“With a last minute request, Dooku spent a weekend with Lindsay and her family. From the onset, Lindsay was very prompt with responses, she was very communicative, pleasant and positive. I expressed a concern about Dooku being susceptible to heat exhaustion because he is a black Lab with two coats and the days were very hot (100 to 105 degrees). Lindsay put me at ease and made it clear that she would take care of him, exercise him lightly and monitor his behavior. Knowing Lindsay and her family had a swimming pool, I cautioned her about Dooku’s love for swimming (it’s a lab thing 🐕🦺🐾) and that she would be challenged keeping him out of the pool. Throughout the stay, Lindsay sent me updates, photos and in no time at all, she informed me Dooku was swimming in her pool with her family and they were having fun! There is nothing like putting your cherished pup in the hands of someone else and knowing they are safe and well taken care of. Dooku will certainly be back and Lindsay comes highly recommended! One of my cats, Dink, developed a slight eye infection while we were gone and Debbie was happy to follow my instructions to put in some drops that we did have, and also to wipe her eye with a damp cloth a day later, which of course made a huge difference. About: I am primarily on this app to be of service to our dog training clients when they go out of town. I am sometimes available to take other pets, but not always. I understand that each animal has their own personality and quirks. I am able to care for pets of any age. I have experience administering medications as well. I work full time at a dog training facility. I spend most of my free time taking care of animals. I am able to bring pups to work with me during the day, so I can potty and let them run around on my breaks throughout the day. I will either bring your pup to my house or go to yours! Whatever your preference is. I do have two dogs of my own, both are friendly to all different types of pets. We also have a cat, so my dogs know how to behave around them (not chasing, bothering, etc.) As I mentioned above, I work at a training facility and will be able to bring your pup to work with me instead of them being home alone during the day. I have lots of experience crate training dogs, and can help continue or start that training for you.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since 2020, there is almost always someone at our home so no matter our plans our furry guests always have company. My young son loves to play tug, fetch, or chase and gets a kick out of helping with food and water. We are a mostly relaxed house until someone gets post dinner zoomies. I am on a hybrid work schedule, but there is almost always someone at our house to hang out with our 4 legged guests. We live right next to a park where we enjoy taking long walks, playing fetch, and just getting out and about at least once a day. We have a fully fenced backyard that has low risk for any escape artists (they'd have to be quite determined and find something we don't know about). However, I'll always check with you to make sure they're good outside on their own. Otherwise, I typically will stay outside with them just to be sure. Walks are always leashed and we only feed what is provided.

About: Hello, my name is Atticus! I worked at a doggy daycare for over a year, have been pet and house sitting for neighbors and friends for over 3 years, actively volunteer at a cat shelter since 2017, and have been walking dogs since I was a kid. I have 5 pets (one dog, three cats, and one snake) of my own, making me well versed in caring for a variety of animals. I work a sporadically scheduled contracted job 1 to 3 Saturdays a month that I'm very committed to. However, these jobs have never gotten in the way of my care towards my own animals and the animals I have pet sat for. I don't pet sit in my own home, as I can't be sure that my animals will 100% get along with a client's animal. I have slept over in guest rooms of the houses I have spent over night in, as well as having only been in the house with the pets during the day, all per the client's request. Whatever one's house looks like or whatever features one's house may have, I am always sure to respect boundaries, clean up after myself, and make sure the house is left looking better than when I arrived.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for over 10 years. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, parrots, fish, and even ducks. I care for each animal as if it were my own, and prioritize not only their physical health but also their emotional! Animals are deeply emotional and are affected when their parents go away, so I promise to provide excellent care of your fur babies. Rest assured you have a reliable and loving person that you can trust. I work full time during the week, but that doesn’t stop me from taking excellent care of your pets. They will be seen at a minimum of 3 times per day, if not more. I like to see them before work, during lunch, and when I get off. I prefer to stay overnight to make sure they’re okay. If they need more attention, I can certainly accommodate! My job has the flexibility of letting me work from home if needed. We prefer to let Koda free roam around the house. We don’t have a fenced in backyard but are always taking her out on the leash. She is lower energy for a Doodle and easily bored, so we make sure to give her toys and treats! She loves watching kids movies too so we make sure to have those on while we’re not home. Whether your pup is at my house or yours, they will go out at a minimum of 3 times daily. If they need to be crated or separated from my Koda, we can make that happen too! I will adjust anything in my schedule or routine to accommodate your fur baby. ❤️ We allow dogs on the couch and bed because we love snuggling!
