck of the woods. We won't hesitate to book again.”

“Morgan & Tyler R gave excellent care to cat when I needed to leave for a few days. She was safe, fed, and well cared for. They sent me pictures and feedback of my kitty to know she was doing well. I appreciate the care they gave her.”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Bronx

“We left Stephanie with 2 over 60-lb puppies (they are not yet a year old) for 3 weeks of daycare and she did awesomely. They had the time of their lives. Lots and lots of exercise, smells galore, not only on her 20 acre property, but she took them to special places - like a beach, where they ran and ran. She send me pictures regularly while we were away on our trip to Japan, so we didn't worry and could see them thriving. Some days when our son would pick them up, they didn't want to come home! Can't give her a higher recommendation.”

“my two boys had a great time on their stay with Mary. we were able to book last minute so we could do some vacation stuff and the boys were in great hands! would 100% book again and recommend!”

Adventure-ready dog walkers - Bronx

About: I have always been around animals. I had my own cat growing up for the past 16 years. My family has always had dogs as well. I grew up with Rottweilers and have had 2 labs since. When I took care of my dogs they always got walks every 3-4 hours at least. I live in an apartment complex and there is a great animal community here. They have a dog park on site. I am willing to travel with the dog to go walking at parks around the neighborhood and town. I can't wait to meet your furry friends! Pets in this house get lots of love and care. I’ve seen separation anxiety and know that dogs just need to know they are safe.
About: Growing up, I raised dogs, cats, rabbits, ducks, and chickens, actively participating in 4-H. Now my husband and I have two active, large dogs, one we raised as a puppy and the other we adopted as an adult. We did PetSmart training for our two dogs so we have some tips and tricks if you are interested. We walk or go to the park daily for exercise for our two dogs, but we are open to different routines for our guest pups! My husband and I work together to take care of our Rover clients. I work from home with a flexible schedule so I can do drop in visits throughout the day. My husband is in and out due to his schedule, but generally one or both of us is available. We currently offer drop in visits and walks. We always cater to your preference how your pets are cared for. We can give extra attention, play fetch, whatever they need! People in the home include me, my husband, and a 1 year old.

About: I have been around animals since I was a baby, I have 19 years of pet experience. We have a small farm. I’ve also helped my mom on rover for the past few months. About: Hi, I'm Stephanie, and this is my husband Luke. We're your Critter Companions, and with us, two is always better. For overnight stays we work as a team, which means double the attention, double the playtime, and an extra set of eyes on your property. We specialize in residential pet and property care. As independent caretakers, our mission is estate-level care that gives you complete peace of mind: your pets stay comfortable in their own home, and your property is truly looked after, not just checked on. ✦ What We Specialize In We're especially comfortable with the pets and situations that need extra care and attention: ✓ Special needs and senior pets (blind, deaf, mobility-challenged, or behaviorally complex) ✓ Complex medication schedules: pills, injections, eye drops, you name it ✓ High-maintenance breeds that need extensive grooming, intense exercise, or dedicated training ✓ Extended stays, comfortably caring for your pets for weeks or even months at a time ✓ Holiday care, because I don't disappear during Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's ✓ Multi-pet households, managing different personalities, feeding schedules, and needs ✓ Anxious or reactive pets, with patient, consistent care that helps nervous animals feel secure ✦ A Little About Us We were both raised around animals, but I turned that passion into my life's work. I've been caring for animals since I was 10 years old, the neighborhood's trusted pet sitter long before it was a profession. Thirteen years later, I've cared for everything from easy-going family dogs to high-maintenance breeds with special medical needs, for stays ranging from long weekends to month-long holidays. What clients tell me sets me apart is how I read animals. I pick up on the subtle changes in behavior, body language, and those little cues that tell you something's off before it becomes a problem. I'm not going through the motions; I love what I do, and that enthusiasm shows in how I care for your pets and your home. ✦ Your Home, Cared For I look after your home just as carefully: mail, plants, trash bins, security checks, and that lived-in presence that keeps your property safe. You'll receive regular photo and video updates so you can truly relax while you're away. ✦ Values You Can Trust Beyond the practical care, we believe the people you let into your home matter just as much as the work they do. We love the Lord, and our faith in Jesus shapes how we run our business and how we treat what's entrusted to us. For us that means a simple, steady lifestyle: we don't drink, smoke, party, or invite guests into your home. While you're away, your house stays exactly as it should, quiet, respected, and cared for, with nothing happening under your roof that you wouldn't welcome yourself. When you hand us your keys, you're trusting us with your home and your family. We take that seriously, and we hold ourselves to it no matter the circumstances. ✦ Let's Connect Over the years I've built lasting relationships with pets and their owners because I treat every home like my own and every pet like family. I'd be honored to earn that same trust from you. If you're looking for someone who will love and protect your pets (and home) like their own, let's connect. Pet care isn't a side hustle for me—it's my primary focus and passion. My husband and I are entrepreneurs with flexible schedules, which means we can provide the kind of attentive, present care that pets truly need. For overnight stays, we're in your home from evening through the following morning (and throughout the day if needed), so your pets are never alone for extended periods. We don't juggle multiple clients at once or rush between appointments. When we commit to caring for your pets, they have our full attention for the duration of your trip. We're available for extended stays including weekends, holidays, and even month-long commitments. Because we work as a team, your pets benefit from having two consistent caregivers who can coordinate schedules, provide extra play sessions, and ensure someone is always nearby if needed. In Your Home: I've been around animals literally since I was an infant—they've always been my comfort, my joy, and honestly, my obsession. There's something about the presence of animals that just feels like home to me, and that's exactly the energy I bring to your pets and property. As the owner of a young, energetic Miniature Australian Shepherd, I know firsthand what it takes to meet the demands of intelligent, high-energy breeds. I'm devoted to keeping my own dog mentally stimulated, physically tired, and emotionally fulfilled—and I bring that same level of commitment to every pet in my care. Your pets aren't just a job to me; they're loved and treated with the same compassion and attention I give my own. Pet Safety & Care: ✓I follow your routines exactly—feeding times, medication schedules, exercise patterns, and house rules ✓Secure all doors, windows, and gates before letting pets outside (no escape artists on my watch!) ✓Keep toxic plants, foods, and hazards out of reach ✓Monitor pets closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health ✓Have your vet information and emergency contacts readily accessible ✓Never introduce your pets to unfamiliar animals or people without permission ✓Provide the mental stimulation and physical activity your pets need to stay happy and healthy Home Security & Cleanliness: ✓Maintain a "lived-in" presence with lights, blinds, and your normal routine ✓Collect mail and packages to avoid signaling an empty home ✓Take trash bins to/from curb on collection days ✓Water plants and maintain your home's appearance ✓Provide regular photo/video updates so you can see everything (and everyone) is doing great ✓I pride myself on attention to detail and cleanliness—you'll come home to a thoroughly cleaned space that exceeds expectations Trust & Respect: I treat your home with the utmost respect—no unauthorized guests ever and I leave your space cleaner than I found it. My husband and I work as a team, which means your pets get double the love and your home gets double the oversight. The best part? When you walk through that door after your trip, your pets will be more giddy than ever to see you—well-exercised, well-loved, and so happy you're home. And you can relax knowing everything was handled with care.
