“With a last minute request, Dooku spent a weekend with Lindsay and her family. From the onset, Lindsay was very prompt with responses, she was very communicative, pleasant and positive. I expressed a concern about Dooku being susceptible to heat exhaustion because he is a black Lab with two coats and the days were very hot (100 to 105 degrees). Lindsay put me at ease and made it clear that she would take care of him, exercise him lightly and monitor his behavior. Knowing Lindsay and her family had a swimming pool, I cautioned her about Dooku’s love for swimming (it’s a lab thing 🐕🦺🐾) and that she would be challenged keeping him out of the pool. Throughout the stay, Lindsay sent me updates, photos and in no time at all, she informed me Dooku was swimming in her pool with her family and they were having fun! There is nothing like putting your cherished pup in the hands of someone else and knowing they are safe and well taken care of. Dooku will certainly be back and Lindsay comes highly recommended! About: I've worked as a vet tech assistant and kennel assistant in a boarding facility where I gave oral medications, dealt with difficult pets, trimmed nails, the works. I've been pet sitting since high school and have owned dogs and cats my entire life. I don't own cats at the moment but I'd love to help take care of yours to get my fix in while I work a full time monday-friday job. “I can’t say enough good things about Debbie and Ryan, whom we met about a week before our trip and immediately made us feel comfortable. We were gone a week and they took care of our two cats spending time with them, lots of great photographs and updates. One of my cats, Dink, developed a slight eye infection while we were gone and Debbie was happy to follow my instructions to put in some drops that we did have, and also to wipe her eye with a damp cloth a day later, which of course made a huge difference. This of course was over and above what we had expected. We came home to a clean house, clean litter boxes, and happy cats. We highly recommend Debbie and Ryan and we will use them again for sure.”

About: I am primarily on this app to be of service to our dog training clients when they go out of town. I am sometimes available to take other pets, but not always. I understand that each animal has their own personality and quirks. I am able to care for pets of any age. I have experience administering medications as well. I work full time at a dog training facility. I spend most of my free time taking care of animals. I am able to bring pups to work with me during the day, so I can potty and let them run around on my breaks throughout the day. I will either bring your pup to my house or go to yours! Whatever your preference is. I do have two dogs of my own, both are friendly to all different types of pets. We also have a cat, so my dogs know how to behave around them (not chasing, bothering, etc.) As I mentioned above, I work at a training facility and will be able to bring your pup to work with me instead of them being home alone during the day. I have lots of experience crate training dogs, and can help continue or start that training for you.

About: I grew up with dogs and have always been around them! My dad does rover and I have helped him take them on walks, and fed them. I have a pretty flexible schedule and I am home most days with the occasional errand run. I love to workout as well so walking or running with the dogs would be great! I will give the pups plenty of attention and care that they need. I will also be flexible with the owners needs for their pet.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since 2020, there is almost always someone at our home so no matter our plans our furry guests always have company. My young son loves to play tug, fetch, or chase and gets a kick out of helping with food and water. We are a mostly relaxed house until someone gets post dinner zoomies. I am on a hybrid work schedule, but there is almost always someone at our house to hang out with our 4 legged guests. We live right next to a park where we enjoy taking long walks, playing fetch, and just getting out and about at least once a day. We have a fully fenced backyard that has low risk for any escape artists (they'd have to be quite determined and find something we don't know about). However, I'll always check with you to make sure they're good outside on their own. Otherwise, I typically will stay outside with them just to be sure. Walks are always leashed and we only feed what is provided.

About: I'm a softy for animals in general, especially dogs! I have a 9.5 yr old boxer that is getting old but gets along with any dog. I have dogsat my buddies 2 boxers multiple times, up to 6 weeks at a time. 3 boxers is a handful. Apollo is my 3rd dog and I have watched other friends dogs many times also. I have also looked after cats and birds on occasion. I'm not a trainer but I've trained my own dogs. I currently have some free time, so I'm available most times pretty quickly. I do some work online, but take my dog for a walk twice a day. Depending on the type and size of dog I would consider watching them at my house. My boxer is getting older and losing his eyesight so I have to be cautious of his health at times. I can be available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. 7 days a week I have a fenced yard. There's a doggy door from the house to the fenced backyard that they can come and go to potty or just play. My boxer loves doggy friends and sharing his treats. I'm an animal lover and I give them plenty of attention because it also brings me joy. I enjoy dogs and will walk them or play with them as desired. I'm also available to just stop by and let them out to use the bathroom. I know these are our pet's homes and I love and care for them because I would want someone to give my dog that loving and respect!

About: I have cared for pets since I was 6 years old, started with a tabby cat named Tinker after Tinker Bell. Since then I’ve cared for multiple cats of my own (including litters), and 2 of the sweetest dogs until seniors. I also loved and cared for the cutest peach-faced love bird, named, but of course - Peaches. I believe animals were created for us to be reminded to enjoy each moment we are given. I also believe that they deserve the best care and love through excellent attention to health, play and grooming. They will be seen at a minimum of 3 times per day, if not more. I like to see them before work, during lunch, and when I get off. I prefer to stay overnight to make sure they’re okay. If they need more attention, I can certainly accommodate! My job has the flexibility of letting me work from home if needed. We prefer to let Koda free roam around the house. We don’t have a fenced in backyard but are always taking her out on the leash. She is lower energy for a Doodle and easily bored, so we make sure to give her toys and treats! She loves watching kids movies too so we make sure to have those on while we’re not home. Whether your pup is at my house or yours, they will go out at a minimum of 3 times daily. If they need to be crated or separated from my Koda, we can make that happen too! I will adjust anything in my schedule or routine to accommodate your fur baby. ❤️ We allow dogs on the couch and bed because we love snuggling!

About: Hello, my name is Atticus! I worked at a doggy daycare for over a year, have been pet and house sitting for neighbors and friends for over 3 years, actively volunteer at a cat shelter since 2017, and have been walking dogs since I was a kid. I have 5 pets (one dog, three cats, and one snake) of my own, making me well versed in caring for a variety of animals. I work a sporadically scheduled contracted job 1 to 3 Saturdays a month that I'm very committed to. However, these jobs have never gotten in the way of my care towards my own animals and the animals I have pet sat for. I don't pet sit in my own home, as I can't be sure that my animals will 100% get along with a client's animal. I have slept over in guest rooms of the houses I have spent over night in, as well as having only been in the house with the pets during the day, all per the client's request. Whatever one's house looks like or whatever features one's house may have, I am always sure to respect boundaries, clean up after myself, and make sure the house is left looking better than when I arrived.

About: I’ve always loved animals of all kinds. When I was a kid I used to be told not to pet certain animals because they were deemed “unfriendly”, most of them time people were shocked when their animal would warm up to me after making such a statement. Animals are much more intelligent and empathetic than some people give them credit for. Give me a choice between a room full of humans or a room full of animals, and I’ll take the room full of animals every time. I started pet setting when I was 12 and I’ve been doing it on and off ever since. I used to have a dog, sadly he passed from heart failure and I’ve just barely gotten to the point where I’m thinking about getting another. I miss his energy and miss taking him on hikes and long walks. Getting up early is not a problem for me. I live right by the greenbelt so we will be going on lots of walks! At the moment my schedule is very open. I have 2 cats who love dogs, but I know not all dogs love cats. I am more than willing to come over and dog sit and even bring you pup In during the times I’m there as long as your pup likes cats, otherwise me walking your pup and boarding at your house would be better suited for all parties involved.
